When you buy a vehicle from a dealer ship you expect it to run you for awhile. That was not the case here. Recently bought a ford truck from here and had problems within a week.

I kept taking the vehicle back and they took it to their mechanic and the vehicle was never fixed.
I asked to get my money back or to give me a different vehicle. I had to pay 1000 dollars more for a different vehicle which had more K on it then that one I purchased before.

Truck time auto is a grade A crook. He does very minimal repairs on cars and sells them for top dollar. I know all his inside secrets from the Mechanics he uses in the BURNABY and Port Coquitlam area. I actually purchased a car from him a few years ago and it shut down on me 3 separate times. Once even on the way home from purchasing it. This man is a theif! Please watch out and purchase from a more reliable source!

Came in on a Monday, I was told the next day, that I was approved for the loan. I was told it would be ready that coming Friday. I just received a call Thursday evening at 7pm, that they screwed up in the paperwork and I'm not approved.basically wasted an entire week of my time. I could have been looking else where!

Bought a Volkswagen Golf TDI a couple months ago and I could not be any happier! I am so glad I decided to go with truck time auto sales, their salesmen Alex and Ali were wonderful to deal with and even got me approved for a loan the same day! The staff were super helpful and friendly and their selection on their lot is amazing. I usually don't leave reviews but after finding out that all the 1 star reviews are all fake and being left by a coward and thief named Saeed Gholami I felt obligated to get the truth out. I will definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for great used vehicle.

Please do not buy a vehicle here unless you have it fully inspected by a trusted mechanic. I had the displeasure of dealing with Alex and Ali (bad cop).

Worst experience don’t trust these guys until they give u anything in written. They promises a lot before selling the car but after sell the car they don’t even listen properly specially the manager. They just nice with customer until they sell the car.

I have been driving rebuilt cars and motorcycles for years (currently own a rebuilt 2015 Scion XB) and very happy with it. Saved thousand of $$. Now looking for a truck - yes a rebuilt - and so visited Truck Time. Lot is very clean, cars and trucks clean too. Had a nice talking time with Ali and Alex, explained to me their warranty, that they also back up their vehicles because they know them well, being the ones who rebuilt most of them. They didn't have what I was looking for (Tacoma long bed) but suggested me to wait a bit as they have some that will be available soon. They are switching from cars to mainly trucks and have a limited space for now. All in all I had a great experience and looking forwards to get my next truck there!
