After two years of suffering, dealing with the management and service department at Travelhome RV in Abbotsford, I decided to visit Traveland RV in Langley… WHAT A DIFFERENCE!

I have purchased my second travel trailer from Traveland Langley.
Daryl Doddard from service has always gone over and beyond to assist with any questions, concerns or anything i have needed regarding my unit.
He makes sure all concerns are addressed and listens to you and provides exceptional service whenever I have needed.
I also got my close friend to purchase his travel trailer from Traveland Langley and Daryl has also been exception in assisting him as well.
We would recommend Traveland Langley and go see Daryl for any RV needs.

We have a 2018 Grand Design Imagine 2670 MK and we’ve just had Brendan Payne, Mobil Tech here to diagnose our kitchen slide (Schwyntec). Turns out the motor isn’t strong enough, so the parts will be ordered in and the trailer will be going down in the new year (our choice) for repairs (on extended warranty). Brendan was awesome! He was on time, knowledgeable, great with my dog. He’s a keeper

I previously submitted a 5 star review but after the runaround we have been facing I am editing my review.
When we bought our trailer in 2021 we did a walk through and things were pointed out that needed to be fixed (on a brand new trailer). We were told they would have them fixed before re recieved our trailer.
2 weeks later (July) we recieve our trailer and none of the issues had been fixed. They said they would send someone out to repair the items. The drawer guides were on back order and weren't expected to arrive until September. Technicians came out I'm September but didn't have the drawer guides. They couldn't fix the other issues either. By now, the list of issues have gotten bigger and bigger.

We were busy with work and didn't have time to deal with the trailer so May 2023 we had a technician come out again. Paid $150 for warranty. Technician did nothing but order parts and complain the whole time. Technician left. We moved up to West Kelowna. Parts came in to the Langley store and had to be shipped up to Kelowna.
Technician came again today and couldn't complete the work as the original technician missed a bunch of stuff. Trailer needs to go in to the shop. We get an email for another $150.

DO NOT DEAL WITH TRAVELAND. We have a mini mortgage for our brand new trailer, never owned and it has been NOTHING but problems. They do NOT stand behind their products.

Traveland’s customer service is exceptional. Took our trailer in for some warranty work between trips this summer, which is always a very busy time for them, but the problem being with our water heater, it was something we needed working, so Courtenay worked some magic and got us in, Vera was there to receive our unit and go over the issue with me. Then they got right on it and it was ready a few days later. On arrival for pickup, Jason showed me the repairs and answered all questions I had about our unit and had me quickly on my way. Big thank you Traveland.

We were given a good tour of the type of travel trailer we're looking for. Got lots of insider coming tips because the sales rep - Jordan - does a lot of camping himself. He's also knowledgeable about the construction of the campers and how to maintain them for many years of use to ward off unnecessary repairs. The staff are relaxed, friendly and professional too. Only one issue. Traveland RV does seem interested in negotiating the price.

Showed up with the hopes that someone there would have enough patience and time to show us some travel trailers and answer the questions of a couple of travel trailer newbs. Luckily when reception called a Salesman to the lobby to help us Konnor answered the call. This young man was knowledgeable, honest and patient as he showed us multiple trailers and explained the differences, etc, all while walking around their expansive lot in 30*C+ heat yet never making us feel rushed. We left there both informed and impressed. Thank you so much Konnor! If we decide to buy it definitely will be from him.

Melissa has consistently demonstrated a high level of customer service through attentive listening and timely follow through. She has proven herself to be kind, understanding, reliable and knowledgeable. Melissa was prepared and willing to go the extra mile to satisfy our concerns or inquires, every-time! We bought a 26 Grand design last Spring. Full warranty. We were happy with this purchase. The AC unit broke down at the end of June & the hot water stopped working as well. The service department would take out call and say that they sought back to us in 5 minutes & never return our call. I am very disappointed with this type of service & do not recommend purchasing a Trailer from this location. They do not follow through with their warranty service agreement.

We purchased a new trailer and we service it at Traveland. We couldn’t be happier with the overall experience and customer service.

Tyler at Service Department helped us on many occasions and always goes above and beyond to make sure all issues are resolved in a timely manner. He is always helpful and has great communication skills.

Jordan Brock who helped us with the initial purchase was very knowledgeable and made the process very smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommended.

We stopped in at Kelowna Traveland to look at a unit. Unfortunately that unit was sold. Our sales professional, Drew, quickly found an almost identical unit on their Langley lot, coordinated efforts with Konnor in Langley and made it simple for us to view, purchase and pick up that unit. The folks in Langley had our new unit ready for us to complete orientation, hook up and go when we arrived. A very smooth transaction

Recently purchased a trailer and within a week we needed to take it to another location for service. There was a laundry list of repairs including on the first trip both doors fell off! The employees were good to deal with the trailer however sucked! After purchasing the trailer as a winter ready option since my husband uses the trailer work we wee told infact it is NOT acceptable for winter

I called the service department and Tyler was able to give me a quick fix/tip for our trailer's hot water issue. Thanks to Tyler the hot water started back up again like magic! Thank you Tyler! Incredibly frustrating experience. Bought a Unity LTV from this location in August 2021. Downhill since then:

1) Arrived with the weather sealing in the passenger side door falling out, which Traveland "doesn't handle" of course. We were told they reached out to Mercedes, but never received any sort of follow-up from Mercedes, nor Traveland.

2) Main door lock broke in February 2022. Door does not open from the inside nor outside. Booked a service appointment with Traveland. Earliest available date, June 14.3) June 14: arrived for our appointment. Surprise, our technician "didn't show up for work. " So we waste another hour before anything is done for us. Apology? Proper service/compensation? Nonexistent. Estimated 7-10 days for completion.

4) June 23: Received: "We have sent your information off to Leisure travel van and they will be sending us new door lock. I heard it is local so it will probably take a few days to get the part. I will keep you updated. "

5) June 30: No updates since June 23. Turns out, the parts were sent to our residence? And we were shamelessly asked to BRING the parts TO TRAVELAND or to PAY to SHIP IT TO TRAVELAND. Also turns out, "it is local" was incorrect and this will take a few weeks (probably longer, let's be honest).

In sum: not entirely sure where this complete ineptitude is coming from. So many hoops for the customer to jump through (ex.you need to use a vacation day just to drop off the vehicle for service since you are not allowed to be too early for your appointment) just to have the service technician not show up for work? And waste another hour standing around just to be seen by someone? Follow-ups promised but never delivered? Outright asking us to pay for your mistake?

I have been more than reasonable and patient throughout this process, but this seems blatantly disrespectful at this point. If you are unable to carry out your work properly because you are overworked, perhaps that is something management must take note of. If it is not the former, but rather the fact that you are incapable, at least own up to it and compensate the customer for your faults. Please do not ask us to foot the bill for a mistake on your end.

And this is not including the overtly disingenuous sales pitch that sold us this Unity.

Update: Chris stepped in to assist and everything was relatively smooth afterwards. He even went out of his way to drive our motor home to Traveland to get it repaired, which we were grateful for. A great level of customer service. Overall experience was still a very unfortunate one due to the mistakes made and expecting us to pay money to cover said mistakes, but I am thankful towards Chris for ensuring things were resolved.

I have had my trailer in a couple times now since purchasing new from Traveland. Mick in the service department has been very helpful with getting the warranty issues dealt with, even going above and beyond by helping to make things as convenient for me as possible.

Luke was a fantastic salesman. We have purchased 3 RV travel trailers from Traveland. All 3 were from Luke. If this review was for him, it would be 5 stars all the way! Unfortunately, that is where the "good/great" ends. The service department is horrible. Our last purchase was a 2021 Jayco Eagle HT. We took delivery in March 2021. In late March, we had a water leak in the wet bay. It took Traveland almost a week to get a technician out to see it. He fixed the leak. In April, we had another water issue in the wet bay. This issue required ordering parts (sigh). Fast forward 7 weeks for the parts to arrive - the wet bay is replaced. Water issue remains.we are permanently parked in a park so we can use city water. Only we can't because it backfills our fresh water tank onto the ground. We have been "dry camping" in a park for the last 2 weeks! Also in April, our fridge began acting up (warmed up/cooled down/warned up/cooled down). More parts to order (more sighing). Again, fast forward 7 weeks for the parts to arrive, the thermoster (RV word) is replaced in the fridge. Then the technician realizes there is no vent for the propane/electric fridge (apparently a Jayco oversight). So I have now been without a working fridge (the technician recommended turning it off completely with no vent to vent the fumes and heat) for more than a week. Traveland service keeps passing the problem on to someone else. While the sales department is top notch (Luke - as stated above - Cam and Kyle did their best to resolve my issues) the service department has made me decide that my next purchase will be ANYWHERE BUT TRAVELAND.

From the beginning to end, our experience was great. Adam was patient and informative. Jace, who demonstrated our trailer was knowledgeable and experienced. Finally, the manager congratulated us and gave us a complimentary blanket. Never felt rushed and the whole staff was friendly. Class act.

I waited until the factory warranty was up before I posted this so it's a review from more than a year ago.

I'd give Langley Traveland 0 stars if I could. They were dishonest with me several times on the day I picked up a high end trailer. There were numerous defects that should have been addressed before we picked it up, like the keys didn't work, pinched propane lines, propane bottles were not purged before filling so we ran out of propane on our first outing with erratic appliances.

1) showed up for orientation where I immediately saw the front cap was missing the decal. When I brought it to their attention. They played dumb saying it must have came from the factory like that and they didn't notice it was missing. Grand Design confirmed it left the factory with the decal where it likely was damaged enroute to Langley. I guess Traveland was hoping I wouldn't notice.

2) Trailer came already prepped for a rear observation camera. I had the camera prepared to plug it in myself but there already was a ladder at the back of the trailer. Feeling it was inappropriate safety wise to use their ladder I asked the tech to plug it in. Took all of 30 seconds to plug it in including running up and down the ladder. Traveland tried to charge me $125.00 to plug in a camera. Either they didn't know the products they sell come with (pretty much all of them are prepped) or they were trying to scam me.after some unnecessary arguing they dropped it.

3) I wasn't planning on getting the extended warranty but they said I would get most of the premiums back from our last trailer to apply to this one so I reluctantly agreed. All I had to do was pay for it in full and when the warranty company sends the reimbursement Traveland would send me the refund. Waited for 2 months and nothing. Called warranty company where they confirmed they sent the cheque 2 weeks prior. I waited another week to call Traveland where the Sales manager played dumb again. Yep.they received it but.decided to try and keep the money for themselves. They reimbursed me the next day.

Next RV won't be from Traveland.

Thank you Michelle, Dinesh, and the rest of the staff at Traveland for taking on the repairs of our trailer. We are so appreciative of the kindness and professionalism we experienced there. It is such a contrast from the way we were treated at the Coquitlam dealership that sold us the trailer, where, in my opinion, we were lied to and necessary repairs were never done. We are happy to be moving forward from that unpleasantness with the purchase of our new Reflection. Thanks to our sales guy, Jorden Buchan, for making this a most positive experience.

The purchase process was low pressure, the staff were all really helpful, knowledgeable and professional. The pickup day went well. It was easy and enjoyable, as everything was well managed. Their warranties are great and hassle free, taking all of the stress and worry out of making such a big purchase. We also deal with Traveland directly for everything - which is exactly what we wanted.

From the moment that we walked in the front doors to the day we drove out of the lot with our new trailer, Traveland provided excellent customer service. Our search for a new trailer began in Chilliwack and to our dismay, the sales people seamed uninterested in helping us. From claiming that they were too busy, to flat out saying they didn't have anything that fit our wish list, the sales people did not even get out of their chairs. We found this at dealer after dealer until we arrived at Traveland where Adam greeted us at the door, listened to our preferred requirements, and then proceeded to show us their selections and advise us on what would meet the requirements of our tow vehicle and still meet our needs. We ordered our new trailer and the great service continued when we came to pick it up.

Bought an RV a year ago form here. Nice unit, good sales staff and that’s where the good stops. Service department has been terrible to deal with for the past year. Always seems to be a struggle to get them out to do warranty work. SEVERAL issues have been a problem for over a year now. Now apparently that doesn’t matter when it comes to charging for service calls, even though the original issue was NEVER satisfactory the first time. Even when one of the service technicians broke something while doing a repair, they accused us of breaking the item previously and trying to blame it on the technician. Nice. We are very careful with our unit as it was quite costly and certainly do not appreciate being called liars from their service department. It’s unfortunate there isn’t other Jayco dealers in the area.

Happy with purchase, warranty and insurance claim repair quality in the first couple year. For all other repair work though, a service charge out rate of $169/hr regardless of scope/discipline is hard to swallow. A definite consideration.

Bought our new 397th from travelland.can't say enough good things bout this dealer, from sales to parts and service this dealer cares for you from start to finish. Then dealing with the service team when warranty repairs arose. I would recommend this dealer over and over.

Had a great experience. This is the second trailer we bought from Traveland. All the staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, especially Our salesman Tony who went above and beyond. He had several trailers lined up for us to see and was extremely knowledgeable on all the details of the trailers. We would definitely recommend Traveland to anyone looking to buy a trailer.
