Great instruction with real life explanations for how all this training applies to every day incidents. Good coaching of principles and easy to remember acronyms for the load of information that the OFA 3 course requires. The mood was kept upbeat throughout the demanding 2 week duration. I look forward to training here again and recommend it to anyone thats up for the challenge.

Completed my 2 week OFA 3 course at Trauma Tech with Dusty as the instructor. The experience that he brought to the class both in the course content as well as his expertise in applying the training made the course rewarding and realistic. I've done OFA courses in the past and found them dry but that was not the case with Dusty. 10/10 would definitely reccomend. I will be reccomending Trauma Tech to all my coworkers and friends.

This is my second time at Trauma Tech. I’ve returned because my first experience was awesome. I’m a first responder and appreciate succinct, up-to-date, and highly applicable knowledge and techniques. Dusty was our instructor and was truly amazing, with tremendous real-life experiences to share. Learning expectations were clear, and evaluation was fair. The space and supplies are clean, as were the kitchen, microwaves and washrooms. I have taken 1st aid at two other businesses, TT was head and shoulders the best. When I have to re-certify for OFA3 again, it will be here.would give it 6 stars.

Went to get my OFA Level 3 First Aid ticket. My instructor Dusty Steinson was a great teacher. He has many years of experience in first aid, making his class easy to understand and his teachings effective to use in real situations. I would go back to him to renew my license again and again.

I found Trauma Tech to be a great company to be trained in Occupational First aid level 2. I was thoroughly impressed with Dusty as an instructor. I highly recommend trauma tech and would definitely continue to re-certify through them. They were very informative and friendly.

Out of all first aid companies I have taken courses with Traumatech was 5 Star. Level 3 was tough but they made it fun.

If you are looking for a place that teaches you all the skills needed to save lives, this is it! Not only will you be fully prepared for all incidents. You will have a great time too!

Dusty is absolutely amazing at explaining all the key details of why and how they fit into each other, so that by the end of the week everything becomes second nature. How often can you say that about any school?:)

Great class. I've been re-certified since the late 90's and I always come back here. Good Instructors that help get the content to be 2nd nature. Thanks Dusty.

I completed my OFA level 2 here. This is an excellent facility. Very comfortable, large building. The instructor Dusty was amazing. He was very thorough, took the time to explain everything, and his teaching style was superb. I feel very confident in the training I received. I would highly recommend!

Yesterday I finished my course it was a tough time I won't said it was easy but after preparing my self and studied for hours and hours In this 5 day's course I came out with my OFA 2 ticket.
I feel prepared to the real life and really believe I can make a difference by helping people.

Did my OFA2 here for my first time three years ago and most recently for my re-certification. Dusty was a superb instructor with excellent knowledge, and I quite liked his teaching style. Looking forward to coming back in three years for re-certifying again!

I just finished my OFA lvl2 course at Trauma Tech with Dusty. Was a really great experience, good combination of hands on practice time and thorough explanations. The atmosphere was kept fun and light simultaneous with ensuring everyone was up to speed and achieving the skills with excellence. The class environment was set up in a way that made asking questions easy and there was always a willingness to go back and review if necessary. Obvious focus on making every student successful by the end of the course. Would definitely recommend and am likely to choose again when I go for OFA3.

I have taken several first aid courses over the years and with out a doubt the OFA/2 course with Dusty in Burnaby was by far the best organized, informed and well presented course I have taken. I would highly recommend Dusty and Traumatech for any first aid training.

This was my second time receiving OFA2 training at Trauma tech and both times the instructors, classmates, equipment, have all been phenomenal. Even with COVID I felt safe with their proper cleaning procedures in place. I was lucky enough to have Dusty be my classes trainer and he kept the class engaging, fun, and informative.

I’ll be seeing these guys again in three years for my renewal!

Do not bother with this company. Will not give one day recertification courses for standard first aid. Cash grab is what it's about here. Sanitary equipment is also questionable. Staff have little to no knowledge and are extremely unhelpful. Save your money and go with a more reputable business

After having a level #3 for 12 years, I was once again up for renewal and this time I enrolled with Trauma Tech. It was a great choice. The staff was knowledgeable, helpful, and very professional in their day to day activities. I recommend Trauma Tech to anyone looking to learn about first aid or to further a career in occupational health & safety.

OFA level 2 course taken. Instructors are dealing with a brand new course, they are doing a good job of teaching the required information needed. We had a teacher exchange due to unforeseen circumstances. Both Katheryn and Caroline worked with every person in the class and assisted in the learning process as an individual. Thank you.
