Amazing staff amazing place. Went in today to drop off my blower I thought it would take weeks to fix. The gentleman fixed it on the spot and did not charge anything. Good place to get Honda power equipment. They have given good advice when the older lawn mower would not start and even offered to pick it up. Highly recommended! They also carry Stihl

Having got really good advice from these nice folks, when I was getting a chainsaw. I returned today to have a look at getting a weed whacker! Sebastian looked after me, explained my options and what to expect. Decided on the modular model, with a blade and grass cutting option.everything was demonstrated and I felt good about my purchase. Sebastian mentioned that getting the most powerful gas motor I would have the option of using that power if needed. It was great advice and within an hour of purchasing my new toy, I have already finished what I set out to do, which normally took me all morning! My purchase was just over $900 and I feel as if it's already paying for itself with the ease and speed of completing the job. It's soooo nice to finally have the right tool. Thanks Tri-City power.

I took my old chainsaw in today in hopes that the staff at Tri-city may have been able to get it to start. I had a blister on my hand from the day before trying to start the machine for hours. I gave the saw to the employee at the counter, not only did he have it running in minutes but he also gave me some great advise for future operation of the saw.
I would highly recommend this company.

Tri-City Power Equipment is awesome! I found them online as I needed a Stihl 420 Concrete cut off saw serviced that I inherited. Their price was extremely reasonable for the service and my saw works great now! Chris and Gary are super knowledgeable and really friendly. They don't rush you out, they don't talk down to you, they just genuinely want to get you sorted out! Like other reviewers have mentioned, they took the time to explain the fine details and provided above and beyond customer service. I definitely will return in the future. Thanks again!

First time in the business. I was very impressed. Very knowledgeable, not pushy, take time with you. They also have a shop in back to handle warranty work if required.

Only high-end / high-value equipment (Stihl, Honda), and the service is great. In all the years going there I've never felt as if anyone has tried to oversell me on a piece of equipment, completed unfair repair work, or leverage a repair situation in order to make a new sale.

Brought my stihl weed trimmer here today because it wouldn’t start. Lauren was amazing and knowledgeable and Gary went above and beyond to help me today. The outcome was great and I would definitely recommend this place to buy or get your yard tools repaired or serviced. The customer service here is like no other. Will definitely be back.

My lawn mower wouldn't start so I brought it in for what I assumed would be a very lengthy and expensive fix. The repairman diagnosed the issue immediately and fixed it on the spot. He didn't even charge me for labour (just the new part). The mower now works great. Very honest, friendly and effective service. I'll definitely use them again.

I am extremely happy with the service that they provided, I dropped off a pressure washer that was given to me in pretty rough shape. They took it and made it run like brand new for a reasonable price. They also credited me for a part that was sold me over a year ago, it turned out to be for a newer model of mine that didn't work with my older model.

For me there is only one place I go for Honda or Stihl. Tri-City Power. I've been dealing with Gary and his team for years and have always had great service. Great business to deal with. Two purchases to date and found staff very helpful and knowledgeable. Both times they fueled and oiled my purchase and tested it in front of me to ensure everything was working properly. Haven’t used them for a service yet as I do most of this myself but will take my power equipment service needs here if needed. Keep up the great work.

I took a chainsaw blade in to be sharpened it was a brand new blade and this was the first sharpening they sharpened it with the wrong size file or wheel, its way too small and changed the angle and ate up 3/4 of my brand new chain then refused to make the situation right when they were clearly in the wrong I mean the use the wrong size file come on now guys.

I will never use these people again I'm surprised they're still in business.

Complete and thorough explanation of the Stihl trimmer we were interested in buying without any sales pressure. The associate showed us everything, including winding the line, filling the trimmer with the correct fuel to changing blades and even started the machine to make sure it was operational. I don't believe any equipment store can compete with their top notch customer care and knowledge of the products they carry. Highly recommended!

I went here to get a bar and milling chain for my STIHL chainsaw. The owner and staff were really helpful and knowledgeable and got me what I needed. I put the bar and chain on at home, and thought the chain was too long. I took my chainsaw in to get their opinion, and they showed me a couple tricks to adjust the bar that obviously I had missed. The chain was the right length, the mistake was mine. In showing me how to adjust the bar and chain, they were kind about it and helpful even though it was a ridiculous oversight on my part! I will definitely be going back to this store and recommend them for power tools.

Good clean place with helpful and experienced staff. They also do small engine repair on Stihl and Honda and I'll be trying that out Soon.
