Last week, we visited Ali, and he offered a favorable price for our car. However, when we returned recently, his words and actions were inconsistent, lacking a firm stand on his initial offer. His behavior was unexpectedly rude, causing us to reconsider the deal on the Outlander. We had initially considered making the deal right away, but due to his changed behavior and pricing, we decided against it. I would not recommend anyone to go there.

Andre was so kind and helpful! He and Wayne assured that I left with the best vehicle, at an affordable price. I could not be more thankful and I am in love with my new car!

Despite this car's popularlity, one of the most sought after cars in North America, their pricing of this Outlander phev was straightforward. No markups charged on my bill. Highly recommend to buy a car from this dealership.

Worst experience, would have give zero star but that’s not the option, vehicle was booked for viewing, talked over the phone with (DEEP HIER) before reaching there, I drove one hour, when i reached there i was told that vehicle is already sold. Zero for customer service and doesn’t stand for there words

Well I've been trying to get a 2023 Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV GT-P TRIM package for about a year now.
I contacted Tri City Mitsubishi and was turned onto Ali Esmaeelzadeh, a sales consultant.
He really went to bat for me. He was very personable and tried to find my new ride. He loved my dogs and called them "the boys".
There was never any pressure. He was so helpful.
Also Armin and Wayne also great help too. Not to mention Mr Mitsubishi for his great videos he puts out with helpful information.
I can't say enough about them all.
June 1st Ali found me my new ride and I'm so thankful to him and his team at Tri City Mitsubishi.

Patrick was very disappointing. Brought in my car for potential selling and was never updated again. Was told "we will let you know by tonight or tomorrow morning" about 3 weeks ago. Called again last week to see what is going on, was told I'd be emailed that day. Still nothing. What more can you expect of car salesmen.edit: changed from 1 to 3 stars because the manager helped me out, still got let down by Patrick though.edit again: changed back to 1 star as I am trying to get service on my car, I have called over and over again 2 weeks in a row now always being promised a call back. They have not called me, only tricity auto credit has called me and I even let that guy know and he said he would contact them. Nothing has surfaced. It's a simple fix that they're so useless they can't even seem to give me an estimate for or call me back. Really disappointing. Mirrors my experience with my car trade value mentioned above.

I have been looking for a small, new 2nd car for our growing family and reached out to Tri-Cities Mitsubishi looking at the Mirage. We were contacted by Zach in sales who was helpful and honest about the high demand of the car and what the wait time would look like to acquire a new one. We were able to put down a fully refundable deposit in good faith, and when the car came in. Zach was prompt to contact me and arrange a test drive, financing and insurance all on the same day. The car is truly amazing with fuel economy and my kids and I love driving around in our new Mirage they nicknamed “Padfoot”. Don't hesitate to reach out to Tri-cities and Zach and he will take good care of you!

Please STAY AWAY from this dealership. They will sell you a vehicle saying everything is working when it isn't. Purchased a vehicle and 1 week later we realized only the driver's side had heat and AC. Having kept in mind that we were told that if we had any issues we should contact them and let them know as they paid "top dollars to service. ". We contacted them and got a bunch of run around. They never took responsibility and so we had to get it fixed out of pocket. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. THE THOUGHT OF THIS LEVEL OF DISHONESTY MAKES ME SICK!

Bought a used Tesla Model 3 but after sales customer service is very poor. Can't get any helped at all. Tesla Cabin filter was so dirty i have to replaced it myself because it smells so bad like a sock that got wet and never dried at all, no carpet in the car so I bought one myself and the tire they put was a cheap champiro tires not for Tesla. They say they will cover my expenses for the filter and carpet. I requested to mail it but its been 2 weeks no cheque. I am very disappointed. They don't even callback to you. Don't buy from them customer service sucks. They are willing to ruined their own reputation for a simple issue. That's how bad i have been treated to leave this review. A total messed!

I bought my accord from tony and the team in the summer and it was given to me with rims ruined from the previous driver.it took me 4 months to book an appointment to get done which was ridiculous.i was also promised that i would get my second key to my car a month later.a month kicks in, i call them for a second key, nothing.i keep calling and texting tony and his team about the problem.finally 3 months later, i get my key.it took them months just for a simple task.they kept putting my issue behind, including their general manager.happy for my purchase but horrible customer service experience.my dad also purchased a rvr from them a few days before i bought my car and they promised us one years worth of free subscription of sirusxm radio.my dad has contacted them countless amounts of times but like my situation, kept putting it behind.it honestly felt as if we were robbed because no one from the company seems to be taking our issue seriously.

Repair Scam, Car held hostage.

Took a vehicle here with a check engine light code because the vehicle was previously at this service center for a recall service and a $1200+ full brake job.

After the initial diagnosis, I was told by the mechanic that there were wires that were damaged and that was causing my engine code. The car was running normally, other than the engine light.

I asked the mechanic if he was certain that the wires were the problem because i was skeptical about the repair job. The mechanic reassured me that fixing the wires would fix the problem. I asked if there was anything else wrong with the car, he said no.

I've had this problem before with a different vehicle that wouldn't run properly at all. It was fixed at a small local shop without an issue.

I took the mechanics word, agreed to the repair. It was costly compared to the similar repair job I had done else where, but I figured the cost difference was the same as having the car diagnosed again at a different shop.

After the repair, I received noticed that the car still had the same problem and that the first wiring repair was only to further diagnose the problem. I said to the service manager that I was told by the mechanic that the repair job would fix the problem. The service manager said that the mechanic would never say that a repair job would guarantee a fix.

They wouldn't release my car that they didn't fix unless I paid the useless wiring job which was another $300.

So now I'm out a hundreds of dollars, and the car in the same condition as I brought it in. Probably won't recommend anyone to come here. After looking into the reviews more, I should have seen this coming.

Also tried to up sell me spark plugs after not fixing my car.:/

I had a great experience at this dealership! I wanted to take a look at a few cars as I am not very familiar with the “car world” and I had many questions. I was paired with a lovely salesman, Zack. He was super honest and very helpful throughout the process, taking his time going on test drives and explaining a lot about each car, I didn’t realize how much I didn’t know haha! We recently purchased a used KIA Sportage with them and, so far, the car has worked very well for us. We first contacted Armin over the phone, and he was very welcoming and supportive. When I attended our scheduled appointment at the dealership, I arrived a bit earlier, so Armin referenced me to Edward, a sales associate who had recently joined the company. He was also very friendly and helpful and did a great job making me feel comfortable with the car and its specs. When I decided to move forward with the purchase, I was forwarded to the Finance Manager to finalize the transaction, and that's when I found out that the 1-year guarantee that I was told the car still had no longer applied since the vehicle was over 100,000km. As a result, he offered me a plan to extend the guarantee by another year, which made the purchase a bit more expensive than what it would've been otherwise.

While the overall experience was very positive throughout, it is not a 5-stars review since there was a bit of disconnection between sales and finance when it came to finalizing the deal. But overall, I would recommend Tricity - and Edward as a salesperson - if you're looking to purchase new or old cars.

I’ve gotten a 2014 Chevy impala on December 4, and now I can’t even drive it all of my gages don’t work, has a hard time driving, I have called and texted you guys but no answer, I have also called the coverage place and left voice mails and no reply ether. Literally had the car for a month and can no longer drive

Good knowledgeable, attentive staff. Was looking at Tesla model 3s, and the salesman Blake was happy to help. Good selection of cars with easy parking and access too.

I bought a 2018 wxr from this dealership and what they failed to tell me

1) that the 3000 dollar extra warranty Mirrors the manufacturer warranty.
2) The inspection done to it is only visual. That they only repair minimal before resale.
3) And when approached about issues tell you to contact your warranty or I'm a manufacture.

It put me back $50000 Within 2 months this car is sitting in a shop drop it won't start the engine won't turn over the transmission something's wrong in the transmission I don't but when talking to these people They're not really friendly or and are not willing to help So here I am in that with a broken car it's broken car that I can't pay thousands of dollars to fix a lot of effects or get the help too I I bought a warranty and it has warranties but no one wants to cover the warranties

I would like to take this opportunity to talk about my experience at Tricity Mitsubishi Motors. I came to this location due to an ad for a vehicle. I have bought many vehicles new and used in my life time. This dealership is more laid back with a very inviting atmosphere. I decided on a vehicle Toyota Prius Prime grey color thatthey had on the lot. When negotiating was good from the General Sales Manager Gatis. G he is fair and straight forward super GSM very nice! So I put money deposit to hold the vehicle
and that was it. I have cash but is available in May time so I needed to get a bridge loan IN house which is available at Tricity was great!
Ray R a Sales Manager was great as he called me to see when I was
going to pick the car up as I had terms that was available but later. I decided to keep the term in and do the inhouse. Thanks to Gatis and management this was possible and approved with money more down. I was happy with Sierra the Switchboard and The gatekeeper - she is amazing she always greeted me and helped me find someone. My salesman Andre is a great guy to see if you need a car he is outstanding and service is key from him. Thanks the upper management making dreams come true for a car we want and for My SON and myself. Thank you for making dreams come true in this Covid times Tricity Mitsubishi PORT COQUITLAM. The ONLY thing I didnt like is they said i need GPS installed because of the short in house lease loan and made me pay for it 495.00 dollars. I want this taken off! Otherwise staff a 5 Star Adventure
