You certainly don’t get much for the money. Chicken burger and onion rings for $18 and not many onion rings

A "take-out" DECENT burger for $5.99 at a gas station, that's a deal and a half! Yes please! Triple O's have always been a go-to and they are (for the most part) consistently GOOD! Certainly, better than most of my limited experiences with drive-throughs!

Don’t usually leave reviews but people need to be trained to do the bare minimum in customer service… lady went the whole transaction nodding and glaring at me for seemingly no reason. I wasn’t doing anything to remotely warrant that behaviour. Maybe she was just having a bad day but come on.

I used to love Triple Os. How convenient to get really thick coated chicken fingers. However, in the last bit, they have changed their chicken and their coating on their fingers. The chicken was of a rubber type consistency and the coating scant and herbless or tasteless. My kid and I got 5 pieces and 3 pieces meal with onion rings, and it was 36$ for trash. The last time i spent a penny at Whitespot.

This location has really gone downhill. New management? Ordered one chicken and one beef burger for takeout without mayonnaise or any sauces. Both delivered with a slathering of liquid, wet and soggy. The chicken had the consistency of rubber, really. Actually the entire meal was inedible. As I was on the go, I made the mistake of not checking the “food” before I left, so was unable to return for refund. The workers there as well, they’re hard to understand you and vice versa. This location has changed unfavourably to what it once was, and won’t reflect well on White Spot

Just used the gas station. In my experience triple O's is very good as it is white spot food!

Usually triple O's experience is always good. Maybe it was this particular location that the staff was too busy chit chatting with each other that there was little attention given to the food preparation.
Looked like the whole pack of Cajun got thrown in the Cajun fries, so much so that they were inedible. We literally had to throw them away.

Check your order, they will short you items. This is the second time they shorted me sides.

I have ordered sunny start with sausage and they given me sunny start bacon even after saying it twice for sausage they given wrong order and also the employee is wearing headphones not listening at once

Took a while for my food and then found out it was a cod burger with onions which am unfortunately allergic to so that dampened my supper.

Saturday March 25 at Vedder location. We had ordered a two meals, one a bacon cheeseburger c/w fries, it came without a pickle, the other a buttermilk chicken sandwich c/w pickle chips. $35. We had ordered the plain buttermilk chicken sandwich due to dietary restrictions. The chicken burger comes with chipotle sauce and bbq sauce, neither did we ask for this but can’t eat anything spicy. Upon stating my concerns at the register, we were told that it comes that way. I asked why there would be a description of a chipotle beef burger and no description of the chicken burger having chipotle? There is another chicken burger that is labeled spicy. As I was conversing with one of the staff, another customer came up and said that was the problem with his, he didn’t ask for chipotle either. If it comes that way, state it on your menu. Needless to say, there was no effort to rectify it, my complaint wasn’t taken seriously and then was laughed at by a snotty blond girl. I felt as though we were thought of as a joke. We left the store without going back to our meal. Very disappointed. Not so sure we would come eat at another franchise.

Liked this place during my visit.
Clean and new looking store. Food was very good as always. Would come back again.
