Ordering yam fries and milkshake, it was not that busy but I had to wait for 30mins for my order.there were 2 other customer ordering food after me, but got serve first. Terrible service. Definitely not going back there.

Had to speak quite loudly to order so ordered at the window. The boy who took the order was unkempt and rude, and when I got home, the burger was not the one I ordered. I was so hungry I ate anyway. It was dry and overcooked. It was fast, though.

Update: Both of us agreed, by far worse ff breakfast we've ever had, buns we're burnt and it was downhill from there. Today we learned that Triple O's is to be avoided going forward ha!

Terrible service, took forever, condescending attitude, no idea how to serve customers properly. Told me to never come back because I criticised her lack of basic understanding on how to serve someone. The lying was over the top, no apologies for taking so long to prepare food, just sad all around. If you can't tolerate tourism, maybe you should not be doing this job? I mean, the cook came out to tell her to "take your time" Hahaha, it's like a joke instead of a place of business. So many other restaurants to choose from, go somewhere else.

Horrible customer service by the lady who works the drive through. She looks so unhappy and was extremely rude. Get a different job or learn customer relations.

Good food and very friendly service. I had my order messed up, but they asked me to come anytime and get a free meal.

Triple O’s is great. But the employees at the Courtenay location…. Not so much. They are notorious for forgetting parts of orders. We ordered today and they forgot and entire meal that was paid for.

Great fish and chips, got a note in bag saying they made extra fish for me for no reason, Thanks Meelella? Idk starts with a M:) you rock.

We ordered from here tonight and we enjoyed every bit of it. The staff were very nice. The food was ready fast and all of it was delicious. Best milkshake (cookies & cream) thankyou for making our day more enjoyable.

Quality of the burgers is not what it used to be but the chicken fingers are the best in town so I continue going back. The customer service is pretty decent too

Food was really good. We had a spicy chicken style burger and a chipotle BBQ burger. Sides were pickle chips and Cajun fries with one iced tea and a cookies and cream milk shake. All items exceeded our expectations. Prices were reasonable and the staff working the day we went were all super friendly. Food arrived in good time and order was correct. Will go back

Great stop. White spot inside for food. Drinks and snacks inside with coffee that staff keep fresh washrooms are nice and plenty of gas pumps. Staff are friendly and helpful.

The food was decent, but not good enough to wait in the drive thru line for 20 mins when only 2 cars in front.not much customer service.

Being a fan of Triple O's in other locations. I was disappointed with my visit here. The woman who took my order gave me the bad vibe as soon as I got to order. She wasn't pleasant and seem like she was having a bad day maybe.

I placed my order for a double double burger. After I paid she didn't offer me my receipt or acknowledge my payment. She just continue bagging the poutine cheese on the front counter. Which surprised me with Covid-19 and that I was standing a few feet away.

Stunned by what happened I kinda stood to see if she notice me but she continues to ignore me or the health hazard. Her co-worker came over from the drive thru to check on me after she left to put away the poutine cheese. He at least was helpful to giving me my receipt.

I'm guessing she also made my burger as she came out with it from the kitchen. I hope she washed her hands but I have little faith. The burger was squished and dripping in my car when I tried to eat it. So I didn't have time to snap a photo of it as my hands were getting covered by sauce. I hope head office gets to see my review and take action.

Quality has really gone down hill over the last few months. Over priced too, go across the street to A&W.

Probably a wasted $59.00. About the only good things were my grandsons burger and the
Double double that I ordered for my dog.
Everything else was definitely not good, onions rings were old, chicken fingers about the same and other than the cod the rest of the cod burger was a mess.

Extremely expensive for average toppings and average meat quality. Cheapest burger on the menu is 7-8$ and has less flavours than any competition, onion rings are expensive and are a pale copy of the A&W’s.
Their poutine uses real cheese-curds and they are not using a bad beef gravy like most places west of Quebec, this is why they don’t have 1 star.

2 basic combos with no drinks is around 30-35$.

By the way, my wife puked it up right away.

Waited a number of times in the morning after opening. 10 minutes or more with no service. Only when the 2 guys are in morning shift. Terrible.

Terrific huge burgers. It's like going back in time. The fries are home cut and the staff is taking friendly. We will definitely be back!

First time there. Had the Bacon Cheese Burger, Wowaz, Massive. Nice big fries.

I found the tables dirty, and had to wait more than 5 minutes after we got the meal to get my fries without a explanation why it took extra time. Normally the food comes out all the same time.

Go here often, better tasting food with a fast food speed. Always leave feeling full and good. Their burgers, chicken burgers, breakfast sandwiches and milkshakes are great and taste a little more real than most fast food and hardly eve a big line up.

Service was fast- but the fish and chips that I ordered were lacking in portion size.

All in all- a mediocre visit, but if you're ordering a burger you'll be fine.

Great place in Courtenay to stop in. Lots of gas pumps, and free air for your tires. Triple O's is one of the best fast food options.

This was one of the worst hamburger I have had. Way too expensive. Never again.the milkshake was good.
