Trees Organic Coffee South Granville

In my understanding Tree's at Fir and Broadway is a best of the best coffee and cheesecake house. Best customer satisfaction services and very warm friendly welcome. Very nice and peaceful place. Food and Americanos are fantastic. I recommend everyone to come in here and give Tree's cheesecake house once to offer services and everyone satisfaction guaranteed.

Tried their cheesecake for the first time today, and while I have no complaints about the flavour… it was a very small piece for the price, definitely overpriced. Was also hoping for a denser/heavier cheesecake- this was more like mouse.

Great enviroment, great manager, they also have awesome cooperarion for gatherings

Rozhan the manager is amazing. She went out of her way to serve me and demonstrated obvious delight in her role. I ordered coffee, cheesecake, and scones for a dozen people for a Saturday morning board meeting. The website said the location opened at 8am but when I called I was informed it opened at 9am, yet Rozhan opened at 8 in order to accommodate my requirement. She pre-heated the coffee carafes overnight to ensure the coffee would stay hot on Saturday. The scones and cheesecake melted in our mouths, and the coffee was fabulous.

I recently visited this charming coffee shop and had an exceptional time. I had a cup of delicious Earl Gray tea and a delightful piece of Lemon Loaf. What made my visit truly memorable, though, was the outstanding customer service provided by the lovely lady working there.

Her impeccable manners and warm hospitality made me feel incredibly welcome. I ended up staying for over 2 hours, enjoying the cozy atmosphere and the delightful treats. The dedication to customer satisfaction displayed by the staff is truly commendable.

I highly recommend this coffee shop to anyone seeking a delightful experience, whether you're looking for a quiet place to work or a cozy spot to catch up with friends. Thank you for making my visit so enjoyable, and I'll definitely be back soon!

Trees is one of my favorite cafe in vancouver. Staff here is so friendly and always make the best coffee. Me and my friends come here after work and we got to know Anthony who is one of staff members. He is kind and knows his job really well.

One of the bests places to have cheesecake and drinks. Had an amazing time dining in. Staffs are professional, friendly and well-managed. Deff recommended ;)

Very good atmosphere, delicious cheesecake (I tried raspberry white chocolate this time), and good coffee. Special thanks for Rozhan for being always welcoming and engaging, she patiently helped me decide which cheesecake to choose lol. And it came with a smiley decoration!:)

Tried 4 types of cheesecake and they’re all okay. Nothing special. Blueberry, key lime, mango and chocolate. Also each slice is $8 lol it is a nice place to hangout tho.

I recently started coming to Trees and so far I have experienced fantastic service on a consistent basis. Staff are always willing to help with suggestions and remember your order which is nice. The Cheesecake is fantastic as well as the Chicken Noodle Wrap.

This is my favourite cafe in my neigbourhood! The service is particularly friendly and since I almost always just have coffee, I can't vouch for the food.except to say that when I do have a sandwich, it's always great.

Cheesecakes were small and too soft for my taste. A slice was 8.35 plus container fee. I saw the other reviews afterwards and was disappointed mine did not have whipped cream. Tiramisu was not bad.

Coffee was decent. Nothing too special about the cheesecake. It was quite pricey and so small.
