Triple O's Chevron Maple Ridge

Every single time I come to this location in Maple Ridge. They can never get my order right. At this point I feel like they are doing it On purpose Because there is no way that one place can get your order wrong every single time. I literally have to Go back every single time. Never again

The food is good, by the service is hit or miss. Probably more of a miss. Make sure to state your order twice. And ask for a receipt to make sure what you ordered was understood.

Food is so good, just recently got into their breakfast as well. It's my new favourite breakfast place.

Stop trying to up sell people on things. Take the order, make the food, and get the line moving!

Get orders wrong often. Cheese on my burger isn't melted. No receipts, missing items. But they refunded me

Food is tasty, but it's overally expensive. This location can be frustrating as well.ast order I had 3 mistakes and that's not the first time. In general I enjoy Triple Os

It is brand new. So they need some tweaks to do. Overall food was not bad at all. Better than McDonald's for sure. The only drawback was lack of napkins at the counter.
As for location you got 4 for 1. Gas station, little convenience shop, lottery booth and Triple O's. Once they add EV charging station it will be very popular place

It was just ok. Super expensive now and so it's kinda crazy a double burger, onion rings and a shake is $24!

Solid food just like any other location. This one is in a sketchier area though so some folks might be put off by homeless people popping out of nearby bushes, etc.

Sorry this is about the tenth time I have been disappointed with my meal. If it's not one thing it's the other. I won't be going there anymore.

My family really loves the burgers here, generally they are made well. The vanilla milkshakes have a great flavour. I would not recommend fries/sweet potatoe fries/poutine as they do not fry them long enough to be crispy- soggy, wilted sad looking things regularly.
Really love the brand of creamy honey mustard dip here though- one of the best.

Ordered 3 meals got home and all three meals are wrong, kids meal was supposed to be chicken nuggets received hamburger, ordered Monty mushroom burger got a soggy veggie burger with no mushrooms, ordered legendary burger and got no fries. If all this didn’t cost me 47 dollars I probably wouldn’t be so pd off.

Me and my family popped in before closing trying to grab a bite and went to this triple os, they looked like they were still open and running till so we came in & we got glares from the staff, when we got to the counter they immediately went off on a tangent about how their fryers were shut down and they could not make any fries or anything, they couldnt make milkshakes, & when asked about burgers they didnt say they'd make burgers they said they closed in 10 minutes multiple times.just say youre closed.guilt tripping your customers is lame and this cashier clearly didnt have a single care nor apology for us. Maybe its to be expected from a chevron triple os.

Honestly I'd have given 5 stars, because service is always prompt, with friendly employees who do orders correctly- however - the amount of strung out homeless people that frequent this location is rediculous. I know that's not their fault.

A really bad idea going to this location my berger was soggy I love milkshake but didn't even finish that on top of it being 45$ dollars for two I will not be coming back I'm not one to complain for my money back or another berger I just won't go back

Good food place which is fast and convenient if you want some triple O’s. My reason for 3 star rating is the high cost of food here which is kinda pricey for the quality.that more so I guess would be a corporate problem

Some reviewers have been too tough on these guys. They do an amazing job and turn out a great burger and fries. Rarely is there an issue. And the job they have does not look so easy. Im grateful they do it as its basically the best Burger in Maple Ridge. Exceptions do not have drive through. Second to these guys is Wendy's. Both offer quality and consistency but this Burger here is particularly good. Especially when I order it made just the way I like. Hard work and attention to detail pays off. Thanks for the quality job well done Triple O's keep up the good work.

The egg on my Sunny Start was so overcooked that the edges were unchewable. The cheese they used tasted like paste.

Great food, but 1 out of 3 times they will mess up your order somehow. They are great about fixing it, but it's pretty habitual for this location. Most recently I got entirely the wrong burger despite being charged for the correct one. I just ate it anyway.

20 minutes for two burgers. 3 skip orders went out and drive thru orders were going out every couple of minutes. Terrible, not going back.

Its whitespot good, if you want breakfast tho do not be a minute past 11. Hence the 4 stars. Common its just an egg for crying out loud.

Employee was not wearing a mask as per government health and safety regulations in a food preparation area. I walked out of there promptly and I will not be returning anytime soon.

Burger was cold and very disappointing. I also ordered Parm fries, again very disappointing, less than half the fries had Parm on them. It was this or Chinese, next time, it will be the Chinese.

Terrible Customer Service I specifically asked for sweet potato fries and when they gave me my food they gave me regular fries I said there was a mistake on my order and they told me i for sure said regular fries and that I had to pay an extra 2 dollars for the fries I ordered in the first place. Not the biggest issue but in my opinion that’s not good customer service practice flat out telling your customers they are wrong and was your mistake not mine. Pretty disappointing.

One of my favourite fast food stops. Resembles a classic burger from a time when burgers were the rage!

Went to this locations drive thru on Tuesday (burger promo day). Service was remarkably slow and rude. Was told to move into the parking lot and wait even longer for just 1 burger. I refused and asked for a refund or my burger. The employee pretended to be a manager and said I shouldn’t yell. Asking for a refund or my order is not yelling. I was finally given my burger and told the receipt was in the bag. It was nowhere to be found. They didn’t want to provide proof of purchase because they knew I would complain about their lousy service and attitude. I called their head office with the receipt information. I have spent a lot of money at this location over the years but I am now done for good. Worst fast food experience ever.

Best fast food burgers and best fast food breakfast sandwich if you get the breakfast club or sunny start

A few days ago I ordered original with cheese combo with no tomato no relish and when I got home it had both. I called the manager and was told they did not type it in like that on the computer. She said she would replace the burger but not the meal. She finally agreed to replace the entire meal after me telling her that now I am unable to eat the burger and I paid $13.xx for a meal and now all I have is fries. Today I went to get my replacement she said that her staff made the burger with no tomato and no relish. I was astonished that she would claim that. I told her that if this was an issue I would have been more than happy to take a photo of it for proof at the time. Honestly horrible service and horrible attitude.
Go somewhere else people.

Terrible experience here wait forever for 2 burger combos that come out to 27$ get them home and theyre just 2 originals with no cheese and a disgusting amount of mayo. So take them back and have to pretty much argue that both burgers are wrong and then when i get them replaced no compensation not even an apology service here is a joke and manager was just rude would advice stay away

The white lady works there is so rude.i don’t know if she is a manager but looks like.she never smile.i went there and i just asked her for a spoon and she looked at me like i have done a crime asking her for spoon.somebody should teach her the meaning of customer service

Always good food.staff very accommodating and most of them very polite. One who has been there a long time can be grumpy.

Too bad we cant tip there.some days they work very hard. Staff has a lot to put up with at this location

Disgusting burger. Served cold. I asked for no pickles, but they thought I needed one anyways and gave me one wrapped on my burger. The lettuce looked days old. And the tomato was mushy. I asked for extra tripple o sauce, and the girl said that unless I purchased a drink or fries, it would be an extra charge. Are you kidding me? Your entire business is based on tripple o sauce. Your charging me extra for a little bit more on an already over priced burger?

Never again will I purchase from here. Save your money and palate.head down the road a bit and hit Red Robin's. Not only is the customer service way better, but the food is excellent and their burgers are always AWESOME!

Take your disgusting overpriced burger and stick it. I will also be writing to White Spot, as they need to know that this Tripple O's are damaging the reputation of their "Legendary" burger.

Sad as I like to support local and BC based businesses as much as I can. But NEVER AGAIN.
