Toilet did not work on arrival - TV would not work onlt snow until we asked hiwvto get it to wirk. Breaky had no fresh fruit

Very reasonable Travelodge accommodation, services, and helpful staff in this somewhat isolated location.

Very friendly and accommodating staff, rooms are very clean and bright. Overall very good experience. Must stay at this place if you are looking for accommodation.

The staff are nice and rooms are fairly comfortable.my only complaint is the lack of sound-proofing.it's very hard to sleep when you can clearly hear every vehicle go by

$$$ Overpriced! Just gross! Old stain hard mattress, ripped stained carpets very run down last resort to stay or I'd keep on driving!

Rooms were nice. Pool was very small but clean. Sauna was not working when we were there. Car was not messed with overnight. Restaurants very close by. Overall good place to stop for a nights rest.

Very clean. Friendly and prompt service. I will stay there again.

Bog standard or less. Little annoyannces like the hair dryer didn't work; there was only decaf coffee; lumpy pillows. Easy to access on the highway, so was ok for a stop on the way to elsewhwere; wouldn't stay long though

Best customer service I have ever had, now if they would open the breakfast room and gym it would be a great place to enjoy!

Has a bed, shower, heat - got exactly what I expect and need from a motel. Towels were a little thin and worn but more than sufficient to dry off so no problem. Wifi seemed a little sluggish so I jumped off and just used data. Bed was fine. Saw no hygiene issues with the room.

Lots of sledders staying here in the winter! Guy at front desk was actually very pleasant and nice. Would totally stay here again if I needed a motel in McBride.

This place is rundown bug splatter on walls and ceiling with massive water spots from past leaks.quiet place and clean sheets if you can book elsewhere do so!

Spent a week there, rooms were clean, spacious and warm, staff treats guest with respect and welcoming gesture, they really go far and beyond for their service 10/10.

Tried to book rooms for 1 day 7am till 7 pm as I drive pilot truck and will be arriving at that time and was told at first it would be $99 dollars for the 1 day but had to check availability and to call back in 15 minutes when I called back I was told I would have to pay for 2 nights instead of 1

Rooms are nice, friendly staff, but didn't sleep very well with all the tractor trailers park out front running all night.

The lady at the front desk was nice, but that's where it ended. We booked there because there were reviews that it was clean. We went into our room and it smelled like stinky feet, there were stains all over the rug and the bathroom smelt like pee. When we flushed the toilet, it almost overflowed everytime. We were in a room at the back and there is no real parking spaces. We just parked sideways in front of our door. The back was very poorly lit, which was scary taking the dog out in the middle of the night (there was a partial fence and then tall grass and trees). The TV kept going dim and had lines going through it. I wasn't expecting much, but was expecting more than what we got. I really do not recommend this motel.

Need some updates especially bathrooms but overall seemed clean and comfortable for the night. And pet friendly was wonderful!

Rooms for basic but clean and no bugs, due to Covid hot tub unavailable but staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The continental breakfast that is provided is more than adequate

Had my 30 dollar honey and my coffee go missing out of my room. They denied it and then offered 20 dollars of the full cost. As for the free breakfast.bring your own! Stale food and weak coffee look like tea. Won’t stay in this place again.might loose more than my honey and coffee.

Thank you staff, you made a horrible snow storm easy to get out of. Alone and far from home, your staff was amazing and very caring of situation I was in. I bless them all and say keep up the fantastic job. If im ever in this part again ill definitely be staying here.

Okay, I drive a truck, and stopped here because, well, I thought a Travelodge would be okay.

Now they have a water advisory herethis week and I understand that is completely out of their control, but having said that it would be nice if there was a bottle of water to drink in the room.

At first blush it looked clean, but if you look at my video if you are a germaphobe, I would recommend this is a hard pass.

Nice location and quiet spot. A bit noisy because of the pipes that are not winterized but noise didn't stay on for more than 10 mins

Electricity went out in room in the night, woke up freezing, left to work at 4am no shower no coffee no nothing, using phone light to pack up. When I called to let desk know they said I should have called to fix the problem l. So now a guest should wake up at 4am to trouble shoot electrical issues. I was told these are common problems in hotels, maybe your hotel but not others. I asked for refund and was refused.

Will never use this hotel again nor would I recommend anyone to use it.

The customer service could be better. The room was clean and had a microwave which is nice. Many types of breakfast available for free. Housekeeping was friendly and helpful.
I gave 4 stars because it's a basic room on the hwy.

Staff is awesome, rooms are clean.

Only problem is internet, I had one bar in some rooms and even with full bars my data is faster, wifi is pretty much useless

Was a good place to stay but for all the pickups backed into ground floor rooms, was really nice to have a loud stinky exhaust filtering in our room when owners would start them early and let them idle a long time. I own a diesel and would not back in, common sense people!

Hot tub. Hardly, a warm tub at best and yes it is locked at that temperature, and fitness room? There were a couple of old exercise bikes that may or may not work but thats it. Nothing even remotely special about this place

Beautiful location on highway 16. Awesome mountain view. Huge space for park long trailer. Rooms was nice and clean. Comfortable bed. Friendly And helpful staff. I will love to stay here again.
