For sure I would go back again!
Our room was acceptable and everything worked. The front desk person (Jeremy) was very helpful and efficient.
We had a safe and comfortable experience staying there for two (2) days. As I said before, I would go back and stay there again.

Horrible. Pathetic. The tap in the bathtub wouldn't work and we couldn't take a shower. The folks at the front desk couldn't do anything whatsoever. The A/C is horrible. It makes sound equivalent to an airplane but barely cools the room.

Update: The management acknowledged the issue with shower but according to them there's no issue with the A/C though no one in my family could sleep that night. They are also upset that I posted this review. Stay away.

Place needs to be bulldozed, complete and utter dump.
Filthy dirty, cigarette burns in the bathrm.
Broken lamps, counter tops broken. Baseboards that haven't been scrubbed in 4ever.

This hotel was very disappointing. The first room we walked into was so disgusting and smelled strongly of mold. There were burn holes in the bedding and on the couch, and the shower was filled with mold. The wall around the sink area as well as the bathroom door were covered in brown smudges and it was clear that the room hadn't been properly cleaned in a very long time. We changed rooms but the second one was barely better. It was a sleepless night.thankfully just one. Do yourself a favor and don't stay here unless they do a major overhaul of the entire place.

Booked on expedia due to location. Room was small smelled funny and dresser missing hardware. I know the last one is a small thing but for $300 plus for a night I expected somthing nicer. Literally walked into room and knew we weren't staying there. Asked about a refund and they claimed policy said no refunds. I do not recommend this place!

The room smelled very musty. It was a horrible smell. Floor in the laundry room was dirty. 1 star at the most. For the price, it was mediocre. Do yourselves a favor and avoid that place! I forgot to take a picture of the bathtub it’s all cracked and repainted in few places. I had to wash all
My clothes and pillowcases because Of the smell.

Room needing flooring repairs. Other than that very clean and nice comfortable bed. Good value for the money. I would stay here again.

Not a pleasant place. Loud talking people and lots of traffic. Room is so la la, bed real bad. 20$ for a dog! Rip off.

Easily the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The floors are all delaminated, homeless people camped outside my room all night long and the rooms appear neat but don't look to closely. I am a regular Wyndham user but they should get rid of this place. Avoid at all costs.

VERY dated room, way over priced and the breakfast is pretty much a waste of time. At best a 1 star hotel and certainly not worth the price that they expect.

Wyndham is by far THE WORSE chain of hotels!
I was charged twice for one night stay and they will not refund back. Their customer support is horrific and the hotel could do nothing to accommodate.
I have been in contact with them for over 2 months over a simple issue and they keep giving me the runaround and now they are doing absolutely nothing to rectify my issue.
I travel quite a bit and stay at many hotels at the time. Will stick to Hilton, Marriott, Westin and others!
Will try my best to NOT stay at any Wyndham hotels!
Be warned, if any issues with Wyndham, consider your money lost!

Thought this location was convenient? Not worth it! People coming and going too regularly, they may be renting rooms by the hour? Doors slamming (vibrating the walls & floor), people yelling across parking lot.tried to sleep but gave up after three hours then checked out, much too noisy. Decided to drive all the way home at night rather than loose a total nights sleep. Oh the room was smelly, mouldy and musty.must have a leaky roof, but the noise was just too much

Walls were extremely thin, and cleanliness not quite what it could be. Staff was friendly and linens were new so I was happy.

Everyone's experience is different however mines are always wonderful love my rooms especially room 412 spacious comfortable private and convenient. Staff amazingly friendly housekeeping does a wonderful Job. For me it's my home away from home.

Rooms are clean but being a safe haven for sometimes hard for staff to keep up. Seem to be always looking for new hires. Safe, secure accommodations. Blocks from the hospital and pharmacy police and fire and paramedics response to be the envy of surrounding accommodations

Terrible…to say the least. I was bicycle touring across the country and was calling different motels in the area. When asking the cost, was quoted 299. Said I’d call back, and when I did 10 mins later he increased the cost to 359. I had to explain to him I’d just been quoted 299, by him. First red flag. I felt like I was being gouged.

I went and took it up with the desk clerk and she said she would forward the concern of the “misquote” to the manger.

When I got to the room, it appeared something to expect for a dive motel. AC unit was broken and had visibly taken some sort of impact, with cracks taped together with packaging tape. There were holes in the wall, cut marks on the bathroom sink, the caulking around the tub was black in some areas, holes and stains on the ceiling, lamp shade in awful condition. 359 or 299 for this? I slept that night in my sleeping bag liner as I felt a bit dirty being in this room.

In the morning I took it up with the same guy that had “misquoted” me. I asked for his name so I knew who I was speaking with and he refused, telling me it was confidential. I explained the condition of the room and he did come to see it but did nothing except tell me he’d forward the complaint to the manager and would be in touch with me. I explained to him while standing in the room that I was cycling to Hope that day and wouldn’t even consider the travel lodge there. He ACTUALLY said, neither would I.

Ironically when I was sitting in the lobby before leaving, another person checked out and suggested they get the toilet fixed in their room.

I waited two weeks with no reply from the manager, so I called again and was told they would forward my request to speak with the manager. Nothing. Never received a call or anything from them. 3 requests in total.

Totally unprofessional and complete lack of accommodation. I would highly not recommend this hotel unless there was a change in management and work done on the buildings infrastructure.

-I never mentioned when I stayed so not sure why they’re apologizing. And if they know who I am, there’s nothing stopping them reaching out like I requested twice with no response. Continued unprofessionalism. Stay clear if you’re paying attention to all these reviews.

Filthy room. Smelled of urine. Desperately needs paint and updating. Furniture looked like it was found at a thrift store. Bath tub was cracking.
For the price was one of the worst rooms I’ve stayed in. I’ve stayed in many “budget” motels that were so much cleaner etc that this room.

It was alright, I got there pretty late though so I didn't really get to enjoy the room as much as I would've liked to: (

Stayed one night and woke in the morning covered in insect bites from either bed bugs or fleas, not sure which. My wife reported to the front desk after we arrived home. The young lady at the front desk was very apologetic and said she would pass the info onto the manager. To date we have not heard a word from them. I will never stay there again and do not recommend others stay there.

Three of us booked a room for one night as a place to rest between a wedding ceremony and reception, and then to stay overnight instead of driving back to Vancouver.

The room was awful. Cramped: the sofa bed was at the foot of the regular bed, and when pulled out we could not have walked around it. Smelly: room smelled strongly of stale cigarette smoke and something else that might have been mild. Dirty: crumbs on the floor. Upholstery stained. Beat up: all the furniture looked like it came from the dump.

We ended up coming back just to pick up our stuff and check out, and drove back home instead of staying in this dump. Can’t believe they charge $240 for this experience. Never again. We were in room 211.

Good basic hotel, staff was friendly and helpful. Room was quiet and bed was comfortable - all I needed!

Awesome hotel, took care of us really well and were very courteous and tolerable or our group. Would definitely book a room again.

Breakfast was sad. Two cereals, granola bars and apples.
Smallest room ever. We were in a nook. No carpet in the rooms which was great. AC was very loud.
Expensive for what it was (may have been because the airshow is this weekend)

Beds were hard as ground, toilet didn’t flush, holes in walls, the “plumber” was a sketchy looking security guard, save your money and go somewhere else, this is a complete scam, the website we booked off of showed a way nicer setup, what we got felt like we were in the hood

I understand that the hotel is not a five star, but the mattresses was very bad condition, my plan was rest comfortably but unfortunately wasn't.

What a scam and falsely advertised business this is! Don’t waste your money on a family that is rich off stealing your money and doesn’t deserve your money or presence! Also it’s limit two bars per person!

First two stays where ok third time Me and my partner got eaten by bed bugs and when notifying the office at 6am as I seen it my own eyes the man at the office was very rude and instead of acknowledging he had given me the run around for the manager. It took almost about a month till I finally got a call from the owner with an apology only to tell me the room was checked and it did not appear to have any. Well I took pictures of the bites and the bed bug that came out of the wash in my laundry also while speaking ti another lovely person they said the where also getting bit. Anyhow I would say it’s not the best place to take ur children as it’s very drug friendly place people in and out all hours of the night. Also the rooms need a lot of fixing and restorations as it’s pretty run down. I would not recommend to anyone!

Due to unfortunate circumstances, we were in need of a place to stay without any notice.
Luckily for us, the Travelodge had vacancy.

Booking our room couldn't have been more stress free. Our receptionist gave us excellent customer service; even extended our check-out time by 1 hour with no extra cost.
Our room had all the basic requirements, it was clean & our bed was comfortable cozy.

I'd highly recommend Travelodge by Wyndham to anyone whoever ends up in a similar situation as we were in that day!

Very filthy, walls not washed for years? Slept for maybe three hours under a thin sheet, no blanket just a bed spread that had burn marks and stains felt like puking check

Stayed here a few years ago was average then. Ok place. Stayed again and the room was dirty. Place was falling apart. The carpet was coming up. Baseboards were missing or coming off. Walls had hand prints an smeered stuff on them.

I had phoned in and given my name it took me a little bit longer to arrive than anticipated and the gentleman working at the desk gave my room away to someone else. So now it's 1: 00 in the morning and I have nowhere to sleep thanks Travelodge

**Warning** do not stay at this Travelodge location, hotel is full of drug addicts and low lives. Discusting place. Not a place for family's or single professionals, only drug addicts. They will also not refund your money if you cut your stay shorter. Super scam! I Will be contacting Travelodge main office. Travelodge is a good well respected hotel but not this location!

This lodge is good.rooms are big, lodge manager and room cleaner are friendly, morning breakfast is healthy and timely available. I personally like this place. And also around the lodge you can find McDonald's nd 7eleven.

Absolutely awful! The smell of weed, smoke and pee lingers everywhere, including the rooms. The fridge leaked water all over our floor and didn’t keep anything cold. There were stains all over the sheets including blood and something blue. The dust in the rooms gave my friends allergies for our whole trip. I will never stay in this hell hole again!

Don't say here, the staff are rude and judge people based on their age! They wouldn't let me check in as all I had for ID was a temp drivers licence as I lost my wallet I work at a hotel and all you need is government ID!

Do not recommend it! Stayed for one night only (New Year's Eve-3 years ago), terrible, cold, smelly (not sure what smell), felt very uncomfortable.

Nothing fancy but a great value for our family. Close enough to downtown as long as you schedule your trip to avoid the worst traffic times. Continental breakfast is ok. After a week though, you’ll be ready for something different.

Polite and friendly check in process. Rooms exactly as described. Can hear some outside walking noise inside the rooms. Very fast wifi connectivity.

If only the housekeepers wouldnt sit outside your room chatting loud and getting cigarette smoke inside your room when your a NON smoker! Thanks for that.
