Triple O's

I went there to pick my order. There was a girl (Mandeep) she was so rude. It’s not worth it to go there. I think she just came to canada. So thats why she is showing that kinda attitude.moreover she doesn’t know how to talk to customers. She has 0 respect for the customers. She said you need not to come here. That’s frickin crazy.

I'm very disappointed with the experience we had earlier this week with triple O's drive-through service. The quality of the burger is not what white spot is known for, and fries were cold and dry.

Used to be the best burgers out there but they recently changed their buns to some cheap alternative, awful move.

Have been here several times, and every time I’m impressed…the food seems to be carefully put together. For fast food place it is great, and who doesn’t love fried pickles!

I worked here for 6.5 years and with this recent ‘wave’ of management, triple o’s has become an awful organization to work for. This place is not on the inside, what it seems to be on the outside. If it weren’t for the hard working cashiers, cooks and prep cooks, this place would be in shambles. Upper management forged my signature in order to pass a work safe BC audit, I still have the picture. When i found out, to my surprise, the manager said its something they needed to do. When i had a conversation with the manager, he said it wasn’t a big deal and only i’m making a big deal about it. Gaslighting. The business consultant did absolutely nothing about it. This is the same business consultant who said said she would fire me when i first started because i put an extra scoop of strawberry ice cream in, what she didn’t see, to be a liquidy milkshake. The employees are not trained well despite their best efforts. They try their hardest and most of them are incredibly kind yet they’re expected to watch hours of videos and then, like a fish in water, plopped onto the floor without much operationalized instruction or guidance. Other senior employees are expected to ‘train’ the new hires, which is not only unsafe, but also adds more on the plate of the trainer and decreases their ability to provide good service which then affects customer service. You could most likely make a complaint about your food, and be granted your request because of lack of standards the organization has when tracking complaints. In addition, for years we’ve had customers, mainly the elderly, ask us why the floors are slippery. We were told there would be a renovation and this is then what we told customers. The renovation happened and the floors were never changed. In addition, the quality is questionable, fries would smell awful, one time the lettuce had bugs in it and even the eggs would be used after its 1 day expiration period. In the past eggs were cooked fresh. Prices have skyrocketed, yet employee wages seemed to stay the same. Portion sizes of poutine, parm fries and cajun fried have decreased. I won’t be surprised if the sizes of other products start to decrease. Just goes to show you what the organization values.

As a customer, you’re better off giving your hard earned money to a place where there is a higher likelihood of getting good service through the organization’s good efforts in training its employees better and promoting psychologically safer practices in the workplace. Never have i every thought i would experience such an atrocity, especially after my 6.5 years of working here including through Covid, snow days, and even my workplace injury.

Love this liston location! Beautiful and clean. Great fast service. The food is perfectly cooked. Especially the sweet potato fries! Yum!

Got 2 burgers, super tasty. Worth the drive from where I live. Quick and non troublesome service. Thank you!

The staff are awesome here, all of them. I want to specifically appreciate one of the supervisors named Mohini who excels at customer service. Will definitely come back here.

5,21,23 drive thru person was terrible
We're the only car, and she is trying to rush through while taking our order, seem like she didn't care and it showed she forgot to charge our poutine and our burgers were cold. I'll pass on this place others are way better.

Going through the drive-through made my order drive-through person didn't even type it in now I have to rewait for my food while others are ahead of me this teenager person at the front don't give a s*** about her job she does not pay attention or even listen at the drive-through window I recommend not going through this they did nothing that make us happy at all

This review is only for the bathroom and wins my award for the worst sink to faucet ratio I’ve come across. The faucet is so close to the bowl that you can get maybe the tips of your fingers under the water before you end up touching the bowl. See pictures for reference.

From the leathery bun to the leathery meat this double double was a home run for disappointment.
Almost twenty bucks for the adventure of eating a soggy yet somehow leathery burger.
Was it nuked I don’t know. Even the fries had a dried out desecrated texture.
Was a walk in order. Fairly slow a group came in as I was leaving.
Was this food actually fresh or was it leftovers from the lunch rush quickly rewarmed. I just can’t understand how something that could be so good can be this bad.
I’m not sure why or how but one of the worst burger joint meals I’ve ever had. It’s triple os maybe the one downtown by the cbc office is better because they have to be.
Shame on you for serving such poor food.

They missed the bacon that I payed for to add to my sausage breakfast clubs, than i asked for 2 sides of triple O sauce, I was asked to pay the 1$ No big deal!
We'll she took the money, turned around, grabbed my bag, came back to the window within 30 seconds. AND DIDNT PUT THE SAUCE IN.cmonnnnnnn.

Over priced moreover poor quality and preparation of food. Not worth at al. You have to spend $24 for small meal for a single person.

Very bad. We said child has allergy to tomato’s and to put No sauce. Well now my daughter has a rash. Guess it is my fault for not dissecting it first.

Never had a problem with the service, but sometimes the food ain't perfect. The whole point of a restricted menu for locations like these makes sense, when they can execute the quality. Usually the chicken burgers are juicy and good, but recently went and the chicken was smaller than usual and slightly overdone. Fries are usually luke warm, or searing hot right out the fryer lol. Maybe my timing is just off. At the end of the day, feels overpriced. I paid $12 for just that sandwich I half ate and didn't enjoy:/

Triple O’s is really good. In fact it may be the best for hamburgers and fries. I love the thin pickle they always give you on the top of the burger. The milkshakes are also amazing. Always ask for the whipped cream on top.

Hadn't visited this place in over two years due to the last visit was a problem of communication and management direction.

Decided to give it a try again.

As pulling up to the drive thru speaker to order, was received by a female voice who had difficulty answering questions about the ingredients. After about three minutes of having a hard time for the person to understand me, I was told to pull forward to the window to give my order.

After restarting the conversation, the order was finally taken after more difficulty of communication. I then paid and was told to pull over to another area and wait for the order.

About five minutes later received the completed order and went home.

The food was great, which I remembered, as well as the price being a bit higher to comparable locations elsewhere.

I would recommend patience with this location, as there is a slight language barrier. This situation can create immediate misunderstandings due to the lack of patience by both the customer and the staff.

I will eventually return, but hopefully things will run better when I do.

Usually pretty quick service, except Tuesday around lunch, and the food is good.
Kinda pricy though, but it looks and tastes fresher than most fast food.

I ordered from here through Uber eats and my experience was awful. The first problem was the meal came missing the sauces. Sounds like no big deal but they cost 2.50$ each. It sucked to not get them but I got over it. Then I go to eat my burger and it is either extremely over cooked or had been left out for way to long. It resembled plastic. And to add on top of all this when I called triple o’s they told me since it’s through Uber that it’s not their problem. Great customer service like yeah the delivery guy took my sauce and overcooked my burger. What a joke
