Trek Bicycle Store

Weird noise on my bike. Stopped at trek, the tech diagnosed it as pedal problems, fixed it and was on my way in less than 30 minutes. Great service.

This store is amazing! We were visiting and I was having issues with my bike. They were packed but took the time to help get me back on the road. Cam was super nice and very knowledgeable. Everyone was friendly and helpful and let me and my dog hangout while they fixed my bike. Thanks so much for your help and hospitality!

Went in to get my fork and brake overhauled and was told by the guy at the desk it was up to a month but he brought me over to the head tech and he said I was looking at about a week since they will send my fork to sram and service my brake in house! Shout out to Arron for listening to me when I stated I wanted my fork travel changed and my whole hose changed on my brake and not just trimming the hose to remove the damaged part (I have dot fluid brakes which will eat the liner over time and that hose was over a decade old since I just got the bike on a trade) I would Recommend this shop to anyone who knows how to work on their bike but doesn’t have the means to do the big stuff. If you need a basic tune up there’s lots of shops for that in town w a faster turn around but I would definitely recommend them for any major services

Absolutely great service from a great bunch of guys!
Went to get get some small adjustments made to a new bike I had recently purchased which they did no problem and very quickly. Unfortunately, shortly after leaving the shop I had a crash due to a defective part from the manufacturer (not fitted by the guys at the shop) so took my bike straight back to them for some repairs. Despite it not being their fault at all, they replaced the defective part and a few others that had been damaged in the crash completely free of charge!

Cannot recommend these guys enough, absolutely brilliant service and will certainly be going back to them for any future work or bike-related purchases I need!

I bought an e-bike here when I was on holiday. The guys at the store went out of their way to be helpful. Great at making sure bike was sized right, keeping in touch and were incredibly helpful with packing the bike up and shipping. Thanks in particular to Mitch. 5 out of 5 stars

Incredible service! I am new to cycling, and I don't know much about bicycles yet. I was at the store for almost 2 hours, as every inner tube I bought kept popping due to my own error. The employees were incredibly patient and helpful. They ended up taking my bicycle into the shop and fixing it up for me.
The way I was treated will certainly make me return for all my cycling needs.

Matt was incredibly helpful fitting my bike and helping pick out gear. He made the experience of getting into road biking much less stressful.

Owner and shop staff went above and beyond to replace worn out brake pads on the spot when I rode up on my adaptive mountain bike. Friendly, knowledgeable and highly recommend this place.

I was riding by and having some difficulty with my bike, so stopped in to make an appointment. The gentleman that helped me was so accommodating, knowledgeable and friendly. He fixed what was wrong and noticed another problem and helped me with that. I would recommend this place to any cyclist for repairs or purchase. Great place. Thank you!

After struggling to find a bike the right size for my partner we finally found one at Trek. They took the time to make sure the fit was right and replaced handle bars with a shorter set. Very happy with the staff

The gentlemen at this shop are absolutely wonderful. I came in with quite a problem- missing bike post wedge on my tribike. I was in town for the half Ironman and had to turn my bike in on Saturday, so what a surprise to put my bike together only to find a missing piece I showed up at 5pm on Friday and watched these men work their magic. They made me laugh, spent over an hour fabricating a make shift piece! They tore up their own flooring and made a piece work. Thank you, gentlemen for your time. I definitely recommend this shop to everyone.

I knew from the minute we planned our trip to Victoria that I had to visit the Trek store. As a Trek owner I though it would be a good place to come and pick up some Trek branded shirts etc. Unfortunately they didn’t have any of this stuff in store. They said they were still waiting for their shipment if this years goodies.

They had a decent selection of bikes though so if you’re in the market for hard good this is a good place to start.

TREK Bikes Victoria is a great choice for sales and service. Featuring a full lineup of Trek Products and other specialty lines, there is sure to be something here for the riding enthusiast.

An excellent service area compliments thistshop and techs make your after-sales experience a positive one.

I've been in and out of this store for odds and ends over the years. Zero complaints and zero hickups. In my mind the store caters to higher end bikes for racing and is also involved in the cycling community. So, if you're looking to ensure your bike operating at a high standard this is one of the better choices in Victoria.

This is a great bike shop for self-supported cyclists to stop at.
