Tsawwassen Bay Nails

Always super friendly here! I used to go all the time while I lived in Tsawwassen but it’s been years.

I have started going again when I visit Tsawwassen and they are just as great as before!:) Love my nails when they’re done here.

I came here to get a pedicure. The lady didn’t remove any callouses from my feet and went straight to polish. The colour was different than the sample so I had it changed. The second colour didn’t look like the sample but I was too afraid to say anything because I felt like I was going to cry if I spoke up. I haven’t had a pedicure in over a year because of anxiety about nail salons. I heard a lot of good things about this place, that’s why I tried it out. I left and have been crying in my car. My one foot still stings from the hot rock being held in the same spot for too long and I just felt like I wasted money and negatively affected my day. My partner came in with me and had a good job on his feet. I just unfortunately did not. Also my pinky toe nail is not fully covered in polish and my nails aren’t fully painted so they look like they’re grown out: (

Also: I drove from Abbotsford to come here because I heard good things and was very nervous to go to a nail salon. I’m hoping management can contact me about receiving a partial refund or something since I live over an hour away.coming in within what I read is 5 days to fix the issue isn’t necessary something I would be able to do.

I'm not satisfied with the nail painting jobs lately. However, they do fix their mistakes for free if you go in within 5 days. They could go a little further on the pedicure as well. Otherwise, their service is great

My girl was mad at me, got her new nails and a pedicure. Nails were very nice and she wasn’t mad at me anymore

I usually go to Bay for a quick pedicure (7 years now). Today I went for a gel pedicure as I’m leaving tomorrow for a trip and needed it to last. The first woman (who did the majority of my pedicure) was great. However, she did nick me with the automated buffer and my toe stung throughout. The women switched places half way through my service and the person who painted my nails put much too much polish on them…an hour after there was a bubble on my big toe, three hours after the bubble had burst and now I have a 1/2 painted big toe (gel). It sucks as I leave tomorrow morning and can’t fix it and wish I would have just saved the $60 and got one done when I’m down there…which I will need to do anyway

They are very friendly and always try to work around your schedule and their work is amazing
