My wife and I had the pleasure of meeting Cowboy Jim Sinclair a few years back when he was @ another dealership! When it was time for us to purchase a new unit we went and saw Cowboy Jim. He is a super nice guy, no pressure and in fact found us additional 4K savings on the unit we decided on buying. That to me proves that he really cares about his customers! My husband and I purchased a 2021 Montana fifth wheel from Traveland RV in Duncan in April this year. We were impressed with every Traveland employee we encountered from Kirby and Brodie in Sales, Dave L the Outfitter, Dave K in Finance, and the Service Technicians Kevin and Rod. Kirby did an awesome job of educating us about different fifth wheels available so we could pick what suited us best. Dave L gave us his complete attention and was exceptionally detailed and thorough during the orientation to our fifth wheel. We’ve now been in our fifth wheel for six months and the minor fixes and repair have been resolved by Service Technicians Kevin and Rod who are forever patient with our multitude of questions. Our experience with Traveland RV has been positive in every way.

Super place for all your RV needs, people there are so helpful and have great service personnel

We bought a used 2007 16' Dutchman Zoom travel trailer in July 2023 and it's been great. We had a small brake issue on it and we brought it in. They looked at it adjusted the brakes and serviced the bearings all at no charge. Special thanks to Andy, Brody, Sheldon, David and the service department people. Thank you very much.

This is a premiere RV care facility. We have been dealing with Greg's and now Traveland for many years. Sheldon and Ross run a first rate facility. Although we are from Courtenay, we have stopped several times with emergent repairs. The response has always been immediate and professional. Recently we had some serious issues with our toilet and holding tank. Knowing we were "on the road" Ross took us in immediately, resolved our issues to our complete satisfaction and sent us on our way. They are trustworthy and professional. Greg the tech is great to deal with.
