Staff are friendly and knowledgeable but ill likely not be back although they are by far the closest dispensary to me.
Its like Russian roulette as to their hours. Changing weekly.
I've wasted too much of my time showing up for them to be closed.

I know staffing can be a nightmare, but you have to be open to build customers and being closed at 4pm on a Friday is just bad business.

Everyone there is really nice now!
Hoping they get more infused PRs though! =P

Though the place is normally busy.
The staff is friendly.
They do not take credit cards, and take only debit card or cash.

Gotta be a trustapharian (trustfund hippie) to afford this place. Still the bad aura of the building from the past Trees business that was here before.

Today I had to go for quantity over quality. I purchased the very reasonably priced option and was impressed. Super quality

I love this place and the cannabis. There are many options and lots of friendly employees. It is, however, super slow service.there are never enough cashiers and I still don’t have a membership card since I signed up. I also have really bad vision and the writing on the board is super difficult to see - wish it was cleaned better.

I don’t understand the reviews about long lineups. What do you expect now that it’s legal and most of the other dispensaries have been shut down? The lineups always move pretty quick, even when it’s out the door. Staff is friendly and knowledable, and I love that I can bring my pup with me:)

Amazing store, great prices (best on the island) and products! Staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and management makes sure people waiting in line are taken care of. Only downside is the parking lot situation but there’s extra parking on the street and at Mayfair

Line ups consistently 40+ minutes. Only 4 tolls and the staff are too friendly so they chat it up with everyone making things even slower. It’s nice to be nice but damn.

One of my favorite dispensaries around, good selection and good prices. The staff are usually really helpful and pleasant to talk to.

Poor Selection, over priced. Majority of the top grade buds are poorly trimmed and un-flushed, unfortunately the last 3 times I've been to trees my joints have been burning pure black let alone even carry a burn, I purchased a top grade quality eight and a few days later the same product and batch was in the low price category. I feel like they don't really understand that we all know the dirty tricks of the industry now as its 2019. Maybe stop labeling the same strains with different tags, I wont be returning to Tree's ever again due to the rude attitude given just for asking what 'was good'. These people don't even care about their customers or their employees by the looks of things.

Rude Staff, Poor selection. I've seen about 10 different strains names with the same strain in it now, The flower tastes as though the producers are underpaid and under appreciated. I won't be shopping here anymore as I've been told they also mistreat their employees and vendors. Boycott Trees.

There are cheaper places to get THC and CBD pills, but very large selection and very good quality product

I usually visit a diff location, the low-kay-shh! This place had a line out tha door! Its a big building compared to most dispos in this city. Such an incredible variety to choose from, although, a lot of their stock was sold out, on a Saturday afternoon thats probably not good for business? I dunno, i have only good things to say about this place, for now, don't screw it up Trees! Love you!

I love there product just to pricey for me on flower and concentrate. Their Pre-rolls r the bomb tho.check them out if ur in the area

After I signed my mom up with a membership she spent $200 on a new shatter pen and 2 brand new cartridges to refill it as she was visiting on vacation.
The pen didn’t work as soon as we opened it and we were told they couldn’t refund it, and it could take 5 weeks for the exchange. They would also have to take the pen and even the brand new unopened cartridges couldn’t be returned either.

I understand manufactor exchange policies but what upset me the most is despite us asking to discuss this with the supervisor, and the girl helping us had to go back to the supervisor for support twice, she/he refused to speak to us directly and told the girl helping us, to tell us to voice our complaint online. So here we are.

In addition I have spent hundreds of dollars here on pens/weed etc and I have never been told once anything was final sale. There are no signs.
If you’re going to have rules like that they need to be backed up with paperwork or signage to avoid confusion.

I will be switching dispensaries after this exchange.

Just picked up what was sold to me as 1 gram of shatter from phyto extractions. I threw it on the scale when I got home. 6 these crooks are charging you double for half what you should be getting. I'm not happy!
