Not a bad spot — better than Starbucks a few doors down. Lots more seating and more menu options. Lots of students here

Got a latte to go. It tasted a little burnt. Love the branding and space. I might return to try one of their specialty drinks like the taro latte or black sesame latte.

Two different people Knocked on my door repeatedly as I used the washroom for just three minutes. Ruined the whole experience. The washroom requires a key. Why would anyone knock without a key?

I remember November 2022. I had just arrived in Vancouver, for the first time in Canada. Everything is new and everything is unfamiliar. It took me some time to find a cozy and warm place to drink delicious coffee and eat cheesecake.
A Trees Organic Coffee place on the 738 Granville street became such a place for me.
When I first visited the cafe, I found not only delicious coffee but also a hospitable, warm atmosphere provided by the stuff. They always smile and give you advice if you're not sure what to choose.

Forget about the rest, this restaurant is simply the perfect one. I’m always excited for the next visit to this restaurant, I’m in love with this place.

This is a lovely cafe with a lot of yummy pastries and cheese cakes! There are many flavors including tiramisu, apple crispy, Oreo, raspberry, lime… In my opinion, this is one of the best cheesecakes in all of Vancouver.

And they also have fresh sandwiches!
The staff were also very friendly.

If you're looking for some high quality desserts in Vancouver, this is the place to go.

I went there last year and I did not have good really good experience in terms of Customer Service. I went there Friday night because I like their coffee and I go to other locations of Trees.

I just noticed that everything have been changed. The new management and staff are incredible. They were very friendly and empathetic.

They continue to charge. 25c for the cup fee, regardless of the government rolling back on this policy. It’s a money grab from the company

Great spot right near the Granville skytrain station and pacific centre. Very friendly staff and great ambiance. Items are very fairly priced and would recommend to anyone who loves in-house roasted fresh organic coffee!

Coffee is never available so I always pay for an Americano. I have no idea why coffee is never available at a cafe that has coffee in its name. Everytime I ask for a small cup of coffee, the barista asks if Americano is OK instead.

Other than that, I love the tiramisu cheesecake. They add whipped cream and chocolate flakes. Pretty expensive though.

I don't come here for a beautiful atmosphere, but when I want to charge my phone and relax near Pacific Center, I'll do it. They have a private washroom too.

The food is amazing. But the staff looks tired and unfriendly. I didn't feel like eating at all after the negligent way I was "served"

Their coffee is as amazing as ever. I still think their Blueberry cheesecake is my to go.

Food is okay, but it's unnecessarily pricey and there's not much variety other than cheesecake. Service is super slow and the atmosphere is like a deserted island without the sun and beach. The internet is a public one that they advertise as free and it simply doesn't work. Don't recommend this place.

Worst lemonade ever. I'm pretty sure these staff don't know the existance of the recipes.

So nasty. The workers never clean the table so you can see customers cleaning the table to sit. The female cashier (brown hair) was rude.

A decent sized coffee & cake shop downtown. It's a narrow unit with seating at the front to back of the store. They are known for their cheesecakes - and boy, was their display case full of all different flavours! I was just walking by looking for coffee and popped in for a cup. There were a few tables of people. Service was fast. The staff person was friendly and gave me a grande cappuccino instead of a tall by accident. No complaints from me! The drink was hot and fresh. Made with oatmilk as requested. The taste was good. Just what I wanted.

Prices at the board are not updated and when I point it out they girl was very annoyed.

Place is cold (door open in winter and not heat) dirty and very messy.

I got the wrong beverage which I didn’t order. But I gave up to request new one because it already took soooooooo many time to order and receive it. Two staff girls were really busy to talk each other and it seemed they almost forgot customers exist.

Even the flavor such as matcha latte which my friend ordered has many problems. It looks green color, but totally different than what I expected.

Trees has the best cheesecake in Vancouver. That’s true! But I really don’t like how they are expanding in every neighborhood of the city.

Good cheesecake for sure. Pricey and the portions are small but i was surprisingly full at the end. Still not sure if it’s worth $10 a slice. Maybe if you’re super into cheesecake idk. Service was incredible, very friendly staff and constantly cleaning.

Our office is not satisfied with this branch.we wanted to order 25 sandwiches.after 7 phone calls, they did not give us a clear answer, and the only thing they told us was: we will call you in 15 min but they never called.we felt they are playing with us.even I talked to branch manager and he just said I will call you.anyway, really BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. NEVER EVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM HERE, AND NEVER EVER RECOMMENDED. POOOOOORRRR SERVICE. I wish I could select NO STAR

For TooGoodToGo users: Not all staff are trained to use the app which is a problem. I went there to pick up my order but person severing me didn't know how to use the app. I had to wait about 10 minutes for the manager to come out from the washroom. Even after that, the order wasn't ready so it took about 2 minutes for them to assemble it. Sadly, I was in a rush and didn't expect them to take almost 15 minutes for pick up. Wouldn't recommend going here for TooGoodToGo pick ups yet. This place is very new and probably needs the trainer their staff better.

Great cake, I tried the Oreo and Keylime. I wish they were a little better at controlling their lines. It’s unclear a little bit of where to line up.

Best cheesecake in town! My favourite is the tiramisu. For second, it is the original cheesecake. The texture is not too soft or dense.

Coffe, cheesecake are good, but the washroom were so dirty, with old dirty pink color in the sink and toilet, floors.

We love this place as always. The location is so convenient and the latte is so good both iced one and hot one. The service is always good. There’re many kind of delicious cheesecakes, everything is so good.
Only one complaint… It’s annoying someone talking so loudly over PC, we heard the whole conversation even we didn’t want to.

When it comes to a place where you find not only a great coffee and a treat but as well a beautiful people with a heart and warmth who serve it.you really want to come back there thanks guys as always for 100% excellent service and good quality!

A bit slow, you have to be patient to get your order. But the food and the drinks are really good! A hot cider on a rainy day is what you need!

I would not recommend going here. Better to go to Starbucks next door, Bel Cafe a block away on Georgia or Artigano in downtown.

Voted best cheesecake so we tried. It is the best and taste amazing. Genmaicha taste real and great. We satisfied. But it was too busy could not find the table. Some customers just sit using computer with one drink stay so long. We found a table in 5-10 minutes after standing holding plates but dirty plates and garbage on the table, they were so busy to take a order so no one clean the table. We had to sit with the table pushing dirty plates and cups. So went to bathroom to clean my hands. I suggest to make sure before order find a place to sit first.

Went to this location twice. First time the staff ignored me cause she was to "busy" measuring beans out. Like lady you have 3 customers waiting to be served in line. The other two staff are in the corner standing around. I Ieave in annoyance.

The second time I come I order a latte. Go to use the bathroom and they're both conveniently "out of service. "

TLDR: Staff are rude, theres no washrooms available as both are marked "out of order. "

Staff are very nice anf friendly. They must welcome you with nice smile!

Ordered two cheesecakes and a caramel latte! The food was good but the service was exceptional. Jarmila Treska and Sunny Oh were our servers and they made the whole experience ten times better!

This coffee shop place and location is very convenient very welcoming atmosphere especially for those people who just wanted to have a simple celebration such as being grateful of simple little things like, a healthy body mind and soul, for having a good day at work, a special occasion like birthday's, and for people who wanted to unwind and be alone to themselves enjoying a coffee break to break free from a chaotic day once in while. The cheese cakes are very reasonable price and a very welcoming staff that is always smiling despite of the busy days.
