We had such a great experience and so glad we came back here to update our insurance. Thank you for explaining everything thoroughly and for not trying to over sell what we did not need. We will absolutely be back even though we have moved further away, we will make the trip for such exceptional service.

I went in last night and everyone was so helpful! They not only helped me, but explained everything in detail to make sure that I understood! And they helped me save money$$$$$. This is my go to place for all my insurance needs from now on! The staff is pleasant, professional, and most importantly experienced! Definitely come here!

I've been a customer of TSN Insurance for the past two years and I've always found the staff very accommodating. I visited the office this morning and the lady informed me that I could save a lot of money on my vehicle insurance. This visit made my year! Horrible experience. Waited for over 40 min and the insurance agent processed only 1 person (left after that). With 5 people standing in line, he didn't even bother working a little fast, instead had a nice long casual conversation with the customers.

I won't go anywhere else, great customer service and I usually shoot the breeze with one of the guys that works there if its not busy. Top notch place.

We do not go anywhere else. Always quick and prompt service. Being a prostinator I will always leave getting my insurance renewed or travel insurance to last seconds and they get it done for me without any problems.

I highly recommend this insurance office, the customer service is always exceptional. They are always willing to help out, even after the office is closed. One thing that really stood out for me with this office was that they are always willing to help remove the plates or put them on. I have been dealing with them for five plus years and I have never had an issue yet.

I came into the office a while ago & dealt with an older Indian lady reka I think was her name I didn't feel she knew much about the icbc questions that I was asking which kind of put me off but anyways on my next renewal in spite of second thoughts, I went there again because the office is right on my way & this time my experience was amazing I dealt a wonderful lady named Jas she was so kind helpful & went out of her way to help m dispite of being closing time. I felt so good after dealing with jas and now I come here only. I have told my Friends and neighbors about this office too Thank you Jas for helping me even though u were closing now that is called customer service.

Very good customer service and friendly staff! They called to remind me of my insurance renewal and offered a hustle free renewal by dropping off by my house to get the new insurance! Great service!

Poor services, open flashing on door but with locked door, nobody attends calls. Not recommended for anybody.

Worst experience I ever had at an insurance place. Went there to renew my license and the lady went ahead and printed everything without even discussing anything with me and was very rude, so I went somewhere else. Zero stars

Terrible, person working tonight was rude and impaitent with us. Granted we did come in a hour before they closed, but that was no reason to lie to our faces and to stop the process of vehical transfer.
FYI. Icbc recognising "common law relationships". We are now considering that you just didnt want to take the time to continue the process because you were closing soon. Thats fine you could of told us to come back tomorrow. We will now go somewhere else.
Sorry for wasting your time and being an inconvenience, and even more so for wasting ours.

Great people here great service many times they have also saved me money. I don't go anywhere else
