This place is hit or miss. Sometimes, everything is excellent. Other times, they need to give their heads a shake.

What a disappointing experience I went there for a burger last night. $14+ dollars for a mushroom burger with an impossible patty (and no tomato). They kept me waiting in the drive through window for 10 minutes. For just one burger. Okay fine, I get it, they cook from frozen or something. BUT. I waited that 10 minutes, to get my burger. Drove home, to had been given a veggie burger, with tomatoes. WHAT? Not right burger. One job, and not even the right thing. I had to drive all the way back, wait another 10 minutes, this time I went in. She said "sorry" and handed it to me. That was it. Not a coupon for next time, nothing. Then I got home, and the burger they remade after this whole experience took 40+ minutes to complete - the burger was covered in sauce! Outside of the bun, all over the entire thing! Outside the bun, on top of the bun. And about 6 mushrooms on this $14 burger. What the actual heck has gone downhill about this location? ! Rude. Long. Messy. Inaccurate. Save your money, they aren't worth it.

If you have the personality of a lump on a log, don’t work the window. Zero smile, overpriced food, no thanks.

No matter what, they serve quality everytime. Being a vegetarian, i really liked their veggie burger. Onion rings are all time favourite.

Somewhat disappointed about customer service here. My wife and I were at the drive-thru this evening ordering food for the family. When we got home, one of the 3 burgers we ordered didn't have a Hamburger Patty on the burger (you know, the meat that makes a burger a burger). So we drove back and I went inside and explained the issue. While we got a new burger and an apology, no compensation, coupon, or anything else to improve this error. I mean the fries were back at home cold and ice melted in the pop and we were not offered replacements when it was at least twenty minutes getting back to the Triple Os from home. Gas isn't cheap either. On a separate note, the chicken strips we also ordered were razor thin with hardly any meat. $64.17 for not much!

My partner who I care has a lot of health issues and dietary restrictions. This place has been a staple for them to be able to have something they can eat safely when it's been a hard day. They have some of the best gluten-free and meat free options you can get. Especially when it comes to burgers.
Even though my regular order is complicated they're always patient and kind. It may seem small but what they do here makes an immeasurable difference in my partners life.

Ordered the "breakfast club" on skip. In my opinion the best breakfast sandwich as far as fast food breakfast goes. Part of the beauty of this sandwich is including a wonderfully seasoned hashbrown right in the sandwich except this time I realized they have swapped the hashbrown with barely seasoned "shredded potato fingers" and compensated for the lack of seasoning with so much more salt on the bacon. Most disappointing "breakfast club" to date. I hope they fix my favorite breakfast sandwich soon.

Checked drive thru menu price for Cold Brews-$2.99 each & thought reasonable so ordered 5 (=$15) for groomers who'd done a great job on my pup. Got to the window & was charged $21? ! Told server about drive thru price & was told that wasn't the right price. $4 for ice coffee is crazy & definitely won't be going back!

I have been here twice and they have an excellent customer service. I am from Victoria and tried triple O first time and I just love it.

The staff and customer service at this particular location has been consistent since we started going for breakfast a couple years ago. The food it always fresh and hot and they always treat my 10 yo kindly often giving him a free cookie. Best food and service we have experienced at any fast food restaurant in the entire okanagan. We appreciate this so much. Thanks for treating us like family!

Best out down town. Great staff, entertainment, and even the food is made in house and fresh. Great place to be.

Watch yourself going in. The handicap ramp isn't even painted or clearly indicated. I twisted my ankle on uneven pavement elevation that looked the same color as the sidewalk and I blew out my knee in July 2021 and suffered tremendous agony for five months. Knee is still not the same. The insurer won't even cover my injuries or rehab. I suggested they at minimum paint it to warn people. So far they have done nothing. Can you see any difference in elevation?

Ordered dinner for the family tonight 1 burger was burnt the other burger needed a Gluten free bun due to an allergy they did not give one even though we clarified twice and paid the extra fee went back to the restaurant they refused to replace the burnt burger but did give a new one with a GF bun the staff was extremely rude I won't go back save your self the hassle and drive to the one on spall

Good food, but shady business practices. Their staff try to trick you into buying add-ons (e.g, just asking "six-ounce patty? " instead of making it clear that the default is four and six is as add-on, or asking if you'd like cheese without making it clear that it's an add-on — not that they're asking for allergy reasons). I've also received milkshakes from them that were watered down.

Made an excellent BC Chicken burger and actually had more that 3 bites of chicken. Was nice to see standards being kept for a Triple O's burger.

Never again. Paid over $57 for dried out burgers and cold fries. This location is terrible. If you eat here do so at your own risk.

White Spot is normally ok for us, but this location was just awful. One burger was slathered with way too much mayo and the other was microwaved and was like rubber. Indigestion all night!

Love their double o burgers, always hot and fresh. Specially good and sloppy with extra sauce:)

Stood at the order counter for no less than 10 minutes being completely ignored. They saw me there waiting and didn't say a single word. I get that they were busy with the drive through, but a simple "We'll be with you soon" would have sufficed; I guess that's too much to ask of this place.

Best milkshakes ever depends who working for when you are to get whip cream and Staff isn't ever friendly and seems to always argue customers.honestly can say last 3 times I have been there they where either having issues with customer in front of Me or behind.and it's always something super little.so I give 5 stars to the milkshakes.but 1 star to staff so in between ill give them a 3 BUT IS STRICTLY FOR COOKIES N CREAM MILKSHAKES WITH WHIP CREAM

Sad experience, we bought couple burgers, they came full of Mayo in both sides, cold meat, unsalted fries, any ways.

I went here at 8: 00pm tonight and tried to order a meal in the drive thru. The man wouldn't let me add lettuce to my burger. I've ordered it many times with lettuce for an extra charge and I even told him that, and he refused. He was fine with me going elsewhere rather than giving me lettuce on my burger. His service was awful and rude. I left and will not be back to this location.

Unfortunately the past 2 times we've had breakfast from here it's been extremely greasy. Soaking through the bag to the point we've had grease on our seats and clothes.

Wanted a quick bite before heading home, sat in line for 15-20 minutes with two cars ahead of me. It was not quick.

It's a Triple O's, you know it'll be tasty. I mean, why else do you choose it? Double double burger, that's why.

Classic feel to this little burger joint cross gas station. Feels like an old school truck stop diner (just needs an aquarium with some weird 3 headed toad in it). Only 4/5 because the staff couldn't be bothered to clean the literally only 2 tables in the restaurant dining area. They didn't seem very busy so what's the excuse? Nice to have dine in available again though. We may make this one of our go-to spots for eats and goodies after an afternoon at the beach.

Consistent quality and always clean. Triple O's food is always great, and staff always do their jobs professionally and accurately.

This Chevron is one of the ones with a Triple O's restaurants in it. The same people run the gas station as the restaurant and the do a great job of both. The food is great like it is in all Triple O's that I have been to and the gas station is clean and well stocked with the usual selection of goodies. The staff are always helpful and pleasant. A good experience every time!

Great burgers and fries. Lots of options. Good quality. Higher priced than other fast food places, but worth it.

Other Triple O locations in kelowna close at 9pm/10pm we assumed this one did too. So at 7: 55 we arrive in the drive through and proceed to order. Upon sitting down to eat we realize this location closes at 8pm. However, our food took 15 minutes and if I could post a picture of the dry, wrinkly, mostly skin pickle that came with my burger it would completely explain our experience. Just say sorry we’re closed instead if serving absolute garbage fast food that took way too long.

Always good food, but definitely pricier than other fast food places. Would be nice if they had an app or deals.

This is the first time I've ordered from this location and it will most certainly be the last. My husband and I ordered the spicy chicken burger meal and the fish and chips combo. I was astounded to find my fish was darker than Snooky after a spray tan. Battered fish shouldn't cut the roof of your mouth, but amazingly, this did! I could hear it snap when I broke off a piece, and I've NEVER had rubbery fish. The coating was rock hard and the fish was rubber.unbelievable! My husband and I both realized that the fries were cooked in stale oil so the flavor was awful. If I hadn't needed to get home asap, I would have demanded a refund! Worst food ever! (The staff were really nice though.lol)

I loved the 6 oz cheese burger and their great fries but wish the drinks were bigger though but all else the food was great. I will go back next time I'm in Kelowna.

Especially disappointed with this visit. It would be different if I spent less, but at $37.05 I expect more from this place - that’s two eating for $18.50 each.

Lettuce wasn’t the classic triple O’s lettuce - it appeared to be cabbage from a salad pack and got all over the car. Total mess. Rings were burnt, both patties on the burger were burnt and the cheese had already lost that amazing gooey consistency. Congealed.

Not happy with this location, the Spall location has never disappointed.

This white spot has a drive thru. Located inside the building attached to Chevron gas station. Clean inside. I love the burgers. Problem is the outside.homeless people asking for change or for you to get them straws. Has happened to me twice now in 2 weeks. Other than that. Restaurant inside also, so you can sit and eat.

Always fresh never frozen and cooked to order. Atleast that's what the lady behind the counter was saying ether way they make a great burger.

Last week, I was in the store and guy "Dil" was really good and helpful. I like the services they provided. Good place.

This is White Spot drive through and theyhave great butgers and real Milkshakes. Fairly guick and a real alternative to Mc Dees or Wendys type food

Friendly staff, with a retro vibe that's very up kept for cleanliness. Some of the best burgers around for the price and I swear by their milkshakes but make sure you ask for a plastic straw from Chevron or it wrecks the enjoyment of them.

Card machine prone to error. Requesting crispy bacon actually means well give you the chewiest raw bacon we have, even if you're currently our only customer.
