T&T Supermarket (Coquitlam Store)

T&T is always a staple when it comes to grocery shopping for Asian goods, but this particular store has the worse layout if you're not shopping alone and have a stroller or anything similar to a buggy. The aisles are already narrow, which can be fine for navigation when people let you through, but this store likes to restock their shelves during the day with their pallets in the middle of the floor in several areas and staff pulling boxes around them. To make matters worse - in order to pay - when it gets busy, they expect customers to form a line into each aisle. Basically, customers stand in the center of each lane making it impossible for a stroller/cart to go around. Super efficient and an overall very poor layout.

Cashiers are nice and friendly and variety is good if you have the patience to endure the chaos.

There is always something you can’t find when you go to the supermarket. Ask the waiter? I always don't know the answer, and my attitude is cold and not friendly at all. I don’t understand Mandarin, but this is Canada and I work in the service industry but I can’t speak English.

Store was easy to get into but they had no bakery what so ever they had closed it for a month but on their site they never posted that it was closed so needless to say thank goodness for Saint Germaine bakery they saved the day

I don’t know about others but buy all kind of bread and cakes are really fresh. They rotate fast.

Worst seafood person! We went on friday around 7pm and the middle age man was extremely rude! We went to buy some live prawns and the man picked the dead prawns from a tank at the bottom, we pointed out that they are not “live” and we wanted the ones from another tank, he shouted at us saying they are the same! When we insisted that if they are the same why cant he pick the ones from the other tank he just kept shouting “do you understand? They are the same! ” Never buying seafood from this t&t again! Traumatised by this experience!

The cashier was rude and the person who sold me fresh shrimp has no manner. After buying many pound of shrimp he refused to put them into a big bag for me even when I was insisted. Won't recommand it

All Asian food with lots of seafood. Bbq pork buns delicious. Frozen dim sum.
Hot food for take out. Hot lunch.

Fresh produce and great fruit and veggie selection. The meat and fish area always smells like it should have been cleaned with a little more bleach. Most prices are good, but be careful of a few over-priced items that can be purchased cheaper at H-Mart or other Asian food stores. We need a T&T or H-Mart here in Abbotsford to breathe life back into the dying SevenOaks Mall.

The store layout is cramped, and the people who come here are some of the rudest, most oblivious people I've ever seen. People will walk at a snails pace down the center of the narrow isles and will not move unless you confront them and ask them to move. It's always such a stressful experience trying to shop here. Especially since covid. The BBQ pork steamed buns are really good though.

Excellent place it's just like a marketplace with fresh vegetables fish and meat market

Very rude and pushy, cashier's were talking down and making fun of people less fortunate, without realizing that I can understand their language.

They could care better from live fishes area. The smell is not good. There are many interesting products. The price is higher than other grocery stores.

This place provides grocery, bakery, fresh meat & seasonal fruit, cooked food in Chinese style. There's also cooking utensils & life fishes, crab too. You can learn some Chinese culture & lifestyle while shopping there.

This is my main rice bulk purchase spot. A bit expensive but carries the only brand I will buy.
