First time coming here and Tommy was awesome. Great vibe in the shop! Cannot recommend enough

Tommy is the go to guy for me. Wouldn’t take my business anywhere else. He makes you feel comfortable and lets you relax while he cooks up a nice cut for you.

Family. Yes the haircuts, beard trims.fades and desired hair facilitation are second to none. Where Dr. Q, Adam, Maria, Cory, and the crew (Jada too) excel is - you are family when in house. Laughs, good conversations, and more laughs. My 81 year old father and 3 1/2 year old son can't wait for Sunday mornings with the crew. You will agree.

I brought my son in for a quick cut after a hockey game to tame his mullet. Super polite, good conversation, great hair cut, and even left with some of the beast hot sauce I've ever had, Auntie Neenees Caribbean pepper sauce. 10/10

Apart from being rude it was probably the worst haircut I've ever had in my life. When I returned home my wife said that my hair resembled " straw hanging out of a garbage can ".

Adam was awesome to deal with. Cut my hair perfectly the way I normally would, just seeing it for the first time. We got there just half an hour before close and they were totally fine with cutting our hair even though he ending up staying till 6 (an hour after close) didn’t miss a beat took his time, didn’t rush and you could see his attention to detail. Would highly recommend Adam to anyone!

WARNING! This was worst hair cut I’ve ever had in my life. The new owner left me in there is a barber that dose not speak English. I had long beautiful blonde hair. I asked for a clean up. I wanted a 1/4” taken off… the butcher they set me up hacked my hair off cut it to the top of my ears in a straight line back and left the back long. After I freaked out the new owners told me it wasn’t that bad. I’ve never been so addenda in my life. If you go there and the chairs are empty you know why. Unprofessional hacks is what it should say on the front of there building! Close the doors for good is the only advice I can give

It wasnt in my plans getting a haircut today but I just had to walk down by sutherland when I decided to ask if they had any walk-in availability and not only they were available but also happy to have a customer which made it a great experience since I walked through the door. The shop was very clean, organized and well lightened. I'd like to give a big shout-out to Brenden and Kayden who made sure I actually got something I liked and felt confident at the same time. I will be definetely coming back!

I have been going to this barbershop for a good few years now and all I can do is rave about my experiences and the staff. 110% Such an amazing business with passionate and polite crew. I normally get a 0 fade and everytime I go, no matter what barber the haircuts are always on point. Working in the hospitality industry I have to get my hair cut a lot. Even when I think I dont really need a haircut you walk out being like wow okay, feeling like a new man. I've witnessed on several occasions where the barbers are giving haircuts or beard trims to our veterans and homeless and they treat people with the most respect and kindness open arms and open hearts. There is also another location, if you havent I highly reccomend booking in!

Extremely happy with my haircut.my first fade and I think I might now be hooked. Kyle was extremely attentive and took the time to ensure it looked great. Whole vibe of the barbershop was really relaxed, social and chill. And their prices are reasonable. Definitely would recommend and look forward to going back.

Some of the best barbers in province, all in the same shop. My favourite part about going here, each time I don’t notice the flashy cars out front, I don’t notice the gorgeous shop. What I see, I see each client walking in, always greeted with a welcome.and always leaving as a more confident person! All I’m saying is why wouldn’t you want the best of the best.

Went to benson on Yates rd for the first time, he gave me one the best haircuts ive ever gotten. Great fade, great line-up, great environment to be in overall. Loved my first experience, planning on going back a bunch.

Just came back from a haircut from here today. I have to be honest, I was a little nervous going in thinking it may be another bad haircut but I was surprised. Nicole was absolutely awesome. I've been to several different barbers at Kelowna and found True Gents to be the best in town. I requested a comb over mid fade and Kyle took his time to deliver the best in him. He came across as a really friendly and easy going person but was meticulous when delivering haircuts. The store was clean and all about good vibes. I came out extremely satisfied. Highly recommend!
