Horrible store - poor prices and even poorer, rude service. Sold a broken item, no returns accepted, and rudely hung up over the phone.
Prices were high, but it's hard to find original, working cartridges nowadays so at first I thought that was fair. However, on purchasing a Gameboy cartridge and taking it home, I found it was horribly corroded and pitted, to the point that even after cleaning it, the console did not read it. This was a blunder on my part - I should have brought my console with me to the store to test it out.
Regardless, I called the store to ask about their return policy. I was told, very bluntly, that there is no returns accepted. The person on the other end of the line replied in a way that it almost sounded like they were offended that I would ask about returning an item that was sold to me broken. I was about to ask another question, when they just hung up. No clarification on whether my issue was resolved, or whether I had any other questions.
So in summary:
1. I was sold an overpriced, broken item
2. Given no way to resolve this issue, no returns or exchanges
3. Rudely hung up on after asking a fair question
Well, I learnt my lesson, and I'm definitely not coming back here. I'm surprised they're still in business with all that broken stock in their store. I suggest you take your money elsewhere, too!

A very cool store with loads of stuff. If you’re looking for something rare or in box I’d say check it out. Unfortunately, nothing is priced and the items I inquired about seemed high.
The owner says they have been there for a long time so I’d imagine my criticism is meaningless. The owner even seems pretty nice! It’s just hard to buy stuff there!
