I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding an incident that occurred at your store on January 18,2024. I am a 14-year-old minor who visited your establishment to purchase food, and I was unjustly accused of stealing, resulting in a distressing situation that could have been handled more appropriately.
On the aforementioned date, at the middle of the day, I entered your store with the intention of purchasing items for myself. As I was strolling around, I was approached by a staff member who accused me of theft without proper evidence or justification. This accusation was not only unfounded but also embarrassing and distressing, especially considering my age and the public setting in which it occurred.
Feeling pressured and anxious due to the false accusation, I found myself in a situation where I felt compelled to resolve the matter quickly to avoid further escalation. Consequently, I had to spend my own money to prevent the involvement of law enforcement, as the staff member threatened to call the police.

Awesome market where you can get all the things you need at home whether it’s for a taco night, movie night or weekend or whatever…love it!

The new owners are the friendliest couple ever and very helpful to customer service. I recommend this market to anyone in the neighbourhood. Great selection of veggies from all over and their fresh herb selection is great. If you are looking for a great selection of Southeast Asian and Indian spices and products this is the spot.

Loving the new owners! Produce is so fresh and affordable, plus they’re well stocked with other food as well. Super friendly. My new local grocer for sure

Hasn't been the same since the new owners. Quality and service has gone to sht. Meat is brown and rotting. Terrible. Vegetables are dirt quality.
