I went to a different clinic when I first adopted my cat, Maggie, who was quite sick at the time. After many appointments, treatments and countless amounts of money later, she was still sick.

I decided to try a new vet in hopes that I could get some help for my sick kitty. I came to Trout Lake Animal Hospital after reading the excellent reviews. The staff were incredibly kind to me and were very sweet with Maggie, who was incredibly anxious and scared. They were patient and kind with her and made her as comfortable as possible. Dr Sran was knowledgeable of what was going on and explained what needed to be done to treat her symptoms. I was not upsold on anything and was talked through the treatments and cost before anything was done. After seeing Dr Sran, Maggie bounced back to full health!

I have gone to Trout Lake Animal Hospital ever since. They have always been absolutely wonderful with Maggie and she even seems to be less anxious during her visits now! Her last visit she stayed on the examination table the whole time, instead of hiding under it, and allowed the staff to examine her without trying to run away. This speaks highly of the team and their care!

I appreciate the kind service, the care, and the follow up call to check on her after her appointments.

Kind staffers who seem to love the animals. Small, quiet place that provides tremendous animal care. Great spot, too, if your little family members need specialized food or meds.

We brought our Siamese kitty in to see Dr Sran and it went so much better than expected! We were pleasantly surprised to pick up Ishi and see she didn’t seem as stressed out as she usually is anytime being away from home. She didn’t even hide under the bed when we got home which is unheard of! This makes us feel assured that everyone at the hospital treated her well and eased her stress. Thank you to Dr Sran and team for taking such good care of her!

Horrible all about the $$$. Also spineless as he wouldn't come tell me himself he had Carla his assistant tell me that I could call the humane society because I didn't have $700.to euthanize my dog. Shame on them.

My review is negative towards the vet. Her exam was about 30 seconds. She said negative comments about my pet. When I asked questions, she was vague and insincere. She couldn't even give him the deworm and I did it for her. Also, we did not get a record of his vaccine, just an invoice.

I appreciate that the receptionist took us in early and she was kind and gentle with my pet. But I did not feel comfortable bringing him back there and asked them to close our file, after the 1st visit.

To add insult to injury, after they received my feedback via a request to review them, they did not reach out to understand or offer an apologize.

Really excellent and compassionate service from Dr. Sran and the whole team, they've been very responsive and helpful through my cat's kidney disease diagnosis and I'm happy to report she's doing great.

Dr Sran was wonderful with my mom’s dog last spring when he was experiencing old-age health issues. He was very patient and compassionate. The staff there was lovely also. I highly recommend Trout Lake Animal Hospital.

I appreciate that Dr. Sran and his team has had same-day appointments available for me and my pups twice now! Great alternative to ER, where you could be waiting for hours to be seen.

The attention was good but Dr Sal told me my dog has cancer, just before making the proper study, I already spent so much money before he make the proper study, I run out of money and he just call me and keep telling me that my dog has cancer.
Just gave me some pain killers and no treatment for what I initially took my dog for.
I cry for a week because I ran out of money and couldn’t afford to pay a study that he should do from the beginning.

Doc is amazing, very caring and explains things thoroughly. Staff are very patient and understanding.

Went there to have my dog put down. They charged me over $100 to confirm what I already knew and provided no additional information. On top of it, they wanted to charge me another $600 to come back and have her put down (euthanasia procedure plus group cremation, nothing extra). Unbelievable! I went somewhere else.saw the vet (who gave me much more details about my dog's unfortunate situation), had her put down plus group cremation and was only charged $250. Do not go to Trout Lake Vet - they overcharge and play on your emotions. So cruel!

This hospital saved my beloved cat's life from serious infection. They provided an amazing and exceptional care all the way to complete recovery. Doctor and staff were very through and caring. We went back to bring two cats for annual checkups and were completely impressed how thorough the exam and followup were. Thank you!

My dog Lily has been a regular at Trout lake since she was 12 weeks old. Every other month, she catches some sort of an infection and Dr Sran and his team take us in graciously on short notice. There were times when Dr Sran cancelled his personal plans to stay back with Lily after hours and ensure she is well taken care of. For first time dog parents like my husband and I, the staff and Dr Sran are a blessing.

My dog needed emergency. From calling and walking straight into a room, dr Sran was able to provide quick and quality care. He went above and beyond for my dog and I am beyond gratefull. Will definately recommend going here.

Had a bit of an emergency situation with my puppy and knew Trout Lake Animal Hospital had just opened, so I called them. Her injury has been a bit of a saga including a full day stay on antibiotics and Dr Sran and all of the techs have been amazing, caring, and responsive. Dr Sran really took the time to explain what was going on and the home care we have to do. My puppy is getting better and they are always happy to answer questions and to check in on us. They've gone over and above for us, Amazing growing practice.

Dr. Sran was brilliant with our dog, and took careful time to explain everything that he was talking about to us in a way that was easy to follow and understand. We will be bringing our dog back here regularly and would recommend this practice to anyone.
