I was curious about this company during nearing the renewal of my mortgage.

My agent Ashmeet contacted me very promptly and through preferred methods such as email and text messages so I didn't miss the information. I was actually hesitant due to how accommodating she was.

They had better rates then BMO who I was with. They also were able to do it well in advance which was a problem with other companies. So I was able to make comparisons with others.

BMO said that they would match any offer. So I passed the offer from True North Mortgage to see if they would, a month later and no response from BMO (even though theirs also dropped for everyone) but my agent then contacted me 2 since then with new and better offers, all while I'm still waiting on the match of the first from BMO.

When she messaged me regarding the new rate I had questions which she answered very promptly. I still worry that this is too good to be true but I'm jumping ship to True North Mortgage.

If it goes bad I'll let you know.

Complete waste of time. After having to deal with 2 different salesman, the terms of the deal completely changed.

I had an excellent experience with True North Mortgage from pre-approval to closing the mortgage. Marcus Tan processed my pre-approval on the evening before June's rate hike and was able to secure a very good rate. Furthermore, once I found a condo I was interested in, Marcus was able to find an even lower rate. I appreciate Marcus' responsiveness as we were able to satisfy the bank's requirements and have the loan approved before the closing date. We had tight deadlines and I doubt going straight to the bank would have yielded the same results as they would not have the same sense of urgency as a broker. Highly recommend Marcus Tan and True North Mortgage.

I recently purchased my first home, and had the pleasure of working with Brandon Ching. He was very professional and responded to all my inquiries very quickly. I appreciate how he made sure that I had the necessary documents required for the lender, and kept me updated on my application status as soon as there was a change in progress. That gave me assurance that my application was being looked after in a timely manner. Overall, the process was very smooth from the pre-approval to getting the final approval (with a competitive rate!). Documents were submitted via their online portal which was easy to use. If you're a first-time buyer, like myself, I do recommend going through the pre-approval process first so you have a majority of the documents submitted ahead of time.

So I was dealing with a Christopher Nguyen, so much delays with getting a preapproval letter of 1.39% now. He never responded back, and suddenly he did respond back after 2 months when rates jump to 2%.

Went to Johnny to obtain a mortgage for my first home. Helped me with every step of the way and was super responsive to my questions.
