Triple O's Chevron Kelowna

Food is good. But service is very slow. 25 minutes in the drive thru with 2 cars ahead and I only ordered some fries and milkshake.

As soon as I walked in, there were two other people waiting in line for their food and no other customers. They shuffled to the side so I could order. One of the staff saw me waiting at the counter with a smile on my face. She didn't acknowledge me and continued waiting for the other customers food. Waited a few more minutes. She finished packing up the other customers order, gave it to them and walked right in front of me without even looking at me and went to the back. At the same time there was another staff member who was clearly on break. They finished their break and walked up to the counter, gave me a slight glance, put a headset on and walked away. At this point I waited for another two minutes and left. I stood at the counter for nearly ten minutes like a complete idiot without a single "hello" or even acknowledgement that I existed from two separate female employees. So I took my business elsewhere. Far from impressed and I don't plan on going back again. I'm a patient person but I think this is ridiculous.

Burger was undercooked.
Took 2 bites.right into the garbage.not going there again. $20 for a meal i cant eat.whitespot has to step up there game or close.

The staff here are wonderful. I was having a dark day and the staff friendliness was the light that brighten that day. The food is good as always but this location is my favorite because of the staff.

They are always so funny to be there, offer option ideas and just seem to care. I love them all so much.

Drive Thru guy was exceedingly polite. Considering he was talking to two cars at once, he did phenomenally. Even gave us a free strip of bacon for our puppy

Best burger every single time. Consistency. Best double cheeseburger I've ever had!

Got the buttermilk chicken burger, yam fries and a sprite, I thought it was very tasty.
