Triple O's

Recently diagnosed with high blood pressure. It's SO hard to find a restaurant willing to make a burger from scratch without using seasoning or sodium.
These people did just that, and I'm eternally greatful. Respect!

Came in for their Tuesday original burger deal which used to be 5.99 till couple weeks ago and it's 7.99 now! It was ok, we ordered two of them with a kids burger. The original Patties were super thin that we couldn't feel the meat taste at all. It was thinner than the kids Pattie. The price went 30% higher and the quality went 50% down. Used to recommend triple O's to everyone but now I wouldn't even try it again myself.

The employees are improperly trained. They don’t even know what triple O Special sauce is for dipping….

Wow. The burger is soooo dry. This is sad guys. Don't ever do take out for Triple Os is my strongest advice.

Really impressed! Great customer service, place is clean, and the food is yummy! Really enjoyed my cod burger and popcorn shrimp!

I ended up going to Urgent Care, just because of the lack of quality of the food I had one burger combo with everything and I was ill for 3 days straight.
Triple O's is not like what it used to be.
Would rather go starving then be food poisoned for days.

Had a very normal meal of fast food here. 2 burgers, 1 fries, 1 drink. Costs 27 CAD in total.

Feels a bit expensive, but I think this is the default price now.

I went there for a dine in. The food tastes good and service was fine. The table was not clean which needs the staffs attention since the store was not very busy.

Their prices never changed and best veggie burgers available. Good and fast sometimes but for delivery the staff take too long.orders for delivery take 5-10 minutes extra. We accept and drive to here for 10 minutes already.the total pay is for us $9 for 30 minutes including delivery time and travel.minus gas and car expenses we are making $10 hourly.for the flexibility! Please make orders ready for us! The wait and time means money loss!

I order from them once in a while.the food is very good and portions are large at a reasonable price. Their buttermilk chicken burger is killer.

So cute? ️ I love Triple O's, but this specific location always gives the cutest notes of gratitude and it always pulls at my heartstrings. My SO and I don't get take out often, but when we do, this Triple O's never disappoints. The food is good, the note makes everything a little sweeter!

My experience for Triple O's was absolutely amazing the food was done to perfection the service was done it was incredible I have never had such a good service at a fast-food Outlet ever and they were friendly trans-friendly and good more than one staff member wasn't serving me looked over and said hello to me that's amazing customer service and they were fairly busy

This restaurant doesn't even deserve 0 (zero) when it comes to delivery services. I work for food delivery and It happened to me and other delivery drivers everytime where I had to wait for my order more than 10 minutes. Just one request to the management of the restaurant, pls don't accept order from Skipthedishes or doordash if u can't make it on time. Because we don't get paid for waiting at your restaurant. Plz value the delivery driver time. We as delivery drivers, gives you business and such kind of service is not expected from the restaurant. Thanks

Everyone always tells me that Triple O's is a staple, and I guess I don't really get it. Their burgers are bland at best and the more creative ones are a total mess to eat. To me, this seems like this is the kind of thing that you like because you grew up with it and have nostalgia about it. I don't have that, so I'm just going off the taste.

It took 25 min for us to get our burgers. Three cars that came after us got their food first and we only ordered 3 burgers with nothing else. They 100% forgot and made up some excuse. Disappointed and would rather drive 20min to the next Triple O’s. It’s faster than waiting for my food at this location.

The staff here are nice but incredibly slow, if you take the drive thru you'll frequently wait 15+ minutes for your food, and they under-syrup their pop.

Food is always great but you pay the price of slow service, especially the drive through when they are busy.

The burger buns at Triple O's are the best and I have yet to find a milkshake place that serves better milkshakes. Highly recommend!

I recently ordered from Triple O's via Skip The Dishes, and they included such a sweet hand-written note with my takeout order! It was a nice personal touch, especially given the state of the world we're in right now. The food was also great!

Too expensive for fast-food. Not sure how these guys are still surviving I never see anyone at the drive thru or inside.

I was really torn about writing this review because I realize that fast food workers are doing their best among the pandemic and burn-out is real, but I've been here multiple times and each time I've been shocked by the service. Once, I wasn't served for over 15 minutes while I waited in line and when I finally was, the cashiers said that they "assumed I was waiting for something, " with no apology. Another time, they took over 20+ minutes to make my one combo order, got it wrong (although I didn't complain), but then wouldn't make me my milkshake. They handed me the rest of my food but then continued to go do other things without finishing the order. After I asked, they said they were out of ice cream - which, it turned out, they weren't, but no one had gone to the back to get new ice cream to make milkshakes? There was again no apology, no concern, and no rush to make the milkshake once the new tub of ice cream came out. I'm not sure what the problem is at this location but I would not go if you're in a rush.

Air conditioner was not turned on for the Costumers on the Hottest day in Canada. Even asking for the employees they said AC was already working but doesn't. Everyone melting inside that place.

Just had the most amazing experience with this specific branch today. They patiently waited for me as I figured out the order with my friends and also gave me the best treatment when after getting the order we needed help with one of the sandwiches.
They where very gentle and understanding and we all left with a smile on our faces.
They gave us great food and outstanding service.
(The garlic parmesan fries were delicious)

Best Hamburgers in Metro Vancouver! Service is quick, food is well prepared and abundant! The place is clean and spacious, suitable for families and friend groups. Price is not low but definitely worth it. Absolutely recommended for special occasions as well.

Food is fine, service has been really REALLY slow lately. Have had a few instances where the order has been wrong

Oh my gosh, the donuts melt in your mouth! I happen to come across this, thinking they would be stale, but when I was handed a warm bag, I thought - No Way. Yes, fresh. Crispy on the outside, light and airy on the inside! Addicting.

Every time I come here the wait time on an order is 20 + minutes. The people working don’t seem to have any initiative to get orders out quicker. Food is good but takes way too long.

They actually grill (or toast not sure) their buns before serving you. Im used to triple o's soggy last few bites. Not sure if it's this location or all locations do now. Game changer for sure!

Nice little diner. But if you forgot to lift your mask after your done eating you will know it staff have no problem pointing it out.

Yes its a little more expensive than other fast food joints, but worth every penny

No pickles with my double. Could not go back as I was already down the road. Maybe next time I will get pickles. Other than that. The service was friendly, food was good.

Take over 30 minutes to get your order in drive thru I ordered large fries and they gave me a small by then l was already home, no condiments, the food was greasey and messy. Not packaged nor made with love not sure why it took them so long to make it if it was just a slap dash job. Service was boring and unfriendly too.

Very slow drive thru service. Waited nearly 10 mins to pay for my order only to wait another 10 minutes to receive my order. 20 minutes for chicken tenders is disappointing. Staff is very friendly but no compensation for the wait aside from a sorry.

Why are there only three O's in your name I only like even numbers so either go up one or go down. I don't like how the waiters smell like rotten eggs. I also do not like how the lady asking my order pulled a glock on me. I would like if I was not threatened into eating your food plz. (I have provided a image for you to see) jk the food was awesome!

Always great burgers. We went inside to make our order and as usual the burgers were great. Usually go for a double double but had the original with cheese with a strawberry milkshake.

Only odd thing was that two people walked in with masks and at least while w to were there, nothing was said to them!

Why is a fast food burger (Triple O's) better than the restaurant's (White spot) ? It's like 100 times better. I'm not complaining though. Keep making great burgers.

They are too slow, you have to wait forever to get your order. Girls working here got a zero customer service skills.
Food is just Ok. So i would not recommend this Triple-O’s location at all.

Ordered delivery and after waiting an hour, the order was cancelled by the restaurant with no explanation.

Always freshly made & fast service! Great customer service every time I visit. It is hard to expect the good quality food and service in other fast-food restaurants but this location is something else!

OMG real chocolate shakes made with ice cream. Onion rings to die for. Burgers are crafted, slowly, and taste of freshness and the staff are always smiling.

Just ordered from here through Uber eats, guess what was in my fries.

Any long time BC resident will have had an opportunity to try our very own White Spot but like any restaurant chain some locations are just OK and some are very good. The Triple O's location on Kingsway was very good on my recent visit.

The staff was pleasant and attentive and the burger and fries were exactly as expected. This kitchen crew could do a clinic on burger assembly and fry service.

My meal here surpassed many of the full service White Spot restaurants that I have visited in the last 6 months.

Highly recommend.

This restruant has the absolute best service of any place I've been before. When I walk in I'm greeted and they know my order without me having to say a word. Sausage sunny start extra hashbrown and a fountain drink. The foods fantastic Aswell always made perfectly I've never had a bad experience here in fact I've since moved away from where I lived near this location but I work nearby so I make sure to try and come here at least once a week because the service is that good that's its worth going out of my way.

Consistently good food. It can take a while since it is made fresh but it is worth the wait. The staff are friendly and will fix any mistakes immediately. The best part is you can take a seat while you wait for your food and they bring it out to you when it's ready.

My first time here. The lady behind the counter seemed spaced out.
When I got the burger, it was the greasiest Burger I've ever had. The pickle sucked too. I won't be coming back.

Staff there know nothing about customer service or being polite. It's a good thing that the burgers there are really good!

I’ve only started visiting this specific location this year, specifically for breakfast, and the first time I ordered here which has been a couple months ago has been the same experience from my current visit.

I’ve only been visiting this place via drive thru so my concern would be more on the food when I’m on the road.

Ordering breakfast here has been made FRESH and HOT. Breakfast Club, Eggs, Bacon, Sausage, Hashbrown all made fresh. Slightly greasy, however, that’s what you get when it’s straight out of the grill! (does it not?)

You go buy something like Mcdonald’s higher priced breakfast selections, then come here and you’ll see the how the portions is much better in this triple O’s.

White Spot hadn't plowed their parking lot but Triple O's did! And their burgers are just as delicious

Triple os is the greatest fast food, burger chain period. Coming from a guy who swore by fat burger for years, triple os simply remains #1. The cookies and cream milkshake with extra whip cream is the greatest drink too ever exist. This is a fact. So good that whoever the hell decided to decrease the cup sizes, well.let's just say I have unpleasant words for him. This particular restaurant also boasts friendly, competent staff, and a exceptionally clean interior. Keep up the great work!

Come here every so often and service is good. Just have a little trouble hearing the speaker at the drive thru.

Great place and great burgers. The meat is delicious. The spicy chicken is also amazing, the fries are amazing.
The service is pretty fast. The price is a little bit expensive but is worth it.

I used to drive through, every few weeks, when visiting my Uncle in Burnaby. They aren't always too polite and there are often delays. The fries can be served kind of cold too. This is not acceptable to me.

Very clean and spacious Triple'O' location with great staff and food. Also, really enjoy the every Thursday evening, summertime, show and shine classic cars and owners in their parking lot, that they graciously facilitate and encourage at this location.

I love triple O sauce. I asked them to make my fries crispier and then I dip my crispy fries into the triple o sauce. It's so good
