I contacted Trek Maple Ridge regarding a specific bike, and fortunately, I spoke with the Store Manager, David. I shared my budget, and he kindly invited me to visit the store. Upon my arrival, I was impressed by David's professionalism. He attentively listened to my requirements, suggested suitable accessories, and ensured everything fell within my budget. I left the store with my desired bike and recommended accessories, all thanks to David's excellent assistance.

Ayden was incredible. He was thorough and patient. We walked in, excited to look at bikes, but not currently bike owners we were overwhelmed and stressed. We tried nearly every in stock bike. We'd also been to 7 different stores before this one and no one made us feel as comfortable as he did. We are super excited to get our 2 new Dual Sport 3 Gen 5's - we are confident that the bikes are perfect for us, and that we will be completely set up and ready to ride with all of the accessories Ayden helped us with. I would absolutely recommend this store to anyone looking for a bike or any accessories. Their knowledge and service is unmatched.

Friendly and helpful staff! I dropped in to have the inner tube on my stroller tire replaced. Very efficient service, even offered to top off the other tires on my stroller on the way out. Will definitely be a returning customer!

Great team at the Maple Ridge location. They’ve serviced 2 of my bikes in the past 6 months. Received very quick turnaround times on both, dury peak season. 24 hrs for one and 48 hrs for the other (extra day because the part had to come from their Poco location). Both times were with no appointment, just dropped off. Very knowledgeable staff! Highly recommend them.

I got 2 hardtail bikes and 1 kids bike from here before. Service was nice.

But now.
Service is better! Especially when it comes to bike service.
These guys r fast and efficient. Saved my butt when my bike broke down.

Great overall experience and service. Very happy with my choice. Blair manager even delivered my Ebike after getting it wrapped with protection and Dana is a great technician. Highly recommended

I took my mountain bike in for a rear shock rebuild as it had blown the seals. I also requested a dropper seat post be installed.
I payed for the dropper post and a deposit for the shock rebuild. It was said to only take 3 - 5 days before fox receives the shock.

Two weeks went by with no update. I called - they told me the front forks had been shipped - well, the front forks were never meant to be touched.

Another 5 days went by, I got an update saying the fork didn't get shipped but neither had the rear shock.

Another week, and I had to call again to get an update. I was told the shock was at fox and would be rebuilt any day now.

ANOTHER 2 weeks, I got my partner to go in for me (I was out of town) and follow up. The bike was sitting in the back, and NOTHING had been done. The rear shock was still on the bike, and no dropper post.

All said and done; 6 weeks, terrible communication, and was clearly lied to multiple times about the shock being at fox.
I did receive a full refund.

I'm sure the staff are good people, but my experience here was terrible.

Went in for a brake cable and it was actually cheaper then at canadian tire, they would install it for a really reasonable price, but explained how to install it too

Ricky of Trek Maple Ridge has helped me with all my bike needs. He helped me picked the perfect Trek Emonda road bike that I will be using in my first Gran Fondo ever, he also untiringly provides great after sales support in answering all my bike related questions. Although all crew in Trek Maple Ridge are very pleasant to deal with, including the store manager - Dana, Ricky is the one that deals with all my bike needs including maintenance and upgrades. I would highly recommend Trek Maple Ridge mainly because of the expertise of Ricky!

Summer and Chad were great to deal with. Friendly, knowledgeable and, perhaps most important, fun. They made what could have been an intimidating buying experience (for a newish rider, like me) into something comfortable and actually enjoyable. Thanks to their help, I found a great bike that I'll love riding for years to come. They respected my budget while ensuring that I left with everything I needed. I won't hesitate to return in the weeks, months, and years ahead, to pick up the various things I'll need for my trail adventures.

Great service from Nick.
Back in Fall 2021, I was able to order my new Domane road bike and he managed to find a way for me to pay and order my new bike without me having to drive 6 hours to the store and pay for my deposit.
Best of all, I got my bike 2 months later.
I'm very happy with my road bike.

Amazing service. Had a flat while out riding and the tire was not seated properly. Took it in for the Tech to have a look at - no problem! Right away checked the tire and inflated both tires to correct pressure. Took 5 mins - no charge! My cycling buddy had rear derailleur problems. Tech made adjustments and we weren't both rolling again - very happy! Now that is amazing service! Kudos to this Trek shop!

The service provided by Nick at your Maple Ridge BC location was phenomenal. I have never been treated this well by anyone when shopping for anything. I really mean it. I returned several times, and each time I was surprised by the service. The package price deal on my family's 3 bikes and accessories was also great. I am also pleased with the quality of our bikes. Thank you so much Nick. You and your team deserve a Bravo award.

Usually a great experience but today not so well. Purchased a new bike for my son and was asked of I wanted to add a kickstand. I agreed. Then stood around for 10-15 minutes watching the staff make sales while no one attending to my son's new bike. Returned the kickstand and left.

I called the other day regarding the boy scouts Christmas trees. Nothing to do with their business. Still super friendly, very helpful. Customer service doesn't take a day off.

Trek Maple Ridge really stepped up! It’s been a very long time since I last bought a bike so I’m not up on all the latest in tech and lingo. Did a lot of research on some of the more popular choices for a good all around bike. (Hybrid?) The TREK Marlin series came up a few times for someone that primarily rides road and trail but wants a bike that can hold up on the mountain as well. Narrowed it down to the Marlin 6. Key factors were the 24 speed, hydraulic disc brakes and lockable suspension. Not to mention a great bike for under $1000! Went in to pick up a 2019 model but selection was slim so ordered a 2020. Turns out TREK made one tiny change and dropped it from a 24 speed to a 16 speed. WHY? ! Defeats the whole purpose of this style of bike. The staff and management at TREK Maple Ridge are amazing. The manager did a little research and found a kit that could be retro fit on the bike bringing it back to the full 24 speed. I sincerely hope the store didn’t have to eat the cost as I really feel TREK has made bad life decisions and dropped the ball here. Short story long the staff at TREK Maple Ridge are amazing and I love the bike. Would absolutely recommend this store to anyone in the market for a solid ride. Thanks guys!

Had a great experience buying a new bike for my young daughter. Her previous bike just wasn't cutting it any more and I really wanted her to learn how to ride. The minute she hopped on the suggested bike, she started riding around the store excitedly. The saleswoman was able to answer all of my questions, they did a quick check and alignment on the bike before we left and they even gave my daughter a certificate she could sign herself for her new bike. It was a very welcoming and pleasant experience.

Came in to get my bike fixed about 2 weeks ago. It was just after store opening. Several employees were already in the store and ready to help. When I entered 2 employees greeted me. The supervisor came out and helped me get my bike out my truck without prompting. He was very polite, and assessed my bike in the parking lot. My bike was giving me trouble, where when the chain went slack after coasting and would fall off the gears regardless of the speed or gear. Resulting in a very rough ride as the pedals would have zero resistance until the chain caught the gears again.
On initial inspection the supervisor thought it might be the freewheel. He then took my bike inside to the mechanic.
While waiting for my bike to be seen by the mechanic each member of the staff asked if I had been helped as I browsed the store. Each one answered my questions thoughtfully and with lots of info.
Once my bike was seen by the mechanic, he went over my bike throughly and eventually had to replace the rear wheel gear set. He asked my permission before replacing the part and had attempted to fix my original gear set to no avail.
After looking around as my bike was being fixed the supervisor helped me colour match a bell to my blue and brown bike. As well as suggested some important gear that I had been putting off getting for my bike kit. The mechanic even installed the bell for me and tested diffrent positions on my bike handles.
The repair was done at a reasonable price, store service was top notch, staff are superb and I will definitely recommend this shop to others.

If you need a tune up or a simple tire change they're great. The ship staff are nice and welcoming. However if it's something like suspension (which was my problem) I would take it to someone who specializes in suspension. Went to just get some second opinions and maybe the parts to fix it myself if possible. At the end of my conversation with the techs another man from the front came back and was very certain I needed to get them to ship my bike away and he knew nothing about the problem haha. He was pretty rude talking to me like I know nothing about my bike, but then his only suggestion was to book it in to get serviced with them. After this encounter I decided to buy my parts someplace else.

Long story short, the techs are great for simple bike maintenance, and they're also honest which is great. But whoever the guy was that I came and got into the conversation between me and the techs is the reason I don't think I'll ever go back looking for parts.

Wow, where do I start. Upon arrival at Trek, I was wonderfully greeted by Blair and his team of awesome workers (notably Aaron and his love of bikes and excellent suggestions). I came in with little to no experience in the cycling world and was looking at buying a road/tri bike for my future triathlon adventures.

Blair asked me a few questions regarding previous experience and goals and decided a road bike would be best suited. He quickly sized me up (on their state of the art display) and I was out the door test riding bikes within 5 mins. After deciding on a bike, Blair ran through the store (literally) equipping me with the essentials whilst knowledgeably explaining each and every item. I never felt pressured or pushed into buying anything.

To keep it fairly short, Blair and his team provided an incredible buying experience. I learnt a ton and had a great time doing it. The store is state of the art, very well organized and has a ton of gear. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone I know!
