This place is amazing.they have excellent service here and they did an amazing job on painting nails, etc even when there is not that much staff.very impressive! I would definitely recommend.

They have a high turnover rate in staff. Mostly beginners doing the work and not well at that. I go in for pedicures and they don’t smooth out the heel, gel polish floods cuticles, and they don’t appropriately clean the cuticles at all. Waste of $65. I’ve tried several times giving them a pass that maybe I got the one dud tech but the quality is sub par for all techs. Please save your money and do not go here.
The place is nice and clean though so one star for that. But overall not worth the money.

I’m not sure what happened to this place - I haven’t used them in a while - but it’s awful. The person who did my pedicure filed my nails down so short and uneven…it will take months to grow out and repair. There is shellac on my skin, all over my toes. I’m not that picky about pedicures but my 12 year old would and could do better. I’m stunned they are in business And it took forever. Avoid this place.

I went in with my 6 year old daughter to get our nails done. I had a appointment for 3pm, we didn't get served till 340pm. Because they had 2 staff members working on 1 person. It took them till almost 530pm to finish our nails. The lady rushed my nails, left some of my nails half painted and looking bubbly, and to also see that I have hair smooshed into the nail polish on my fingers. Also I over payed way too much and for some reason they added 5% for I guess tax? When asked the lady couldn't give a concrete answer.than they asked for tip.paid nearly 170$ for bogus nails. Do not recommend.

My friend and I came from out of town and got manicures at this salon. It has recently changed management and it would appear the manager isn’t training her employees. The girl who was in before us left very angry without paying, and after our service we understood why. I don’t actually find any blame with the women providing the services, it’s just clear they don’t actually receive any training or guidance from the manager.

I used to love getting my nails done here but was very disappointed with the quality and environment last time I was there. Almost seems like they have changed management or ownership. Unfortunately, I won't be back.

The lady’s here are always so sweet and welcoming. They always do a lovely job on my nails and never leave me disappointed. They go above and beyond for their clients as they fit me in very last minute for a new set of acrylics and stayed later so I could have a gorgeous new set! I will only ever go to trendi for my nails
