Please be careful of Michiko Caringal, as a client and as her employer. She lies and manipulates. Ask her why she has changed clinics so many times in less than four years. Ask her why she left Toronto to start fresh in Vancouver. She is not a good person and most certainly not a capable physiotherapist. Be warned.

I had a great experience with Chelsea as my PT. I had had knee pain for over 2 years before going to see her and within about 5 session, I started getting relief. She assessed the problem, explained her findings, and gave me just the right amount of exercises so I didn't feel overwhelmed. She also taught me how to tape my knee if I ever needed to. It's a comfortable clinic and they also do direct billing. Overall a great experience, and I highly recommend Chelsea as a PT!

I was injured from a bike accident last summer. Amanda Wong, as the physiotherapist, had been extremely professional and patience with guiding me through my recovery. She had provided me with her very best input on my home exercise programs which help me fully recovered in no time! Thanks Treloar and especially Amanda!

I had the benefit of the expertise of Chelsea Chua at the Treloar clinic. Chelsea is knowledgeable, friendly, professional and calm. My healing and strengthening was superbly facilitated by Chelsea. Highly recommend!

I started physiotherapy at Treloar a few months ago to heal a bad ankle injury. My physio Chelsea C.has been nothing short of amazing - she takes her time, is thorough, and is always sure to explain everything and answer all of my questions. She explores all areas of my body strength and mobility, not just the “problem” areas that I identify. She really does look at the whole picture and she has worked with me to adjust my exercises to suit my lifestyle. The exercises are uploaded onto an app which is amazing for referencing and reminders, I never had this at other clinics and it makes a huge difference. I have also noticed that she is quite talented at manual manipulation and I always leave the clinic feeling relieved of some acute pains.

I had almost given up on finding a physio after some horrible and demeaning experiences at other clinics where I was shamed about my weight and my pain was brushed off - Chelsea has restored my faith in the process and made me feel so comfortable and validated - I would recommend her without hesitation and the clinic as a whole is professional and so welcoming!

Front desk staff were lovely and my phsyio was great. Only gripe is that I arrived expecting to pay $110 as per the website but when i got there I was charged $140.

I've been seeing Steve for a couple years now. I first started going due to car accident and saw improvements with regular IMS treatments. I have since continued to see Steve for maintenance and highly recommend them.

Teryn at Treolor is the absolute best. Teryn is the first physio in a decade who's been able to make sustained improvements to a long standing injury. I'm finally back to the activities I love without a week of pain afterwards. Couldn't be happier and 10/10 recommend!
Of note - these guys have done an incredible job adapting to COVID and making their clinic clean/safe. They have also offered online options which was surprisingly effective for me!

I have been a patient of Stacey for over 10 years at Treyloar Kerrisdale. She is an outstanding physio - always willing to work with me on my physical challenges and unique ways we can try and overcome them. Recently she became concerned with some symptoms that I had, which I did not know were concerning, and suggested that I go to Urgent Care. She even, during my appointment, wrote me a letter to take with me. It was a good thing that I went as the issue needed investigation. The staff at Treyloar are very professional, including the front desk staff, and it is a pleasure to go to my physio appointments.

I have been going this kerrisdale location over a year. I had Ryan, Christina, Jonathan Tom Yew, stacey they are all outstanding physio.
Also Eliza, the front desk staff is very kind and professional. Would definitely recommend this physiotheraphy.

As someone who's been constantly going to physiotherapy for years due to injuries and muscle problems, this is by far and away the best experience I've had in Vancouver. Jonathan is extremely skilled at what he does, and selects specific exercises for me to do that account for my conditions and issues- and is more than happy to adjust them based on how I feel when doing them. On top of that, he has a great attitude to go along with it. I had knee problems back in March and thanks to him I've gotten much better and can resume activities that I was unable to do anymore. Furthermore, the front staff are also very kind and provide excellent quality customer service. I had some issues with my insurance coverage, and Eliza sorted it all out for me by calling MSP to fix it and providing me with the details and follow up in a punctual and professional manner. Couldn't be happier with my experience and would highly recommend.

Words can not convey how blown away I am by the whole team at Treolar Kerrisdale. I am extremely grateful to have found both Steve and Jonathan to work with. They have each helped me immensely.
I have some very complex issues, and it is a real comfort to know that I have been in the best of hands. Absolutely everybody at the clinic I have dealt with has seriously gone "above and beyond".

They all have an incredibly caring and compassionate bedside manner, are extremely professional, kind, and "hugely skilled" in in their field. Top of the line. Doesn't get any better than them.
