A friendly place for an awesome workout!

Best gym in Richmond that offers a variety of workouts to suit people of all ages, body types and fitness levels. And, the instructors are awesome!

I love the look of the facility, the equipment is kept in good condition, instructor was knowledgeable, made the experience of working with TRX equipment a lot less intimidating!

A friend brought me here for some classes, I thought it would be lame.but that was a year ago and I’m happy to be part of the family here now.
I never felt so welcomed and supported.
I recommend this place to all my friends, a seriously fun place to work hard and get fit,

I’ve seen all sorts of people from “first time” to “know what your really doing”

I think they have fun group classes, private training, and massage. Just from what me and my friend tried.

A really great gym - whether you're a fitness enthusiast or a newbie, like me, who has traditionally hated working out.

TRX definitely felt a bit intimidating to me before I came in for my first class - but I took advantage of their complimentary orientation and was ablet to show up to the first class knowing how to use the suspension system, the format of the class, and even knowing a few of the basic exercises.

It's a great class that you can adapt to your personal fitness level. I also really like the format of the class. I may be out of shape, but I can I can do anything for 35 seconds! I love being able to take it one exercise at a time, and find the instructors to be very upbeat, helpful, and motivating! (Shout out to Feline and Jasmine who are both terrific!)

I was pretty nervous to get back into working out since the last time I worked out was pre-covid! I've never done a TRX workout before and didn't know what to expect but all the instructors were so sweet, easy to talk to, and were always rooting for you to push and challenge yourself! It's definitely a small but mighty community!

Great place to keep yourself in shape. The workouts are always fun, with great instructors that motivate you. Also, the community is made of focused and friendly people. Highly recommended.

Great experience over a couple long injuries with Nathan.
Nathan is very personable regarding progress and symptoms; very professional on the OR programs and informing myself and WorkSafeBC on what is injured and what is needed to be done on recovering.

Best experiences, great recovery and informative.

And diverse group of people. Not intimidating and even people you don’t know encourage you. So glad I took the chance with the first class

I just completed the Transformation Challenge at True Conditioning! I added the unlimited fitness classes to maximize my results. I have lost 14.4lbs and over 10 inches in my body. Pilar was my nutrition coach and she was with me every step of the way if I had questions, 24/7. I've learned to eat better and I REALLY enjoy the group classes. I mostly went to the 6AM workouts with Jasmine and loved how there were “regulars” that went at the same time so I met a lot of new people, all of whom are focused on pushing themselves to be better and get stronger. Everyone is so welcoming and truly do believe in you. The instructors show every exercise before you do it and have modifications for everything. There is a real special community at True Conditioning and I urge people to try it out. As an overweight woman, it was hard for me to go anywhere to get help with the fear of being judged and the feeling of being uncomfortable.but I did not ONCE feel either at True Conditioning. Try one class. You will be hooked!

Such a welcoming and fun environment that is inclusive to all!

Having never tried the TRX didn't stop me from thoroughly enjoying the TRX beginners class! Esther is incredibly helpful and has great energy to keep you motivated. Although it was a beginner's class, the exercises could be as challenging as you wanted. I definitely recommend it for those like me who are hesitant/intimidated to get started. The TRX is much easier than I expected and so fun to explore! I'll be back soon:)

I absolutely love this place. I joined as I needed to incorporate exercise into my life but I have stayed for so many reasons beyond the exercise. The trainers are exceptional. Personally I have been taking classes with Jasmin, Pilar and Esther. These 3 women have helped me in ways they will never understand. Recently I have been doing nutrition coaching with Sophie and she has helped me become more aware of my food choices, portion sizes, the importance of proper nutrition etc. She is so knowledgeable and a positive person to be around. I feel that True Conditioning is my “happy place”. I have become so much stronger and have made so many treasured friendships in such a short time. I recommend this studio to anyone looking to add fitness to their life. You will not regret it. Look for the ladies I have mentioned above

I have never enjoyed group workouts until now! Jasmine W.makes her classes so fun and challenging at the same time. She is incredibly entertaining while paying close attention to our form while we exercise. I am so happy that I decided to get a membership at this gym!

Sophie and the team have created a very welcoming, all inclusive community and make fitness fun. I have done PT sessions, classes and registered programs. My favourites have been the love to lift program, mobility with Kat and this year's transformation challenge has gotten me back on track with a more healthful 2023.

I began training with Sophie in July 2019 with only one goal in mind: to strengthen my knees and core. I have gained that and more. In addition to being a motivating, positive, and caring personal trainer, Sophie has also provided me with nutrition counselling and she has motivated me to change my diet.

Sophie and her team of personal trainers share her outlook on positively helping people to improve their level of fitness. Working with Sophie as my personal trainer is one of the best decisions I have ever made. If you’re contemplating joining True Conditioning my advice is to jump in with both feet. That’s what I did and I don’t regret it for a moment.

I’m currently taking the mom and tot class with Esther and she is so wonderful! I’m not really into exercising but she has made the class so enjoyable and has given me so many resources to start making attainable goals towards living a healthy lifestyle:) THANK YOU!
