T&T Supermarket

I came here on a whim to get some snacks. And oh my goodness was it packed. I don't know what the event was but it was a Saturday at about 5pm. Horrific time to go. I self-served at the food area and that wasn't too bad. Luckily there are two self-checkout options on opposite sides of the store. The lineups to checkout was incredibly backed up. If you have a alot of time then no worries. But if you are in a rush. This is not the time to come here at these times. There are staff floating about and they are friendly and helpful when you can get a hold of them. Pricing is very good here for their food and groceries. I'll visit this place when I have cravings for specific items only found here. Thank you.

Doesn’t even have egg drop soup packets. But the have miso.

Could you use less plastic Asia. Good lord.

I found this location to be well run, busy, well stocked with lots of products. Are their prices are competitive. I was there to pick up a lunch sushi bowl

The go-to place for Asian groceries. Very busy. Parking needs to be monitored. Too many Handicap spots taken by those without tags

Prices are a lot more expensive! More expensive than ordinary stores! The price of the deli department has increased again! It would be better if it is more affordable! However, fresh vegetables are cheaper.

Always clean, open late, fresh produce, often stocked up unless it's close to 12am (closing time) then it is hit or miss.

Went to pickup some groceries and as you walk through the door into the store you will notice a funky smell. Not very pleasant. They need a better ventilation system.

Oh my goodness, this place is huge, and they have everything. Too bad there are no more free samples due to the stupid pandemic.

I love this location, it's much bigger, spacious, has more items, has a small dine in area. Customer service and employees are very helpful and friendly. They speak both English and Chinese.

Favorite store and place to eat? Absolutely! Always the best place to go when we visit the Richmond area!

Can you open one in Kelowna? You people are awesome but we don't have one in Kelowna area. I'd shop there every day.

I always shop at T&T Supermarket at Lansdowne location. Yesterday (November 17,2021), I was again at the store shopping for my weekly groceries and my experience was terrible. It was around 9: 30am (I can't remember the time exactly but before 10am for sure) when I was selecting packaged pork meat at the open fridge and there came a lady staff from the meat department standing beside me and putting packaged meat taken from her cart to the fridge rack. There was no interference between us as she was putting meat at my left side and I was choosing meat from an adjacent rack. She appeared very impatient and claimed that I was interfering with her work and I should wait till she finishes before I take meat from the fridge. This really surprised me as I was taking meat from a different rack and why would she ask customers to wait for her to finish? Can she not think of ways to accommodate? I didn't say anything at the time and continued what I was doing. Anyway, I then saw packaged chicken meat from her cart and I picked one up wanting to put in my shopping cart. Her attitude became furious, repeating many times that I was causing a safety concern because things could fall from her cart. I am fine with putting the meat back and not touch them but it is her attitude that is totally unacceptable. She accused me for doing something unacceptable and treated me with no respect. When I pointed out that she should not treat customers with that kind of attitude, she started arguing with me and the customers nearby saw her yelling at me in loud voice. It was such a small incident and what a drama! I feel like the lady staff from T&T is not happy with her work or life and she expresses her anger toward the customers. T&T management needs to do something about this. At least, teach staff to treat customers with respect.

One of the bigger T&T supermarkets in the Vancouver metro area! Has everything you need and lineups for groceries are not bad

The best Asian super market I have ever been to in my life. They have everything Asian from Chinese to Japanese to Cantonese to Taiwanese. Great selections!

Great selection of food gift items, produce, meats, seafood, dry products, veggies. We often come here for snack items for the family. Kids love the bbq pork buns and dumplings.

Largest Chinese supermarket in Vancouver. This location has the best selection of items and many ready to eat food.

Dangerously crowded during lunar new year time. The lineup to pay wrapped around half the store and they had lots of workers stocking shelves making things extra crowded. People were bumping into each other. Avoid!

Generally the food is good but the salmon steak from the seafood station is rotton and totally not fresh. Not worth to buy.

This place is awesome, but make sure you know chinese, or know what you want, the staff only speaks Chinese

Prices are a bit expensive, but sometimes you can find certain items on sale. You have to know the prices before you can compare.

Went there to bought a crab. Everyone was working hard except one guy standing there and looking aimlessly despite a long line up until his co worker called him to help.
I asked him to split the cover/ exoskeleton, wash, cut the body in half and give me the whole crab. He brought it away and gave me back a bag, my crab was covered with paper bag.
It was so much lighter than I expected so I open to see. There was no exoskeleton there. I asked him. He shrugged his shoulders, went to the GARBAGE BIN, tossed things inside there, took out a cover and gave it to me!

I don't mind waiting for him to ask his worker or let me know that he didn't understand so I could ask another customer who can speak both English and Chinese to help us out. It's much better than just doing whatever and showing customers attitude from frustration when asked/ complained.

And I literally could not understand what he had in his mind when he picked up something from GARBAGE BIN and gave it to a customer!

Big store and offer comfortable shopping environment. More varieties probably due to the size of the store.

Biggest t&t inside of lansdowne and its poppin. Theres a lot of variety and its very spacious and open. Overall very nice with the shops opening inside of the grocery and theres even a seafood bar. My new go to place to get groceries.
