New chibatta breakfast sandwich, not toasted, turned into a big ball of grease, really gross.think this sandwich has done me in for fast food.

This place use to have great service but as of recent it has gone down hill. The girl taking that last time I went would literally say anything else after one second "double double "anything else" combo "anything else" with coke " anything else and it was in the rudest tone possible like, basically saying why are you here, and now I have to work

The best place to make a pit stop if highway traffic is bad and you need a little treat to get through the day

Love the burgers and the fries no soft drinks, their machine was down, the server wasn't realy sure what else they had to drink and they offered an option they didn't have, found out when I asked for it. The machine being out was not the servers fault but I could have gone for a milkshake, we often get them with our burgers but wasn't offered one. Not the cheapest burger around and not the meals I was sent to get.

They are absolutely horrible at taking your order. It's like they can't hear the first time. Food is great but service is below average. Forgot bacon on one burger. Added tomatoes to a burger that wasn't supposed to have it. And forgot an order of fries. Triple check ur order. They will most likely mess it up.

Breakfast Club was dripping in grease! Someone from Whitespot needs to come out and re-teach these people how to make the original burgers that made Whitespot so famous!

I didn't like the food taste, nor service. For a fast food, the serving time was quite slow

This location is Very hard to get out of during the morning and afternoon. Heaven forbid you need to turn north out of here

I've been told they dont do milkshakes on hot days I've gotten cold burgers and fries. The service here is always terrible especially right now. Cars lined up almost to the road no one getting anything one girl staring at the computer the other working hard but clearly not enough

Slowest “fast food” we have ever been to. It is honestly the worst. We were in the car line and waited for about 25 minutes and there was only 2 people in front of us. Very unfriendly staff as well. It was like they were taking 1 order and making that order and serving it to the car and then taking the next order and doing it over again. Super inefficient painful experience.

More attention needed to making sure orders are put together right. Asked for no tomato twice and there was tomato’s. No honey mustard sauce was given with my chicken strips (the only reason I get the strips, the sauce is good) wish I checked my order before getting back to work.

The service is always SO slow here. Also sometimes the quality isnt there and its extra saucy and messy

My favorite burger, just a little bit slow on service, overall very easy and convenient for pickup food.

We went through the drive thru, fast courteous service. My only complaint isn't really one but I have a love/hate relationship with the new paper straws. I am a very slow drinker and they always get mushy by the time I am finished my drink. Trying to remember to leave a reusable straw in my car.

Top shelf burgers. Super convenient location close to the highway and a regular stop for me travelling east and needing gas and eats ir returning west for a burger and ice cream sandwich. The best highway accessable mercantile from Port Mann bridge to Whatcom Road past Abbotsford

Can't go wrong with yam fries and strawberry milkshake (with or without whipcream)! My favourites from this spot?

It was not busy when I went in & ordered, but it took them a bit to make my fries.

The three of them where hutled together chatting while the customer watches this & waits for a simple order to be made?

They have such great burgers but are so messy while eating but well worth it, oh and their chocolate shakes are good to would reccomend

Very unhappy with my whole experience at this triple Os.

I ordered a monty mushroom burger meal with a gluten free bun and a bottle of water and the total was over $18 which is pretty expensive for 1 meal.

On top of that the burger was made very poorly. The bun was completely burnt on the inside and it taste burnt as well. There was way too much lettuce in the burger and it was completely falling apart after the first couple of bites. The drive thru was also very slow.

Not happy at all with the price I paid for the quality I got here. 1 star

Just stopped for drive thru bacon cheeseburger and fries best take out I had in awhile delicious

Every time I fill up, it takes forever. They don't change the filters enough, or just have the pumps slowed down for no reason. We have an excavating business and are working near by. We lose over $2/minute in production time when getting fuel, so it is a big deal when the pumps are slow. Also, as an added inconvenience, they take the auto lock off the triggers so you have to hold the pump. I put a coke can in the nozzle today, walked in the store, ordered a triple o burger. Then I went to the washroom, washed my hands, got the burger, went to my truck and ate the burger. After my burger was gone, I had $150 of my $200 fill up. I've complained many times, but they don't care enough to fix it.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Tried to keep my change, then messed up the order and forgot a couple items. When going back to get what I had paid for, I was told they had the order right and I ordered the wrong thing. They refused to replace the order or even provide the items they missed. Definitely will never be returning to this location.

Didn't wait too long in the drive through but I did wait at the window for a bit, food was fresh though so that justifies the wait. The onion rings were very fresh although I'm not crazy about them, anyone else feel the same?

The drive through service was great but food didn’t feel fresh or crisp. Kindly try to make the food better as its a very convenient spot.

EXTREME COVID-19 WARNING! DO NOT EAT HERE!

20 minutes to move 3 cars through the drive in (I was the third), awful customer service, food was an inedible mess, and when I asked the cash taker where his gloves were, he responded that he had sanitizer. I watched him handle multiple high touch items and not once did he wash his hands. I will not be returning to this absolute embarrassing excuse for a white spot. Don't respond to this either, no words said will matter. You failed.

Stopped at this location twice and each time my order got messed up. Today I ordered a 5 piece chicken and when I got home I found some sort of a chicken burger. The other butter milk burger that I ordered had an old party and almost soggy like bun. Stay away from this place.

Staff did not have good comprehension of what we wanted. Did not feel comfortable ordering and receiving food. Fries usually great were terrible, burger was good but not hot enough.

Ordered a double double with no lettuce and 1 slice of cheese.i got a bun, 2 patties, 1 slice of cheese, and 1 slice of pickle. 0/5 stars, never coming back.

Still not used to the fact that you pay these days $30 for two (2) burgers, two (2) servings of jam fries and one (1) drink.

The burgers, (served at a gas station), were juicy and filled with flavour.

We were positively surprised.

Service was very slow and people who ordered behind us got there food before us and our was luke warm when we got it as it sat there for quite some time.

Had the chicken burger. What we received didn’t look at all like the photo on the menu.

I don’t mind paying top dollar for “healthy options” but when the grilled chicken barely covers half of the bun.approx 4 oz of chicken for 10$$

Triple O's is a great Canadian pride a must try if your coming to Canada for this time. Just not this location. If you come here you may not get all your food. The orders may be wrong as well. The fry's by them self are not recommended by me. I would say to upgrade them. But even better advice would be to drive past this location to Whatcom road in Abbotsford.

You can't go wrong with their burgers and they offer lettuce wrapped options. Simple a most have when your in BC. One of BC best burger joints hands down.

Great location of Triple O's. I order gluten-free and have had never had a problem with that at this location. Super convenient just south off Highway 1 at the 232 exit eating area in a casual gas station convenience store setting

The server was talking the whole time to his 3 friends on the otherside of the counter.
He seemed annoyed when I asked him for my reciept.

Food is great. Bathrooms are disgusting. If you have kids. Try to take them to the bathroom another place.

This is my favorite place to stop for something indulgent when the traffic on highway #1 gets out of control. It's right off the highway so it's an easy pit stop. I love the parmesan fries and the cookies and cream milkshake. There's plenty of parking and the service is fast.

My daughter will only eat TRIPLE O's Panko Breaded Deep Fried Chicken Tenders, even if I make them right down to the panko breading AND deep frying them she will not eat them, there's some SECRET ingredient or SOMETHING that makes Triple O's the place to go, they make all kinds of good burgers n' such but that's the only place she'll go for chicken tenders

Fast and good burgers, suggests eating here if you are nearby and hungry! Selection of meals is small, but burger quality is better than some Whitespots.
