I had a bad experience with her, Monica, because I arrived, I didn't have an appointment, but she didn't even get up from her chair. Very bad costumer service and she had a client.never coming back again

I have booked a vacation package with Colleen and my experience with her was amazing. Our trip faced some difficulties due to westjet strike and Colleen did an amazing job to help us solve the issue. She is friendly, professional and responsible. She went above and beyond to help our vacation to happen. I couldn’t ask for a better travel agent and I’m so glad I booked with her. We before our traveling to country areas, check trip advisor and numerous reviews. We expect a trouble-free trip, high star rated experience at certain locations ie. Resorts, mode of travel, hotels and our safety. For these reasons and more we have felt blessed to use Colleen F.due to her competency, knowledge, resourcefulness of cruises, expertise of airports, airlines, and getting transportation to our destinations. Even thou we feel we are confident and experienced traveler’s we appreciate the very detailed printed out itineraries at airports and country areas we have not been to before. In prior discussion I feel she also expects a high degree of professionalism from the travel companies she contacts on our behalf and asks the very appropriate questions for our enjoyment on our trips. Her enthusiasm as well as having traveled extensively to the countries areas we dream of is displayed in her advice to us. She also has a good sense; empathy and a value of integrity as has made up to us when a certain minor problem occurred. It is implicit to us that Colleen meets diary dates and we have no reason to worry if airline tickets, boarding passes, transportation from airports, reservations at resorts, are on time. We also know she must work at home to achieve the fast results for us. Colleen is aware and gives pertinent up to date medical protocols and advise for us towards what is expected in certain countries. That we possess valid passports and carry certain important id papers if required or if we are inspected. Phoned yesterday enquiring about a trip. From the get go they didn’t seem interested in helping me. I had to actually convince them to help me because they kept making assumptions. I was told I’d have a quote same day and never even heard back.

Don't recommend the location in seven oaks mall. I knew where I wanted to go in PV and the hotel I wanted to book. They didn't call to let me know my tickets were in. Almost impossible to actually reach them by phone. We were one of the Sunwing stranded. The agents didn't check in with us. In the past I have been stranded by other travel agencies. We have been home for more than a week. Still no contact.
