These people are awesome! I had an extractor fan and a tankless water heater installed, and from Sergei coming by to quote (and while here giving me so much excellent advice on purchasing an appropriate extractor fan) to Shaun, Chad, Aldrich and Sergei installing both quickly, cleanly, respectfully, and professionally, having Triumph in my home was a stress free and fun experience. I even had to go to an appointment while they were installing, and they left my house secure, left my spare key with my neighbour, and cleaned any installation mess before leaving. I came home and I’m pretty sure my floor is cleaner than it was before they got here! Triumph is great and my dog recommends them too. Thanks guys.

I had just bought my first home and rather suddenly had to replace the A/C; and the water heater and furnace were on their way out the door too. I contacted a couple of companies and Triumph gave me the best deal/value AND installed all three right away. This was especially appreciated as it happened in the middle of a hot summer. They did such a good job and always responded quickly with any questions I had. Would definitely recommend!

Our central air gave up last night, going in to the forecast hottest 2 days of the year. Called them this morning at 7: 45 and they have me back up and running in time for afternoon coffee break! Very professional, competent, and trustworthy. Overall a WOW experience. Thank you Michelle and Jeff.

Our hot water heater decided to start leaking late last evening. My husband called Triumph this morning and by 1pm they were here installing a new one for us. Very professional, reasonable, and friendly service. We are all happily having hot showers again!

Very quick to respond to my email, which was sent on a Sunday. Next day came and gave me a quote. Very professional and friendly. This was our first time using this company and we were totally impressed! They got back to us super quick, gave us a quote within hours and booked us for our service within a couple of days. Jeff and his crew at Triumph are very professional and great to deal with. They respond quickly to any requests. It only took one week from the time we accepted their quote until our new furnace was installed, which impressed me. They left the place clean and tidy after the work was completed. Jeff also responded quickly when we needed an emergency A/C repair this summer. He fixed the issue the next day. I highly recommend Triumph for any heating or A/C services.

When our air conditioning died in the middle of a heat wave our house hit 90 and was rising quickly. Made a call to Triumph and was thrilled to get same-day service that resulted in the restoration of our system. I can't say enough about Jeff and Michelle. We started using Triumph Heating a couple of years ago to maintain our rooftop heating and air conditioning unit. We have had excellent service from them. They arrive on schedule and complete the work on time. They recently put a new unit in for us and we have not had any problems except for a little noise when it starts and they came and fixed it right away. I would highly recommend using this company

We have been working on a major renovation for our home over the last year. Triumph are amazing, Jeff was quick to respond. The pricing was good, and the service and workmanship were great.
Sergei and Al installed a new furnace, ac system and devided the house into zones. Now downstairs is the same temp as upstairs.

We recieved excellent service from Sergei, who was very professional and able to diagnose our problem quickly. He easily repaired the problem and I was able to feel a difference in our house before he even left. He was very personable and made sure I understood the issues clearly. He was patient with me as I had our baby and our puppy in the house, which he was very kind to. Overall our experience was professional and worth the cost. Our electricity bill was sky rocketing lately and it feels good to know that's no longer happening and we've got a functioning system. Thank you Triumph, but especially Sergei!

The team at Triumph does great work. I’ve had them over to fix a broken air conditioner last year, and more recently to service my furnace and gas fireplace.
They were very professional, communicated everything well, they took care to keep everything clean and they were on time and efficient. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
