Wasn't great. The garlic parmesan fries were way too strong in flavour to the point that I could taste the garlic 5 hours later, and the chicken burgers were just ok. None of it was worth writing home about and definitely NOT worth the $40 paid. You can get better elsewhere

Every single time I go here my burgers are burnt the fries are ok if they are not cold but the burgers are terrible. If I was whitespot I wouldn't put.my name on these burgers.

This location made our burgers about as perfectly as I have ever had them at a Triple O's location. Whoever assembled them took a bit of pride. That was nice.

This is my "go-to" place for a quick gluten-free burger with lettuce wrap. Delicious! I don't understand why the other fast-food restaurants don't have gluten-free options. It's really not that hard.

Best Burgers I ever had.
Don't know how they do it but you can't replicate the results.

Staff is friendly but very long waits. Burgers are sloppy and not fresh, quality is nothing compared to parksville location unfortunately.

Took 20min in the drive thru to get a triple 0 combo and a kids chicken fingers cost $25 and it was not good. Tryed talking to the girl about it and she sut the window on me.will not be going back and we'll be telling people to go elsewhere

The food is good, but if you're missing items, good luck rectifying the issue. They don't answer the phone, and don't return messages, and don't like being called out for it. I'm not trying to get free food, I just want the food I already paid for, I shouldn't have to feel like I'm getting a tooth extracted. Please just correctly fulfill my order so I don't have to do this again. Thank you.

The service is so-so and so is the food, but the fries aren't even that good.thick and tasteless. Not recommended.

Always enjoy going Triple O's and this was an excellent experience. First time going to this location and what really stood out to me was how nice and clean it was inside. Not that the one I usually go to isn't clean, but it was very noticeable upon entering. The food was fantastic as always, the fries were a little too salty for my liking but the burger was delicious. Also the washrooms are incredibly small. Nice and clean, just really small. I'm sure the family washroom is probably bigger but the regular ones don't give you much to work with.

Stopped by on a Wednesday after work at 430 before it would be busy. No other cars in drive through. Ordered two original burger combos and two onion ring orders. Pull up to the window to pay got told to pull into the reserved parking as they needed time for the onion rings, which was no big deal. Got our food about 8 minutes later, get home which is a couple minutes away. The two burgers had to be the worst burgers I’ve ever had in my life for one I believe they were pre made ready to go as they were stone cold, two the pickle which is wrapped into the wrapper had absolutely no juice at all in which explained why the wrappers were soggy. The patty was burnt black, not to mention this burger has absolute nothing on it other than some sauce tiny piece of lettuce and tomato end scraps. The fries were also stone cold and burnt to a un edible state. The only thing that was remotely decent was the onion rings which they clearly had to make to the order as they were the only thing hot. At 39$ for this food I expected way more, you guys already had me waiting in the reserved spot you couldn’t bother to at least serve me a hot burger and fries? Also there were absolutely no other cars in the drive through at the time. I most definitely will never be back, and I highly recommend to anyone else take your business else where!

Breakfast review: Breakfast is why I like to come here. Breakfast mains start from $3.99 and up to the breakfast burger (beef pattie, egg, bacon, cheese and triple o sauce) $10.79, add $3.59 for the combo (coffee & 5 hashbrown sticks). The breakfast menu is great quality and prices are fair unlike their lunch/dinner menu. The food is high quality by fast food standards and taste great.

Lunch review: It's like A&W but expect to pay from $15.50 up to $18.15 for a burger combo and more if you add-on upgrades. I came with a $2 off combo coupon and looking at the menu I saw burgers priced from $9.79 to $12.29 thinking this was the combo prices, okay just like other fast food joints. When she rang in my Buffalo Chicken combo it turns out those were just the burger only prices and to add a combo was an additional $4.99 and more if you upgrade the sides or drinks. So with my $2 off coupon I ended up paying $15.17 ‍ I witness a couple walk out after seeing the prices lol

The burger itself was good but not the $11.29 it cost alone. The fries were similar to A&W which I am not a fan of. The drink comes in a smaller clear plastic cup, no self-service refill but I think you can if you ask them. Without my coupon I'll be paying over $17 which is a few dollars too high even if the quality is good. Overall it's like A&W but a couple of dollars more.

Food is delicious but the customer service is shocking terrible, been in a handful of times and it’s always bad. Obviously poor management

Not good, fries were horrible, trust me when I say this is not the place you want to go. Cheesy fried tasted like bad breath and the burger was nothing special.

Very disappointed last week, fries were burnt in old oil. Threw them away. Won't be back soon.

First time trying the place, food was not exceptional I would put it in line with most fast food offerings. The original burgar tastes almost like the ones you can get at burger king.

Now here is where its different, the pickle chips were pretty good, but if you get the garlic / parmesan fries watch out! They can be overwhelming.

Portiin sizes are on the small size given the price you pay and for me the clear plastic drink cups need to go.

The staff was great, friendly and quick with the order. Overall not a bad experience. I recommend you try it at least once.

I’ve grabbed a burger combo from this location a few times. Tasty burger and delicious fries.

My review today is based on the service. From the “Welcome to Triple O’s” at the drive through speaker to being given my food at the window the cashier, Ollie, was SUPER CHEERFUL & FRIENDLY.

Thank You Ollie for giving such wonderful service! I’m sure my food tasted better because of it! Keep up the fantastic service!

Breakfast sandwiches are excellent as are the hash browns. Don’t care for the burgers very much though, and it’s pretty expensive for what you get. I’ve never run into any missing item issues like other reviews state. Avoid the drive thru if there are more than 2 cars there though, wait times are really long.

I ordered breakfast club with no meat!
It looked a bit expensive as compared to the price on menu, so I asked for the reciept and looked the lasy had punched sunny start with hashbrown! Which was $2 dollar more than a breakfast club i ordered! I asked her why she did it and she said its cheaper that way!
Then i told her to punch me the regular one as i asked for! She just gave me my $2 dollars back! Make sure you are getting the recipt and see you get wht u paid for!

It is a high priced fast food restaurant, however it gives you many incredible options for sides like garlic and Parmesan fries. I'm not used to so much greasy foods so I don't go very often

The best chicken strips and honey mustard dip ever. I love their burgers too. The parmesan garlic fries are also my favourite side. They have a blueberry slushie drink in the summer that is amazing too.

We have eaten here a couple times and it was really good but this visit not so great. Maybe this is a case of who's cooking lol

Waited for close to an hour (47 minutes) with 4 vehicles ahead of me in the drive thru, unable to exit for a very simple order (2 cheese burgers). Feel bad for all the people behind me that got 30 minute old fries in there bags!

Great Burger! It's nice to have a stand alone place in town. Recommend for a place to eat lunch. Not your typical fast food stop though, be prepared to spend double what the arches charge, but worth the spend!

Food is meh. Not bad, but just ok. You pay too much for what you get. Their spicy chicken sandwich can’t hold a candle to Wendy’s.

Simple training and making the burger the same as all other triple o locations, would help, as a start…

The buttermilk burger was good, the fries were quit dry and very salty unfortunately.
And was $52 for 2 adults and 2 kids meal.

Burger was old, tired, and lukewarm. Pretty much the standard that you get on BC Ferries rather than a White Spot.

Staff was pretty disorganized and slow. 15 minutes for a Monty Mushroom and a Chicken Burger.

Will not return.

Not many cars in the drive thru but took forever. Really slow service. Ordered three combo's, two the same, one different. Got up to the second window and they only had two combos and had the wrong fries. Only charged us for the two combos. Let them know a combo was missing and one of the fries was wrong. They informed me they would charge me for another combo and get it ready right away. I paid, looked at the receipt and they charged me for the new combo and another serving of fries. Let them know this and they refunded me for a serving of fries. Got the food and drove off. Realized after we got home that they didn't give us the third drink. When eating, the fries were cold and one of the burgers had a hair in it. The burgers were also sloppily made with more sauce on the side and on top of the bun then in between it.

Tried Triple O's Nanaimo for the first time - I had a Burger/Poutine combo. The poutine was a tiny, soggy mess. The burger was fair. The price was $18.06. What a rip off. Save your money!

This is the first review I’ve ever left for anything. Food was mediocre at best and terribly overpriced. One burger came with both patties sliding completely off. They staff couldn’t manage to not put the tomatoes on either of the two burgers I ordered without them. Cajun fries were terribly seasoned and difficult to get down. Took 15 minutes for them to make a milkshake and I never received the water I asked for twice in the 20 minutes I was inside.

Waited in the drive thru for 36 mins.
Had to mention our order was missing items.
Save yourself a hassle, go to Wendy's.

I was expecting a long wait when ordering after reading past reviews. Our food arrived quickly (5 minutes). Staff were friendly. I would go again. Great place for fast food and variety on the menu.

I have gone there in 3 separate occasions each time expecting things to be different but every time disappointed and baffled. I ask for fries and they come out hard as rocks and completely inedible

I went back so morgan could fix her mistake and this is what she gave me also, I even had to throw out my pants after I opend it. I'm not impressed and will not be going here again I hope they speak to thier manager and get morgan fired.updated loved how nice my burger was from Macdonald I even explained my situation and they offered me free fries as well

Perfect burger maybe the best in town, and definitely my favourite french fries around, didn't even get to try the shacks. Can only assume the best

Too Cold inside for 80 yr old mom. Food was so so. Service was good. Very good strawberry milkshake.

Double Double with bacon and mushrooms accompanied with perfect fries and gravy. Need I say more? I challenge you to order the same duo and have ANYTHING negative to say. BOOM!

Had a very enjoyable meal this evening. The staff was polite and professional. I placed my order and went and sat down, it was a little bit of a wait but was well worth it. My meal was brought right to my table. All items were fresh and flavourful. My burger looked like it was put together with car. I will be recommending this location to others and will be back. Such a pleasant experience.

Went here a week ago for dinner! Waited 20 mins for a simple order that’s strike 1! Strike 2 When I got the food, the fries were missing, Strike 3 when the fries came a few mins later they didn’t taste fresh at all! Because of these 3 strikes that occurred in 1 visit I won’t be back for a least a year or more!

Order wrong and then the correction was wrong. When you finally get the food its cold and awful. I wouldn't trust them to pour me a water

Food is pricey but not much different from other fast food restaurants. On my two visits the drive-through has been tremendously slow. I understand the place is new but there is no excuse for having to wait at the window as long as you do.

When the dive through line up is long its so much faster to go in. I LOVE their veggie burger and am so happy they still have it, not the fake beef plant one but a real veggie burger. My favorite! Other family members live the food here too!

I have never written a review before but I couldn't not. I ate a burger yesterday early afternoon and couldn't even finish it because it was gross. 6 hours later I was over the toilet puking my guts out. I called to let them know their food may not be up to par a very nice employee handled the conversation as best as he could and told me a manager would call me in the next few days. The assistant manager did in fact call me back to tell me I was wrong and that I couldn't have gotten sick from them but the only meal my brother and I have shared in the last week was triple o's and we both got very sick. The assistant manager was rude and aggressive towards me. Will not be back.

I ate inside Triple O's for the first time since they opened. The restaurant was nice and tidy. I love the green aesthetic! It makes everything really pop. The staff were fast and friendly. I was pleasantly surprised by their Vegetarian burger. Most fast food veggie burgers are not good but this was very flavorful and unique. Overall a good experience. My only complaint is that $13 for a burger and fries is a bit expensive for a fast food chain; but the food was good quality. I will be going back!

Went twice in the first two weeks of opening. Each time was unbelievably slow. Our order was three burger combos and had to wait 25 minutes.
