Triple O's Science World

An odd location to get to but better than nothing! I’m just glad there’s a triple Os near downtown so I can get my fill of delicious white spot burgers AND breakfast! Their breakfast is SOOOO GOOD! Best fast food breakfast by far. And their burgers are top 3 fast food burgers in the world.

It is so bad that I have to wait 45 minutes for one milkshake and there is like 2 people waiting and it's taking so long It's so bad.

Bad service here. Food coming very slow. Price crazy. Tim Hortons and MacDonald is another good options! ：）

The staff person who took our order from the outside window was very nice.
Unfortunately, what we received in the bag was wrong. One person does not eat bacon. The other doesn't eat bread/ buns. Menu has options for each of us. I ordered the burger combo. He got chicken and bacon in a lettuce wrap.
What we got was the opposite. Burger in lettuce and chicken & bacon on bread.
What exactly are we supposed to do about that after walking home? Walk back and re-order to wait for correction? That's an hour plus to sort out.
This isn't the first time I've been underwhelmed by this location.
Oh, and eating on site but outside is an adventure in eating on concrete decking covered in bird poop.

10 minutes for milkshake? Very disappointed.
Staff seem poorly trained and there didn't appear to be a supervisor or manager on shift.

Takeout window is laughable. They refuse to acknowledge customers and leave you waiting until everyone inside has been served. Except Uber of course, they get VIP service. Avoid at all costs.

So upset. 2nd time in a row this poorly managed franchise messed up my order! Today I ordered a bacon cheeseburger, a drink and fries. It was freezing out and when the window opened a guy gave me “my order” I only realized just now there was no drink! I paid almost 20 dollars for a burger and the worst French fries …. Dry yet raw…. Yhis is the last time I will visit this location. I feel totally ripped off and it’s not worth my time to get back in my car and go back there.

Though the burger is not that good compared to other restaurants, the price variants from 8$-14$ per burger, it's a pretty big portion for the price!

Tables were dirty, service was average. We only wanted a milkshake to go, there wasn't many people in line, it took 3 people 15 mins to get our shake while we sat at filthy tables waiting.

I ordered burgers several times here and their burger’s taste and smell were terrible sometimes. Obviously, they are not doing a right quality control or food safety training regularly. They should not sell this kind of food to kids and their family in Science World. Also, on the other days, they forgot my order so I had to wait for 30 min to pick up the burger. They even did show up for pick up order during business hours.

Such a bad place. The staff is not friendly to kids. Not polite. Probably because they are busier than other restaurants. If you order coffee or milk, they only fill in half not full.
Bring your own food to visit Science world.

Too busy for its own good. Staff simply cannot keep up, please train/make sure an appropriate amount of people are employed to avoid these daily errors.

The product was only satisfactory regardless of the pricing having me think it might be something amazing.

Lots of seating, lots of amenities and generally an upbeat place.

One of the filipino (supervisor) is pretty bad. She is so bossy and don’t know how to behave with their employees in front of the customers. Should take her a supervisory course.

I have been to this fast food outlet in Science World several times, mostly for coffee. The coffee is not too bad. Today I saw them advertising Beyond Burger with Avocado and I ordered one for lunch.

Recently, I have had beyond burgers at a couple of the White Spot restaurants, and I had liked them.

But, my burger today was quite dry and I couldn't immediately figure out why I didn't like my burger. Finally, I determined that there were no avocado. The burger just had a piece of lettuce and mayo. It actually was quite disappointing.

When I asked why no avocado, their answer was "Oh, we use avocado sauce, not real avocado". Not a good answer. I just pointed out that this was a misleading advertisement. No answer, of course.

Later in the day, we went to the White Spot at No. 3 Rd and Ackroyd in Richmond for supper. One of us ordered a Beyond Burger. It came with Avocado as expected and as advertised and it was really good.

Glad to only be handling twins here at tripple o's! Over achiever is better than overkill achievers in my mind. Show offs!

I love White Spot, but the people they hire here can't even make good fries or seem to replace the old oil. I stopped bothering with combos since they are so overfried you can't make an excuse to put them in your body. I felt so unhealthy thinking about it. And the fries portions for price is pretty awful considering. Also agree it takes forever.often I wonder if they forget

We ate there today and we saw that a female staff made burgers without putting on her gloves! I couldn't eat my burger knowing this. Then I didn't see any avocado in the expensive avocado mushroom burger I bought. So I went to the cashier to ask. She tried three times to touch my burger with her hands while explaning it to me that the avocado became brown as a result of the raddish which was mixed with it. I had to move my burger away from her three times to keep her from touching my food! The most horrible and disgusting dining experience in Vancouver so far!

Worst experience ever couldn't even get a coffee waiting in line up 10 minutes the women they're all speaking different language I don't think anyone speak English just terrible place don't ever ever go there I only put a start cuz it was the only way to make this review

Horrible place to eat. While we were waiting to order we saw a rat run across the floor into the kitchen. Did not waste any time getting out of there. If there was a rat on the floor how many do you think there is in the walls? And who knows where the rat is going in the kitchen. There might be rat poo in our meals!

Horrendous Onion Rings. Unless you like drinking cooking oil mixed with uncooked batter, please avoid ordering the onion rings.

The rings are far far from what they are depicted in their ads. Also a big onion rings consisted in the outmost outer layer of a onion, it was practically impossible to eat.

On the contrary the Chicken Tenders were quite good.

Good deal on the kids combos. Expect long line ups. Don't expect to be wowed by the food. It was ok but could be better

If i could give it no stars, I would.

I'm very tired from a long day of events with the family; but I felt it necessary to warn people away from this location.

I have NEVER in my life tasted burgers this bad! I ordered (for the family) a mozza mushroom burger combo, a double double combo with extra meat, 2 kids meals, one with a cheeseburger and one with grilled cheese. This meant i was able to taste all THREE burgers because NONE OF US liked the taste, or lack thereof! My wife: "this tastes like cardboard" My one kid: "I want a real cheeseburger - not this one! " After spending close to $50 for this meal, I came away feeling like they should have paid ME to eat this trash! None of us could finish our meals - even the fries were limp and cold.

To make matters worse, the floor and countertops, multiple tabletops were dirty - this is on December 24th - NOT a lot of traffic AT ALL. It would have been cleaner to eat our meal in the Scienceworld bathroom! (yes, THOSE are clean!)

The only safe item to order at this restaurant is some napkins - they can't screw those up! (or can they? !)

45 minute wait in line for a cold burger. Almost missed our show. Why only have one cashier on a busy holiday sunday.

If I am the manager I would be shamed to see my restaurant like this. I eat at the Triple O's almost every few days at my work, always satisfied their food and services. This one really changed my view. Dirty table, dirty chairs, garbage and food all over the floor. Yes, I understand there are too many kids but at 3pm when there are not many customers any more why can't just quickly clean up? I have to wipe chairs and table myself so I can be able sit down and eat my food after spend about 70 dollar. I would like rather go across the street eat at McDonald's instead of this Triple O's.

Tasty and soft burger. Chips good. Not crownded and scenic views of False Creek. Like to come again.
