I love visiting here. You pay a little more, but it is so worth it. They really take the time to do a great job. I just got a cut, shape and polish. They made them look nice even though I needed them short.

Linh is the owner who is wonderful. My nail tech is Ny, and she is so meticulous and a perfectionist and ensures that my nails are always perfect. I really appreciate the service and recommend anyone who is looking for a new nail tech to go here. Clean, professional and top notch service.

Decided to give this place a try since it is very close to home. Came in today first time to do a manicure. Love it. Couldn’t capture the name of the lady who did my nails but she was super professional and fast. Did a beautiful job. Will become a regular going forward

WAITED 25 MINUTES AFTER MY SCHEDULED APPT TIME AND WAS CHARGED 81 DOLLARS FOR AN OMBRE FILL LOL WONT GO BACK!

I was very happy with this place being it was my first time in Sept. A relative bought me a pedicure and facial. They were very accommodating to her and friendly. Both services I had done were professional and the place was clean. They even called in advance to advise me they were running late. The owner did the facial and it was like being at a spa on a cruise ship. Thorough. The prices I found reasonable in today's market. I fully intend to return and highly recommend them.

I’ve been for a pedicure twice now, super happy both times. The salon is clean and welcoming. There are regular clients that the staff know and greet by name, always a good sign. Lots of cute colours to choose from. Highly recommend.

Front desk lady with colourful hair is always so rude. I forgot a mask once and she gave me attitude when I asked to borrow one. Anytime I come she’s very rude. Ny does a great job however I cannot come back because of the pricing. $80 for a fill is insane and I could get the exact same thing done somewhere else for $60. This place was close and convenient however the price is not worth it.

Went in for a pedicure, it was awesome, staff was friendly, it felt an hour long (there were so many steps) and I was super relaxed watching tv and changing up the chair settings. I will definitely return.

DO NOT GO HERE! WORST NAIL PLACE IVE EVER BEEN! I got a simple manicure and a simple pedicure with french tips, they removed my old set. It cost 168$ she said it cost so much because of the white tips. So expensive! Rip off! And she says they said they didnt even charge me for the 15$ for the removal. So what cost 168$ its not my fault it took them so long or that they pre booked me in for that time. People get there old set removed all the time. How does it go from 45$ to 168$ what did you charge me 168$ for?

Amazing place! The staff were sooo sooo nice! I went here to get an acrylic set taken off because I had a bad allergic reaction from it (I got them done at a different salon). The lady who helped take them off was so nice and comforting and seemed to really care. I think her name was Lyn:) if you are reading this Lyn, thank you so much for dealing with my nasty and itchy fingers! I will for sure be coming back once they heal:)

Staff was very friendly and professional! I come here for both lashes and nails and i never go anywhere else! I live in richmond but still make the drive out because of the quality and service! Definitely recommend to anyone in the area as well as anyone willing to make the drive out!

Best nail salon! Went here for a pedicure with my boyfriend (it was his first time) it was the most amazing experience from start to finish. We got the top package which included massage, exfoliating, wax booties and hot stones. In all my years of getting pedicures this was the best place I have found. The service was top notch, great price, very clean, large colour selection for shellac and nicely decorated. We definitely be back.

Me and my sister went here, I went for tanning and it was very quick to get in. It was very sanitary and easy for a first timer like me. My sister was very excited about the results on her nails as well.

The ladies there were very nice and respectful of my feet! They made sure to do everything with care and nothing was rushed. The place was very tidy and I left feeling refreshed and happy!

Usally great experiences nails lasts 2-6 weeks depending on who does them to be honest. Some girls rush through them like they don’t have the time, and some take more time to make sure it’s up to your standards and look neat and nice. Usually would give 5 stars but had only one bad experience with appt making.
Called in to make an appt around 420 they said they were only available at 415. I asked if it was alright to come 5 mins late to the 420 time cuz of an previous appt somewhere else and it couldn’t be done for 5 mins.usually the time I have to wait to be sitted with someone. Not the first time this issue with making an appointment with a 5 min difference in time witch is apparently a big deal.

I’ve given this place several tries however it’s never been a good experience. They overbook and don’t seem to have enough staff for the bookings they take. They take walk ins during your appointment and make you wait while they start the others. I’ve always waited 15-30 min for my appointment to start then they rush me through. I’ve booked tandem appointments with a friend and one of us is always left waiting at the start and finish. I’ll not be back.

I used to live in Coquitlam and found this hidden gem. Not only do I go tanning but I get my Mani and pedis done here too! I recently moved to Abbotsford and I make the commute just to come to my other home, tropical oasis. The owner Linh has high standards and her team of highly trained technicians are so friendly and do an amazing job! What I love about this place the most is their massage chairs. Good quality chair's, music on, they have a tv and Maria gives the best massages too. I enjoy my girls Isabella, Jen and Nee! Most nail salons are rude and speak their language infront of you. Tropical oasis is very modernized and personable. Don't miss out and give it a try. Make sure you book in ahead of time. Last minute walk ins are never the best which is why some bad reviews probably because you didn't plan it on time and they were being courteous to squeeze you in. Don't listen to the bad reviews, try it out for yourself!

My mother had called a week ago to make a reservation for mother’s day. All was confirmed however today (on Mother’s Day) they informed us that we did not in fact have a reservation. The employees there were extremely rude and did not seem to care that someone had made an error. This is not the first time someone in our family has encountered rude customer service there. We will NOT go back which is too bad as it is close to home.

It was my first time coming here to get my nails done and I was very happy with the end result. They were friendly and did a really good, detailed job on my nails. The nail technician took her time and made sure I was happy with the results. I will definitely be coming back again in the future.

I had a wedding to go to and my usual place I go to was booked. I was running errands near this salon so I thought I'd pop in to see if they could take me. They could care less and barely paid any attention to me when I was talking to them. The lady didn't even look up from what she was going. It's absurd how rude they are here.
