T&T Supermarket

I find that cooked food here are not as good as Yaohan location! Most of the time we ended up just throwing it away. Cold dishes and sushi are okay though.

Cashiers are usually friendly.

The parking is the worst I have ever seen. They have different machines / settings for different parking slots. There are absolutely no signs explaining how it works and if you don't know that you have to pay for it, the moment you park (not with your plate but the lot number), you will get fined with over 80$ for not complying. I will never go shopping there again for sure.

Well stock and helpful staff especially at the self check outs. They validate parking as well as long as you purchase the minimum. Not as busy in the mornings between 8 am and 9 pm.

Selling dead and stinky sea snail.water I boiled sea snail turn green after i cooked.the young man who sell frozen shrimp is rude.

We bought sticky rice chicken and it expires tomorrow but when we steamed it, and opened it it was completely rancid. Super sour smell emanated from it upon opening and had to be thrown away. Terrible QC. Waste of money and now I am hungry: (

Extremely good variety of Asian goods to be found and an excellent array of fully prepared food's available.

The location of this T&T is excellent, at the foot of Canada Line train and Marine, in the plaza with Shoppers and Cineplex, there is everything here. Ample underground parking; which is good because this area is super busy and there is no street parking for a ways. I always am amazed that i can come here so often and continually find new things i haven't tried yet; whether that is a new dessert, or tea or whatnot! Produce is fresh and aplenty, there is a great prepared food section with buns and BBQ and a large bakery as well. There is a meat department as well as a great seafood dept with live seafood in tanks. The place is observing COVID precautions well. Value for dollar is very good actually and I will continue to come back for all my regular shopping as well as the more exotic asian influences!

It's a very different market, even though I don't understand what most of the products are. The clean workers are very good.

This is a big T&T with a ton of selection, a place to eat hot food, and an extensive freezer aisle full of Asian snacks.

After i used the self checkout today around 6: 20pm, the guy in charge
called me and search my item for no reason, his over suspicious, nxt time
make it sure, accussing someone without any proof is not good.

Prices are ok, staff are great. Consistant products. They have hot food and take away sushi. Sushi isn't the greatest, but I've bought my share. I go here for ingredients for homemade sushi (sushi-grade tuna available in the frozen section, and you can ask fish section staff). Also all our Asian food products since they have huge selections.

I think I cut someone in the line to pay. They should improve the line division at checkout. Clean and with lots of stuff!

This location still aggressively enforces masks even though the provincial mandate is over. They will yell at you and follow you around the store, unprofessional, rude and abusive. Only go here if you want to file a human rights case.

There are a ton of parking spots designated for T&T customers (about 100 stalls) and the parking fee is reimbursed with a minimum purchase of $10 as long as you present the receipt. This location may be smaller than the other locations but this does not negatively affect the quality or variety of foods they offer. I love their hot foods and packaged foods section. I also like how they have a self-checkout area as this definitely helps with traffic, especially on busier days.

First time shop in TNT on Marine drive. Good customer service, big selection of products, clean store and plenty of parking.

Crowded! No distancing that I could see. Plus they have an open hot food buffet! No one is cleaning the buffet that I could see. An old fashioned sneeze guard hangs overhead, way above the patrons. I was just a little grossed out by seeing that. Shop at your own risk.

It’s very busy and their measure to prevent COVID weren’t not good enough, especially no social distancing. Everything else is good.

I bought a box of strawberry by $14.99 from T&T marine gateway recently. At first I thought it looked fresh from the box, but I found the bottom part of a half of them got moldy very badly while I opened the box at home. There was NO BEST BEFORE DAY on the box and only the bottom part was moldy! I have no idea how long they’ve kept the product in the store by selling for an expensive price and HIDING the problematic part to take advantage of customers on purpose!
Also, from T&T website they claim they will give you refund plus the same product for free, however I only got the refund!
I’ve had similar experience with T&T marine gateway before, I even got a rotten beef! I doubt their food security team is operating professionally.
Last thing is about the temperature monitor for COVID, the staff sometimes don’t really monitor but checking their phone or chatting although there were some cases at T&T marine gateway. And they don’t ask customers to do the hand sanitizer anymore.

They have a good variety of meats. Staff is friendly and helpful. It's an Asian-product store that carries interesting inventory. As a shopper who seeks simply the usual everyday Canadian groceries, I find it doesn't have everything, and the Asian-equivalent products are more expensive than their familiar counterparts in other stores. This makes me buy only a few items and complete my shopping at Shoppers Drug Mart next door, which happens to be a poorly-stocked store. This had frustrated my shopping experiences before that I stopped shopping for groceries at Marine Gateway except for emergencies.

I would like give 5 starts to the Stephanie who works in cooking noodles section. First of all, she is very friendly person and taking great care of her section. She always make sure all vegetables is clean and fresh in her section before she cooks it. She is swift.so.we won’t wait long for getting food ready to go.as we only have short time for lunch break. I do appreciate her hard working attitude!

It's in a busy commercial district, so it took us a minute to find parking entrance. But the store itself is nice and clean, with large variety of produce. I bought pomelos there last week, they were on sale 2 for 4. Very juicy and sweet. Vegetables and meat are fresh. And they carry some Japanese cosmetics and trinkets.

Really big space and an amazing variety of foods! Really good sushi packs and all kinds of other Asian foods. Whatever you want there is a good chance they have it!

This supermarket sells a wide variety of products. The service I encountered has always been polite and helpful. I try to avoid buying at T&T, however, because the store has only a limited amount of products with no packaging, the majority is packed in a massive amount of plastic, cardboard and offers many single serve items. The same goes for their take-away food counter.
I would buy there more often, if they would improve their sustainability efforts considerably.

This T&T supermarket is one of the best in the area with most seafood there being fresh. However, the parking is paid if you’re just shopping around and not actually buying anything.

Never seen any grocery stores that carry all kinds of asian food until i came to Richmond. The variety of asian food options are excellent. It also offers hot food. My favorite is bbq pork buns. I gave it 3 stars because costumer service is quite poor.

Often run my errands here as there are great deals on the veggies. You can also buy prepared meals if you don't want to bother cooking!

Good place for both asian / Taiwanese groceries, plus snacks, baked goods, and ready-made hot food. On weekends they seem to have sample stations like costco. $2 / 1hr parking validation, keep your parking ticket.

Poor new setup, T&T add new handrails between street entrance & exit, now, shopping cart will block side entrance, small shopping cart & hand pull cart is far far away and more inconvenient, see pic please.
Flower shop is excellent, always fresh and beautifully.

Busy and bustling place with lots of food ready to eat. Also variety of East Asian grocery. Some unclean tables and shortage of carry-on green carts.

Worst service ever at the live seafood section, the young man with glasses should not be working there.

Good selection. However it can be hard to get staff to help you at times. Overall a very nice place though. Nice selection for their Salmon too

It was my first visit to T&T Vancouver and I bought hot Chinese food. Believe me food was delicious and fresh and economical as compared to restaurants.

Fresh vegetables aren't that fresh. Most peppers today we're so soft. Shouldn't be on the shelves. Overall the shop has a monopoly at marine drive so prices are high.

This is a very busy location. Its laid out well. Theres lots of fresh produce and vegetables available. Lots of great hot ready made asian food available. Dim sum and BBQ meats offered. Great bakery with lots of different savory and sweet asian buns and cakes. Great asian market with western items. No free parking and the parking lot is usually busy.

Clean store and friendly staff. Would have been 5 stars if they were not sold out of the one thing I came for, lol.
