Training Day Cafe Fleetwood

I was interested in purchasing meal prep service from this establishment after reading some good reviews. However decided to first try a take-out menu item to ensure I'd like it enough to order from here long-term. And I'm glad I did because the wrap I received was sooo heavily drenched in chipotle sauce & loaded with quinoa, it seems in an effort to compensate for the lack of actual toppings, which were so sparse & few. The cheese was also missing which was probably a good thing due to the absurd amount of sauce it would have gotten much too heavy to consume. For a large wrap the quantity of toppings were far too less and with the excess amount of sauce super unhealthy! This does not justify a $15 wrap. Very disappointing first experience.

Use to be my go to I ate here everyday but the quality has gone down quantity has reduced at the Fleetwood location very disappointed

I’ve been ordering the meal prep for several months and have been really enjoying the variety and quality of all the meals thus far. Really easy to keep track of my daily calories ect! Also been in to the store many times for the bowls and greatly enjoy them. The King George location has a mango smoothie with coconut that I wish they would bring to this Fleetwood store!

They got my order wrong and when I called them, they didn't apologize or anything. The worker just deflected and said I did get what I ordered. There were no veggies, one of the sauce was missing, and 90% of the bowl was brown rice. I order this bowl often so I know how it tastes/looks. I will definitely not go back.

Awesome place to grab a nutritious bite to eat! Large portions, you pretty much get 2 meals. Clean, Sleek entrance. Fast and friendly service 10/10

Manager is disrespectful and unfair to his employees, this business shouldn't still be running.

The best place for healthy meals! Training day makes it super easy to stay on track of your fitness goals and with so many options you never get tired of the food!

I usually come to this store and have Miami club wrap, it taste so good. But the worst thing I noticed about this place is that the manger is so egoistic, I noticed how she was behaving with one of the employee. The manger of this place is seriously so annoying, needs to be replaced.

Training Day’s meal prep kits are the highlight of my lunches during the week. The packaging, portion size, and flavours truly make healthy eating enjoyable and a passion. The smoothies they serve in store are also a perfect post-gym treat, highly recommend this place!

Regular customer but I have noticed portions are getting smaller day by day. You can up the prices due to inflation, which is understandable, but should not alter the amount. Box is not even half full.

I’m no usually fuzzy with my food. But like everyone said quality varies. Once I found a fruit fly on my salad. I wasn’t too fuzzed about it because it’s salad this things happens but finding a house fly and dirt or mold in my salad half way through my bowl was not my cup of tea. I used to like the idea of them being close by work but I won’t be returning for another bowl.

Best place in town for a good healthy meal. My go to place for meal prep always fresh, friendly staff. Amazing new location with the same service as the original location. Thank you for coming to Fleetwood!

Great customer service and delicious food! Definitely a go to place for healthy bowls, wraps and shakes. My favourite is the badass billy gun with bison meat, try it out!

Great looking new location for these guys. They never disappoint with their meals and shakes. Worth checking out if you’re in the area and looking for something healthy to eat.

I did not think TDC could do any more to help me on my weight loss journey. But they just went and opened a new location in my own backyard (Fleetwood), woo hoo. At the age of 52 I worked with a trainer for the first time in my life. With my weight training being taken care of my diet requirements were not. The list of food and supplements I needed to eat on a daily basis was mind boggling. Enter my saviors. With the meal plan in hand TDC set me up on a meal program that saw me drop 30 pounds in 3 months. Unfortunately at the end of May, I had to stop training for two months due to eye surgery. Funny thing is that with no training and just pure clean eating alone, I ended up shedding another 7 pounds. Now that I am back in the gym the goal is to get to 200 pounds. With the expert advice and great meals from TDC I have no doubt I will get there.

Great food and shakes. Exact menu and service as their king George location but with a newer look. Beautiful location and ideally located by Anytime fitness, a spin studio. Looking forward to continue my patronage here. Keep up the great work.
