I would highly recommend TSS for any automotive needs! The mechanics and owners are experts here and are very confident in the work they do - and it shows. I worked closely with Jacky this past week to adjust the coilover suspension and camber on my BMW and couldn’t be happier with the results and their knowledge when it came to advising next steps. These guys are pros and the prices are fair, especially during a time where most shops are ripping people off with pricing and parts. I’m definitely coming back here the next time I need anything done on the car!

The boys here did great work on my Honda. Jacky was able to convey and explain the work and the techs' comments clearly for a car noob. I had some suspension work done here and was hoping to continue with more, but unfortunately for me, the move from Burnaby to Richmond makes it pretty inconvenient for me to return for additional work unless I drag a family member there with me to drop off and pick up the car.

This mechanic is super trustworthy. Instead of scaring me and forcing unnecessary repairs on me, the mechanic pointed out issues that could cause future trouble (with adequate proof and backing) and recommended that they be fixed. This to me is an honest mechanic and an honest business. Even though they have moved from Burnaby to Richmond, I will make the long drive to have them repair my vehicle when needed.

Long story short, after going to dealerships for service (when it was more convenient) and dealing with constant negative experiences, I have decided that I’m going to TSS from now on for ALL my automotive needs.

Recently had all tires replaced and rear brake rotors/pads done. Literally one of the first experiences I’ve had where my wheels didn’t royally get scratched up in the process!

Jacky, who coordinated my appointment and maintained communication throughout the appointment is super professional, knowledgeable and honest on what needs to be done on my car based on severity/importance.

Took my car out of winter storage and needed an oil change. It was my first time visiting these guys. I was truly impressed with the level of detail they did with the inspection. Jacky pointed out the early signs of parts wearing out deep inside the car and backed it up with actual pictures to show. I've done oil changes that included inspection at other shops in the past but most would only just check simple stuff like tires, brakes and fluids. Its very reassuring to me that my car is in good hands as not only are they knowledgeable but they care about your car especially with the attention to detail they put in their work. Price was also very fair. This definitely won't be my last time visiting them for my car needs!

Awesome service, they were able to get my lowered car in specs. Staff is also very friendly, would definitely take my cars for alignment here.

I brought my Acura MDX to this shop to have an aftermarket suspension system installed. They were okay with installing the kit I sourced on my own. I was coordinating the appointment with Jacky and he was very fast at responding and he accommodated my schedule. Work was done on time and on budget. Vehicle was as clean as it was when I left it with them. The only thing I noticed was they disconnected my dash cam without consent and forgot to plug it back in. I was lucky to notice it on my drive home. Overall great shop, great service. Will take my vehicle back for future work!

Brought my car here for a full inspection, and oil change. Jacky and his team are very knowledgeable and car enthusiasts themselves. Great pricing and customer service. This will be my go-to auto shop going forward.

Made a simple inquiry on services offered and never heard back from them as no email reply was ever sent from their end as well as my voice message ignored. Not sure if it's because they look down on customers who don't drive luxury or sports cars. Would not recommend.

TSS Automotive has been my go to place to repair my BMW. Every time I need anything done on short notice or for a regular oil change they have been able to assist me. Most of all they have been honest with what needs to be taken care of and I would definitely recommend their services.

I bought a car from a local dealership, and after driving it off the lot and hitting the highway, it started making a stutter at low rpm while cruising. The dealership sent me to these guys, and they worked on the car and diagnosed the problem. After all was done, it turned out to be the spark plugs on my car having the wrong gapping at the tips, causing a misfire at low rpms. Jacky was very helpful and understanding, and Curtis, the mechanic, took good care of me and my car and solved the problem. Would recommend these guys for sure!

They fixed the alignment of my lowered car (02 civc) in about half an hour! Very fast! Also, the waiting room had a ps3, Netlfix and other TV programs to keep you entertained while waiting

Alex, Curtis and Lo took amazing care of my Model S Plaid today installing some new parts. They were very considerate of my needs and were very friendly, helpful, and professional. Strongly recommended!

Alex and the team did a super job! The first picture is the work they did on the rear brake and the second picture is the work done by the dealer on the front brake. What a difference! Great quality work using only quality parts. I definitely recommend this place.
