Excellent, fair service from laptop repair who have just fixed my desktop computer. It was in with a suspected hard-drive fail but the diagnostics revealed a software problem that was easier and cheaper to fix. All sorted and now back up and running. Clear and honest communication throughout from the team. Would gladly recommend to others and would be happy to use them in the future.

On a recommendation from my son, I traveled all morning by ferry and bus to bring my Surface Pro to Trek PC for a new battery. Sam literally went out of his way from an errand, came back to the store to help me, and had me up and running in an hour. He even helped me get back home on the island hours earlier than expected, with a computer as good as new. Knowledgeable, personable, and helpful above and beyond.

Any day, I recommend Meiosm and his team. In 15 minutes, I was in order. Alternatively, they have amazing prices and offer courteous and helpful customer service.

This is the only place I can found that fixes Razer notebooks in western Canada. I sent my laptop from Edmonton Alberta. Every representative I spoke with was extremely helpful. My friend bought a computer from them and the didn't install a good enough cpu cooler or enough fans causing overheating problems. They also said that they would install motherboard capable of wifi which they did not.

After thorough research, Trek PC Delta is the top choice based off reviews, convenience of location and price. I had reached out to my friends who also recommended "that place by Apollo's" aka Trek PC.

My Apple Iphone needed a screen replacement and Sam got the job done in no time. Like 30 minutes QUICK. I was impressed with his know how and his professionalism.

I experienced a system issue with my iphone a few days later and spent 5 hours total with TWO Apple Certified representatives who told me they could do NOTHING. They ran diagnostics, attempted a hard reset with no luck. Now, this is the Apple store/Genius Bar we're talking about. Because they were the actual subject matter experts, I trusted their word. But because my experience with Sam was a positive one, I decided to lean on him once again with no expectations because come on, Apple. Long story short, he was able to get my phone up and running AND functioning again in 30 minutes - I was so happy to have a working phone again that I couldn't believe it.

I am so disappointed in Apple (a big BIG company) who told me that nothing could be done to fix my phone. Trek PC Delta is a small business with a BIG heart. Sam clearly knows what he is doing - this is why supporting local is the only way to go - because you get that 1: 1 support and Sam truly wanted to see my phone functioning as I use it to run my own small business.

Go to Sam. You won't regret it. I only wish I went to him in the first place! I likely wouldn't have had to spend 5 hours wasting my time at apple.

I empathize for why you closed the store today but having 0 notifications for your customers aside from a piece of paper on the door is not good business. Could have updated the website, changed the voicemail.went out of my way to get here too.

Met Sam yesterday when we dropped off my son's laptop that was needing a new hard drive. The options were explained clearly to me and to my surprise the laptop was fixed by the afternoon.

Upon pick up we discussed creating a desk top tower for my daughter. Sam was really clear about everything which I love. I hate hidden costs.

Sam provided great customer-oriented service in fixing my MS Surface Book laptop. Sam took the time to explain the cause of the problems and the fixes needed. The batteries replacement was done well and my Windows version was updated, all within 24 hours, with reasonable pricing.

I ordered an office set up and it was done. I ordered parts they were installed. When my all in one died Trek PC saved it! I lost the touch screen but saved years of data and photos. They are reasonably priced and reliable. We all have our off days, and if there is ever a problem the owner tries to work it out. That's a business that has my vote! I live in Wa and was looking to get my surface notebook repaired at a decent price. The screen battery swells up but seemed to function fine. Not one service dept.in my area would take the risk as they say to replace battery. MS will not repair either, they do a swap at a price I would not with a conscious pay. Came up to Vancouver for the weekend and gave Trek to see if they could do it. Lucky for me Sam the owner was there and said to bring it on over. He stated he has done hundreds of them and it would be no problem. I was a little skeptic but at the price he was charging $350 I decided to take the chance. Only problem was he did not have a battery not spoken for to put in and I would have to pick it up on Monday. I told him I was only there till Sunday. Going way out if his way he used a battery that was spoken for and said he could repair it on Sunday. I was so grateful and it would have worked out. On Saturday night he called me and said he has finished repairing it and I could come to his house to pick it up. He also stated he didn’t want me to hit bad traffic on Sunday as I was leaving town on that day. If you could fine a more vested owner you need to show me. Thanks Sam and I whole heartedly thankful for your service. Notebook is working great.

When the motherboard on my laptop died I took it here to find out exactly what the problem was. The next day they called me with the diagnosis and although I decided not to proceed with the repair they did not charge me. Very nice I will be coming back

Sam and Kane were super helpful to fix my Macbook Air that had accidental water damage to the screen. I was initially quoted by Apple to essentially get my whole laptop replaced, but they ensured me I only needed my screen replaced and they even did it for a fraction of Apple quote. I had to wait a few days for them to order my screen, but once it arrived, Sam fixed my screen within a couple of hours! Super happy with their service- my Macbook is as good as new.

I went in to get the glass on my S20 replaced and they were so courteous and professional.
They broke down the cost and didn't charge me the lcd replacement that other companies were quoting since I didn't need it.
They didnt try to sell me more than I needed and threw in a free screen protector.

I took my MacBook pro for screen replacement and i got it done for just $625 (apple store told me $850). Super cheap and fast service.
Definitely would recommend everyone to go to this store.

They repaired my Dell Inspiron laptop charging port after my mother had experienced numerous scam deals trying to get it repaired. I had given up on the laptop due to it being a poor quality laptop in the first place, but they made it work, which I very much appreciate. They were honest, and did an excellent job.

They were also recommended by Dell themselves when we sought help with 3rd party repairs.

I meant to post this review back in October when Trek PC fixed my computer. My laptop would not update due to a partition wall issue and I could not get Windows to load. This happened on a Saturday morning with a lot of prep work for the week ahead and no access my course files. They could see I was distressed and told me they would try their best to help me out. Not only did they identify the issue and rectify it at a very reasonable cost, they got it back to me right before they closed on the same day!
