Nicole, the morning unit manager is top notch. Always pleasant to interact with. Only reason I go here for coffee instead of the free stuff they have at work.

All the lights for the drive thru were off at 9: 25 open sign was off. Went thru the drive thru and they were open. Asked what time they closed and told me in a few mins online it says there open till 10. Ordered my food asked for ketchup just to have the lady roll her eyes for me. Seems to me they don’t get paid enough. Never coming back.

I ordered buffalo chicken burger without bacon but still they add bacon in it. So I have to throw it

Despite reading some bad reviews I had a great experience here. Delicious chicken burger and strips, friendly staff, and quick service. The cardlock is right beside so a good spot for truckers to stop and grab a bite.

Very rude customer service. I went here for lunch on my break at work, and I asked for Chipotle sauce. The cashier couldn’t understand was I was saying and someone working from the back laughed at me and the situation while it was happening. The cashier eventually understood what I was asking for however no apology was ever given. Terrible service, I’ll never come here again and I’ll never recommend this location to anyone. Any other Triple O location would do better than this one.

My burger chipolte bbq bbq bacon melt was fantastic, the poutine I got was really tasty too. These guys sure don't skimp out. All in all the I got the great quality I have come to expect from white spot.

Nothing great about the food at all. The person behind the glass actually listen to the order instead of worried about a mask she might do ok. However the food isn't that great at all especially for the price.

The original sunny start was NOT a good start to the morning! It was made with laziness and disinterest.not even close to what it should taste like.

Great little spot. Service has always been fast. If they run into a delay they let me know right away and are always professional and courteous.

We corrected her at the window explaining what food service is and that’s it’s part of the hospitality industry.
This is likely another family run franchise with them all living together and begrudgingly working together too.

Nice drive thru I sat there for 10min this morning without anyone coming to take my order there was no customers inside either ended up driving off to work with no breakfast

Check your Triple O's dips. They barely fill the sides a 1/3rd full. Barely!

Go to the other Triple Os on 200th just up the street. They fill the sides full so you don't feel ripped off. When you're paying for them.

This is the 2nd time this happened and when I returned the first time I had to pay for another 1/3rd full side of triples o's sauce.

I pains me to write a bad review of my favorite fast food place on earth. I even had the food truck at my wedding. Sad day.

Omg! I went back today and the same thing a 1/4 filled bullet of Triple Os sauce! This time I was given a second bullet after asking.

Check! If your paying for these!

Good burgers, slow drive thru. Not sure if anything can be done to make it faster though, all Triple-O's are like that.

Prices just went up AGAIN. I think I’ll just cook my own food now.

Although I’ve never gotten sick eating here. And I eat here 3-4 times a week. And I don’t even go on Tuesdays for the “cheap” burger. Not anymore tho. Never going ever again.

First off the meat paddy on my original burger was in three pieces, messy to eat falling apart. Second the straws here are paper ones and they make the vanilla milkshake taste very off and don't work well either. And lastly 30 mins after eating I got violent diarhdia.

Went thru the drive thru and asked to get fries substituted for a potuine with my food, got my food I noticed the cashier said thank you and looked away at the pop machine when she said it while handing me my food. (Thought that was weird) noticed I didnt get my poutine that I asked to get substituted when I got parked.
When a customer asks to get something substituted give them what they want!

You ladies at this store really suck.

Great customer service. Food was fine, chicken strips were crispy outside, and nice, lean white meat inside. I got the garlic parmesan fries as well, which were a little rich, good flavour though. I didn't love it but I just don't eat a lot of this kind of stuff anymore because of digestive issues so I'm not used to it. No fault with the food or service, the restaurant was nice and clean too, I spilled my lemonade because I'm a klutz and the gentleman insisted on getting a clean sanitized cloth and wiping it right away.

A Vancouver tradition. The fast food division of White Spot which is a Vancouver institution. The trend everywhere is to go bigger and White Spot has the "bigger burger" 6oz but IMHO nothing beats the "traditional triple ooo" 4oz burger with whichever add-ons you prefer.

Some people call White Spot burgers a 'Vancouver tradition". That's why BC ferries sells overpriced White Spot burgers and such on their boats. Nothing against White Spot to be honest, but don't expect much. Their burgers are average, their milkshakes are real milkshakes but don't get fooled by the "Vancouver tradition" catch phrase. There are a lot of places out there that serve better burgers at very decent prices

Disgusting. They have a sign that says "if you're not proud of it. Don't serve it. " But they did any ways. They cashier was stuck up and appeared to hate her job and that her customers were an inconvenience to her. The food was cold and soggy and absolutely repulsive. And when I said we have a food allergy to strawberries and asked for a different jam we weren't offered peanut butter or other jam. Was told oh well. We brought our family for breakfast. Clearly a mistake. As I write this. The cashier goes out for a smoke with a restaurant full of customers. I just might have to stick around to see if she washes her hands
