Only thing needed here is tables in the shade, like I get the tables have umbrella holes in them but nobody carries an umbrella on sunny day

Good variety of stores. Some outlet style, some not. But enough of everything it's a good 1 stop shop. Set reminds me of Cross Iron Mills mall outside of Calargy. Food court could be better (not so fresh in the later hours) but I don't really go there to eat:)

It's just a strip mall. Not really any better than any other strip mall, but not worse either. At least there aren't any sketchy people hanging around and the grocery store (Thrifty's) is alright! Plus there's lots of parking.

Small mall, with some noteworthy community gems and long running local shops, it can feel like a small time capsule but hosts the necessities one would need to get fresh locally sourced ingredients at decent prices.

I like this mall because it's small & not too busy during the week day. It's nice and cozy here.

There used to be sales in every store now everything's full price, disappointing to say the least

Screwed up on picture, this review is for Sharkeys, not tsawwassen mall! - Had wonderful lunch on the patio deck by the water. Decent hamburger and Halibut and fries. Waitress and hostess were awesome and pleasant even with being swamped! Good job ladies. Yes, ill be back.

Walkable from home. Thrifty foods, Shopper's ànd the dollar store means we can walk and not have to be in the car

Huge, huge space! Good selection of shops. Indigenous art throughout.
Natural light helps.

Has just about everything I was looking for and easy to get in and out of with plenty of free parking

A very clean and tidy mall with around 10 independent businesses. I like to sit on the nice chairs in an air conditioned environment in between visiting shops on the area.

Loved the ambience there. Went to check out the Sublime, which was a cute, small art material shop. Very helpful girl, assisted us to find everything we needed.

Other then some people not following the arrows, was surprisingly great. Hand sanitizer is everywhere. From the stores I visited, all have proper covid measures in place.

I went at a medium busy time.

Very big very empty. No good deals. Disappointed a bit. We did have fun just walking around to see how huge it was, but felt like a ghost town.

Current stop was just as a safe place to make a phone call on returning to Canada from Point Roberts. Past visits were OK.

Good little mall. Has most everything you may need on a day to day basis. Try the Peekaboo Japanese restaurant. The food is great.

Great, privately owned shops worthy of a visit, including barber shop, shoe repair/sales, jewelry store, Centre Stage gift shop, Sublime art supplies, and others.

The place is actually too big. Takes forever to walk from one store to the next that you want to visit. Has pretty much everything you could want but plan on being there aloft a few hours not the type of place where you just quickly stop for a few things at a couple of stores.

If you are into walking this is a place for you. Alot of variety of stores. Great food court with a wide range of choices. Wheelchair accessible. Alot of free parking. But make sure you remember where you park

Love that everything is in ground floor, and gives you a nice workout going from store to the store in circle.and ending up at BassPro my favorite.

Has everything you could need. Grocery store, pharmacy, bank, liquor store, tim hortons, dollar store, etc. Bit confusing in its layout but if you can find your way around whatever you need is probably there.

Beautiful beautiful mall. I loved it. Very big and spacious stores and the design is very unique and beautiful.

I think this is the best mall in the GVRD. Especially during the week, as it is not busy here at all. This means ample close parking and no lineups job at to pay for something or order food. And some great food choices on top of the Food Fair main stay option. Great deals at the outlet style stores. And a skate park, so you can drop the kids for a couple hours while you shop and eat. Plus Bowling. Best part is that all the store's locations are organized by catagory.

A very big mall/outlet canter. Lots of parking, spacious food court with plenty of seat and tables and plenty of lounge area to sit down and rest.

The seems a really big mall, with not much in it. For the space that it uses, there are a lot of shops, but it was very quiet all the times that I've been in there. The amount of space seems a bit of a waste for the amount of people that I've seen occupying it. They have the same shops as everywhere else, but it's a bit of an eerie feeling walking in there and having it so quiet.

Not much left here. Hope new proposed development plans will breed life. But afraid days of the malls, especially small ones like this, are over. Sad

Holy wow can we say small, tiny, Smartcar sized parking spots? Extremely difficult to maneuver around let alone get into a stall there.
