Must visit. Great ambiance and plenty of seating if you plan on staying a while. The cheesecakes are amazing and the staff is super friendly!

Amazing coffee, very distinctive and smoother then commercial brands. Maybe because it’s organic, however Tiramisu Cheesecake is a must try! Bravo

1 Star for the cheesecake, that's it. I seriously think the people who raved about the service and staff are friends. Staff is not friendly, they don't even acknowledge you or smile and walk right past you like you're invisible even with eye contact, and that's when you're at the register! The barista saying, "Thanks for waiting" is NOT the same as saying "Someone will be right with you" or even taking my order instead. When my order is being taken, it would be nice if I didn't get the total before i've even finished, it's super annoying. They're also super slow any time of the day but especially when it's busy, it took them 25mins to give me 2 drinks and 2 slices of cheesecake and there were more than enough staff! From the day of opening till now, i've been there a few times and nothing has changed. They really need to work on their customer service and speed.

My favourites are the maple walnut cheesecake and the chicken salad sandwich!

Great cafe to open in Surrey Area. I love all their Vancouver locations and this location is amazing. Coffee is always made to perfection and their cheesecakes are to die for. Very neat seating area and perfect ambiance to work/study. Surrey downtown really lacked a nice cafe and Trees cafe is perfect addition. Great customer service too.

Amazing experience! The ambiance is very welcoming and charming. The lattes and cheesecakes that they had been so delicious. The atmosphere inside is very relaxing. Highly recommended!

Nice place to sun bask

When I heard about the opening of Trees in Surrey, a franchise from Vancouver, I was excited to try it out. However, the quality of the food and drink did not meet my expectations. While the cheesecake was decent, it wasn't outstanding, and the coffee tasted like it was from Tim Hortons. I found the prices to be a bit high considering the quality of the food and drink. Overall, I would give Trees in Surrey a 3 out of 5 rating.

I would like to add that finding a place to park was challenging. The location is situated in an area with limited parking, and the side of the building was one of the only spots available to park. Unfortunately, it had a sign that clearly stated "No Parking". This made accessing the place a bit difficult, especially since there were other people also parking in the "Not Parking" zone.

Amazing service and the coffees taste amazing. Waiting time from order to reviving my drinks was super quick. Great ambience, looking forward to trying the rest of the menu.

Awful service. We went on a Sunday for breakfast around 11am. There was an east indian woman and a Latino man. We asked for items to eat in yet got them in bags, we saw other customers with their items on a plate. They forgot our order and were making mistakes on our drinks that we had to call them out on (for example we asked for non dairy and the girl was still issuing real dairy). Please fix the service here, we live nearby and want to continue going. I like the vegan food options though.

Had a latte and cheesecake and they both were delicious. The ambience of this place was amazing! I can't wait to go back!

I really wanted this coffee shop to be good as I live in the adjacent building and I was pretty excited about it too.
But.
The snacks and food items that were offered as free samples during the grand opening tasted below average. Decent place due to location and ambience but honestly not worth the hype. May be suitable for students or people who just want to enjoy the vibe of a bustling city's Café, but truly not for people who actually enjoy the taste of coffee and tea.

I ordered a large matcha for $8ish today and it was all clumpy and powdery because it wasn't mixed well. The price point for listed items are very expensive considering they taste like any other ordinary coffee shop (or slightly worse).

I recently had the pleasure of trying the Chocoholic Cheesecake at a restaurant and it was an absolute delight. The cheesecake was freshly baked, and you could tell from the first bite that it was made with care and attention to detail. The texture of the cheesecake was nice and soft, and it had a creamy, decadent taste that was perfectly balanced with the rich chocolate flavor.
The chocolate ganache drizzle on top added a nice touch of indulgence, making it a perfect dessert for chocolate lovers.

The only downside I noticed was that they do not offer an eggless version of this cake for people who do not eat eggs. Unfortunately, a couple of my friends were unable to enjoy it because of this. It would be great if the restaurant could consider including an eggless version of this cake in their menu to cater to a wider range of customers.
