Triple O's

White Spot has disappointed its customers with its recent changes. The burger patties are now much thinner than before, and the Tuesday specials cost 33% more than they did until recently. This shows a lack of respect for the consumers especially those who are facing economic challenges.

The chain is making huge profits while offering lower quality and higher prices. I would not recommend White Spot unless they improve their service and value.

They always close like 30 min before their close time says for some reason. Kinda annoying as it Has happened more than twice. Figure it out or update your store hours.

It was okay, Strange that they offer the same stuff that On The Run has, and it's not a restaurant. I guess times are changing.

Hours need to be changed. This place is not open past 10pm and they will not pick up the phone or respond to anything past then. Not to mention the giggling and laughing at customers when they ask for certain things. Such an extremely unprofessional business, if I’m ordering from you the last thing you should be doing is laughing at the fact that I get a veggie burger, like get ahold of yourself and mind your business.

I had Aviraj taking my order. I usually come for onion rings and mostly he is the one who takes my order. He is one of the best employees you have. I ask him so many questions regarding food but he always patiently listens.

Here is what made give one star review. This restaurant is dirty. When I made an order I noticed the cook is holding his phone while preparing my meal. And they put my meal in plastic container and put it in microwave to heat it up not sure if that safe or not. On top of that they don't wear gloves. So imagine you go to restaurant and you order meal that was heated by microwave and being prepared without gloves or hand washing. I used to like this place but not anymore.

Hands down worst meal in the city
Ordered a burger and fries cause the kids wanted to have a quick picnic. Uneatable, burger was cold and had obviously been sitting in the wrapper for who knows how long, fries both kinds were cold and very stale. Ended up throwing it all out after we tried it. Would have gone back for a refund but just not worth it when the kids are in the car. So disappointing.

Tried the Wednesday cod burger with lettuce wrap the first time. The drive-thru lineup was short with 3 cars before me but it took long (like over 15 min) to get the food. However it's totally worth it. Look at the layers of lettuce! And nicely wrapped with no sauce leaked out. Well done.

In 2019.
Like burgers and sweet potatoes fries. But I was disappointed with the service on drive-thru last week. Used to have ketchups and napkins without special request; but none this time. Not a single piece of napkins. The liquid from the lettuce and sauce made the paper bag wet and leaked onto the car seat.

Ordered a meal in the drive thru. They forgot to hand me my drink. I called and notified them and was told to come back in person to get a refund. I went back in person to get a refund. Guy didn’t say a word other than here’s your refund. No acknowledgment of his mess up or apology. Seems like there’s no harm in wasting a customers time.

Lived in the area my whole life. The Filipino staff are awesome. Now with the new staff, the food is terribly made and while in the drive thru, they just talk to each other while taking your order. Just terrible. So disappointed, I actually hope they get fired.

Never go to its mother restaurant Whitespot. These outlets load their burgers well for the money you pay.

This place makes some of the best White Spot food I've had! Friendly service, ample seating inside, and part of the Chevron gas station, which is always packed with people filling up. Parking is limited, but there is free street parking as well. Just be careful in the gas up areas as it's super busy always. There is outside seating as well and it's always clean and well maintained. I ordered their yam fries and a big chocolate shake and it was so good! The burgers are huge and their is plenty of selection.

For an order half an hour before closing, they were super fast. Happy with the service and the meal. Should have anticipated that they wouldn't serve milkshakes at 11: 30pm

Worked a 16hr shift and went through drive-thru. Served with a cold burger - thanks and we know you burgers aren't cheap. Maybe when you come into a hospital, we can treat you the same way too.

The food is amazing! Especially the garlic Parmesan fries, that was the MVP of the day! The onion rings were crunchy, the strips are tasty as well. Valuable meal for sure!

Clean and tidy dining area tough it is located inside a gas station.tasty Chipotle with crispy bacon and juicy beef patty.

Agree with everyone on here about cleanliness my drinks multiple times have tasted off (moldy tasting) and I saw black specs frozen in the ice cubes most of which had melted which I drank some of (dumped drinks from here multiple times) never ordering from here again.

15 mins for a milkshake. Not counting the 5 it took for the cashier to figure out 60 cents change.so much for going out for a little treat.not to mention THE ABSOLUTE ARROGANCE seaping from every staff member while they "chit chat" rather than focus on customers
