I got ICBC treatment where my ribs were badly injured, neck and back pain. They helped me to achieve my wellbeing back in a short time. I got some acupuncture treatment as well. It was very helpful for pain relieve and good sleep.

The team at Triumph is experienced in both helping you to recover from injury and prevent it from reoccurring. I've repeatedly taken up running over the years only to have to stop or scale back due to shin splints and joint pain. Brad quickly determined what was causing my pain, identified an old injury I wasn't aware of, and prescribed exercises and stretches to address the issues. Karen is by far the most thorough physio I have ever been to. I have been seeing her for over 5 years and her attention to detail has been key to healing my injuries. I work out 5-6 days a week and have put a lot of strain on my body over the years. Not only has she helped heal injuries but she has taught me many preventative exercises that I continue to use today.
