Amazing staff. Manager was the sweetest most kind lady I have ever met. I highly recommend this hotel.

Room definily durty. Só much garbage under the bed. Floor was stink. Worst experience ever.

Besides needing more pillows in the one queen bedroom, the place was clean and priced well.

All of us friends went on the tour together. We got up at their hotel at Travelodge. They are very good hearted people. We are very happy with their service. Their rooms and room service are all excellent

The room is nice with a nice bathroom. Vedant working at the front desk was very nice and helpful. He recommended a pool nearby for my kids and I to swim which was very helpful.

Wonderful place with very tolerant and professional staff, especially mr. Vedant! Great service, very affordable prices and brilliant convenient location! As a Ukrainian I am in love with this place!

Front desk agent was nice though. And it was really spotless, there was actually a staff member there who cleaned up after we were finished.

Stayed 2 nights, absolutely no issues worth our room. Reasonable rates and good location. Would definitely recommend.

The hotel could use a whole building shampoo. A beautiful kind young lady at the desk. It needs an update. It could be quite cozy. It's definitely not child friendly.

I recently stayed at the Travelodge prince George and had an amazing experience! The staff were friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived, making check-in breeze. The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay.

It’s conveniently located in the heart of downtown, with easy access to restaurants and attractions.

Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient hotel in the heart of the city. The staff’s warm and welcoming attitude, coupled with the hotel’s great amenities and location, make it an excellent choice for any traveler.

I stayed from 28 December to 1 January 2022. I came in Prince George and was not able to find rooms. I met Vedant kaila (Front Desk) at Travelodge. Who helped me in Everything. The way he maintained everything was tremendous.

1. The hotel has a homely feeling.
2. The breakfast bag lunch is best for people who are in hurry.
3. The room had all the amenities with microwave and personal coffee machine.
4. The staff was so helpful that they helped me in everything. They do it with every guest and give importance which i liked the most.
5. I believe this hotel is best place for new students who are not able to find rooms in the city.
6. They gave the best rated compared to other hotels and if you have any problem. They do everything to make your stay safe and cozy.

In November 2022, I stayed here for 4 nights. Super staff and location and the attached Zen restaurant is fantastic. I shall return!

Booked and prepaid via Expedia. When I arrived the front door was locked and nobody in the office. Banged for at least 20 minutes. Outdoor temp -16. Eventually a young lady came. The door latch was broken.

Only 1 towel in the room. No coffee, just tea.

Restaurant was closed but thankfully White Spot was within walking distance.

Do not recommend. Will not stay there again.

It's a room, with a good price and for a pet friendly space. The staff were very friendly and the morning coffee was good enough for hotel lobby coffee. The cleanliness was good, if you didn't have a puppy crawl under the bed and find a slipper and some wrappers, etc. But for a single night in transit fit the bill and budget perfectly.

This hotel does not reflect well on Travelodge chain. Desk staff were terrific. A number of maintenance issues in part due to aging of the hotel. (Tub plugs not working, room not ready) Inexpensive. I would not recommend this hotel.

La chambre était très bien, grande et propre.
Par contre pour petit déjeuner, nous avons eu 1 sac avec 1 banane 2 croissant et 1 mini jus de fruit
C'est immonde, c'est se ficher du monde que doser proposer un petit déjeuner pareil!
Et les alentours de l'hôtel ne sont pas terribles, avec des gens qui errent dans les rues autour.
En résumé, allez vous coucher, ne sortez pas de votre chambre et repartez le lendemain sans prendre le petit déjeuner, vous trouverez bien mieux ailleurs

Hallways Carpet really Wore out and dirty. Carpet was lifting in the room. Bed really uncomfortable And felt like it was broken. Breakfast in a bag was poor and some items were missing from one of the bags. Hotel had a bad odor in entrance way. The price was expensive for what it costs. Will not stay here again.

Yeah, parking sucked and there were shady guys outside, one thing I hate travelling all the time is. The elevator was hella sketchy and I honest to god thought it was going to break so I chose to use the stairs coming down lol. Room was fine, though I found hair everywhere on the bed that wasn’t mine. I liked the Keurig machine though.

Clean hotel and nice rooms, poor customer service. Great if only 1 or 2 nights but had to get towels sent to room every day after that

I was traveling through with a U-Haul trailer and the back of the pickup truck full of stuff. The manager asked a truck driver whose semi-trailer truck was in front of the hotel could please be relocated.so that I could park in front and the staff could keep an eye on my belongings. He even directed traffic a bit so I could negotiate the spot. The rooms were clean and my cat and I felt safe and protected. They were awesome! Thanks, guys.

I would not recommend this motel to anyone. The staff were friendly enough but there’s bed bugs! The beds in our first room were dirty and had crumbs everywhere so we requested a new one. All seemed fine until a bed bug crawled onto my laptop. After we found multiple other bugs. We got out of there as fast as we could and got refunded.

Stayed for a week, nobody cleaned my room. Ended up having to reuse dirty towels. Rates are way over priced for the area for what you get. No hot water, dirty toilet, burns on the comforter. Witnessed several bums in the parking area. Even saw people urinating near the entrance several times. Doesn’t leave me feeling secure, clean, or safe. Obviously managed poorly.

The stay was okay, checked in at midnight and staff was welcoming. The room was decent, the elevator was dirty, needed cleaning. They said they had breakfast with the stay, but we only got 1 Apple, 1 Water and a Sunrype Juice in the bag as breakfast. Disappointing

Great prices, nice room, and the staff bent over backwards to accommodate me in a bad situation. Tons of restaurants nearby, and in a decent part of town. I would definitely stay again.

My husband and I love this hotel! We stumbled upon it June 2020, when I ended up having too be in the hospital in PG for 3 weeks. The staff were so friendly and accomodating too my husband who ended up “living there” so to speak. Since then we decided that anytime we were going too PG, we would stay at Travelodge. We stayed there just last wknd October 2021, and it was the same great staff and friendly service we had experienced the year before. We give this 5 stars, and will continue staying here for future visits!

The room was disgusting. Toilet wasn't cleaned. Garbage and empty juice box under the bed. Room smelled bad, but could have been from the burnt out building next door. Parking was atrocious. Ended up leaving and finding a new hotel. This is the second time I've been extremely disappointed with a Wyndham hotel, in Prince George. Won't ever book one of their hotels again.

Good hotel room. Clean, decent wifi. Bed are decently comfortable which is great. Oh and there was a fire this morning in a building beside the hotel. So free entertainment I guess?

I didn’t stay at this property but sure will when I’m back in the area. I had booked to stay there Sunday aug 15 thru Expedia with no refund. But the booking was for aug 29. The general manager overheard my problem that we had no room booked and they were booked solid. He stayed with me on his phone to Expedia. After checking thru other hotels he told Expedia that they were cancelling my reservation at no charge. Had Expedia refund me fully. Then drove to a different property and made sure we got two rooms. A manager that went over and out to satisfy us. I tried to give him a tip fir his trouble. He absolutely refused. Thanks again. Sorry I forgot your name. Maybe sawfi?

Our stay was barely ok. We reserved a suite for 3 with a separate bedroom. The girl at the front desk chose to assign our specifically reserved accommodation to someone else, possibly a friend. I had phoned the front desk 10 days before arrival and was told that everything was good with our reservation.
How does anyone get away with something like this?
I do not recommend this hotel. The parking area is filthy and stinks of urine. Your reservation is not guaranteed. This is not "Customer Service "!

Our stay was nice and quiet. Staff members were courteous, accommodating and friendly. Location is convenient as you can walk to nice restaurants. Thank you!

Front-desk is very friendly and helpful. I was booked for a wrong date. Got refund and checked in with the same rate. Clean room and well keep facilities. Highly recommended.

I arrived early and was told no problem I could check in in an hour so I waited happily only to be checked in to a “freshly cleaned” room with dog food and pet hair all over the floor, used soap bar in the shower, a lighter on the nightstand, and used cosmetic items on the floor under and beside bed. Absolutley disgusted. Looks like only the bed was changed and cleaned. I talked to front desk and asked to change rooms only to be told they were fully booked and there was nothing they could do. I would have left if I had the option too. Smelt like smoke in the hallways. Staff was not friendly or helpful. DO NOT STAY HERE.

The room was clean and seems to have been recently renovated. Parking is a little tight. Very accommodating staff at check in.

I arrived looked at the room, I was unhappy and cancelled. The receptionist promised I would not be charged. When I got home and checked my visa I was charged the full rate having never stayed at the hotel. The service is terrible and rooms are very old. Please never make this part of your stay.
