TRU East Village

No heat at the beginning of the cold in mid-October. Took days to get students any heat. Power has been out for 12 hours with little to no communication about when it will return. Offering no acceptable alternatives. Bad management. The rooms themselves are adequate. But power and heat is a fundamental that isn’t consistent.

It’s student housing. Management isn’t great and laundry is expensive, the internet and heating don’t work more of the time. But it’s a place to live for cheap

Horrible management. They have no idea what they are doing and on top of that they will not respond to an email or a phone call. They charged me the wrong amount for housing, which was their mistake and then only let me know late into the second semester. I highly do not recommend living here as it is truly awful.

Horrible stuff and management. They do not know what they are doing about payment. They keep asking me for payment for outstanding balance which has been completed long time ago.

The staff of east village residense do not help apropiately for the students who stay in their, as example in winter season the central heating system is not working properly in some days, ans the repairing staff do not come to solve the problem as soon as possible.
