T&T Supermarket

I think this is the best T&T in Greater Vancouver I've been to them all.) Organized, attentive staff and it's appreciated that they are all still wearing masks. We love their spicy tofu and Portuguese tarts, so yummy. We avoid the food bar because it gets expensive really quickly. Their foodsafe standards are above average, gloves are always used.

Came here for the first time and im amazed with how organized they're produce section is. They definitely trash the rotten ones and keep the fresh ones.

Fresh food at 11 love the sweet and sour pork and BBQ friend rice for $15 you can get 2 meals out of it well I do at least

Straightforward, good place to get seafood, noodles, and other food you normally wouldn't find at superstore or Walmart

GREATEST CHINESE ASIAN SUPERMARKET IN ALL OF BRITISH COLUMBIA. CANADA! THEY MOSTLY HAVE MANY KINDS OF CHINESE FOODS, BUT ALSO MANY OTHER ASIAN FOODS, ALONG WITH A FEW CANADIAN, AMERICAN FOOD ITEMS! I GIVE IT 5 STARS OUT OF 5! THEY HAVE A FEW OTHER LOCATIONS IN BRITISH, COLUMBIA, CANADA!
ONE OTHER THING THAT IS THE BEST, IS THEY HAVE FRESH BUFFET STYLE CHINESE FOOD TO BUY AND EAT! LOVE IT!

My favorite place to shop Asian food! Wow, this is the best T&T I've ever visited. Variety of foods. Clean and organized. Everything is calling money out from my pocket. A lot of snacks that I never seen before so of course, how can I missed it. A lot more that I want to try, vegetables, bakery all I like. Plus i found fish cakes that my babies love there both big and small stick, they were so happy. Because was trying to look at another Asian grocery stores but nothing there. I got congee and it was so delicious, simply delicious! My daughter's birthday on Monday, I did ordered cake for her, I can imagine how happy she will be when she sees her cake, can't wait! So this place is my fav Asian grocery store now. Perfect location at the mall so convenient for parking

Always a good selection of food from the East. A few British treats are cheaper here because the market for Hong Kong Goods.

I do not shop at this store.
I do get my haircut for a reasonable price. The ladies that have cut my hair do a great job and are very friendly.

Store is maintained well but front staff need a lesson in manners. I know most Asian woman have RBF's which fine but at least a simple thank you or bow of the face. Zero life in these cashiers. You get the occasional but geez at c'mon. At least the location on 100 st knows how to work it

Selling Chinese style foods and products, fresh and affordable. Surprising discount comes up time to time, from fruits to vegetables. P. S The bread of its own brand tasted great

Long lineups, busy place but lines move very efficiently! Many staff speak minimal English everyone is nice and helpful and you can still find help ans find what you’re looking for!

Better stocked on the shelves compared to the t&t in guildford area, but not as big compared to the main store in metrotown.

My husband and i usually come here to get the quick taste of milk tea bubble tea with either pearls or grass jelly in their coolers while on a budget and saving time. He also seemed to like the lychee yogurt with jelly as well.

Seating area inside is closed, but Chinese hot food take out is still open

Came to this place just because my cousin likes their cake and these guys won't give me whats in the rack there. Tried talking to one of their managers very disappointed that he can't even converse in english. Said something in their language to customer service and they said no

Well stocked and clean. Staff seems friendly enough but most of them have trouble communicating fluently in English. Still a great place to get a wide variety of foreign foods, and some specific ingredients you can only really find here. Certain parts of the store, mainly the produce section, can be awkward to navigate with a wheelchair.

Great customer service, Alan assisted me with an exchange and made a better recommendation for a product. Great store overall.

This place has more selections than Guildford T&T I guess. Love that self service Asian gourmet. Lot of see foods, meats, vegetables and fruits varieties. Also other items as well.parking is not an issue here.

I love this store. Great selection of Asian foods. Good din sum and sushi at very reasonable prices.

Bad customer service. The cashier (Helen) helped the customer before me put everything into the plastic bags. But she didn't help me after I paid everything. She didn't even look at me. I don't know how I offended her. Probably because I took my own bag? Won't shop here if there's another Asian supermarket.

Great selection of foods and items not found in your typical grocery store. This location is not as busy as others I've found which makes shopping and checkout easy and convenient.

Good international grocery market place for local and ethnic group, bakery section and free food sampling.

I love how all the T&T locations have such fresh produce, great variety of food products and their bakery is just delicious. Always have a good experience here.

Always an experience. Not my preferred store for groceries but my wife is Asian so it's the only store that carries some of her favorite treats.

Used to shop here often but their fast food has changed. Dont like it anymore. Food prices are a bit too high. There are other better options better tasting food and less expensive.

Always fresh produce and their hot food selection is delicious. They recently renovated to make it self serve, which makes it much easier to grab your dinner along with groceries.

Cakes are always delicious and are our go-to for them.

Amazing variety of foods from different cultures.prices are very reasonable and it is easy to find many things there, however, the hot food service is much different than before.it is now an unsanitary buffet where food can easily be tampered with.the food before was great and service much more efficient.cleanliness is the main issue.wouldn’t recommend the hot food buffet.

Shop only the On Special items. Otherwise it's expensive. The veggies and fruits are over priced and not very fresh.

This T&T has the worst customer service. If I could rate it 0 star I would. This place would not honour the price they put out there for their merchandises. I have encountered several times where they’ve changed the price display after I told them the price is different when I checked out the item. Today I took a picture of the price and even though I had proof that the price is different than when they scanned it, they refuse to honour the price and the staff are very rude. Very racist store and I will be calling the police next time

I used to love their hot food Kiosk. There was always plenty of selection and they brought it out freshly cooked. I would go there at least once a week to bring food home as a combo.

They had been closed for the last while for renovations; I was hoping that they were just upgrading the kitchen. When I arrived last Friday hoping for some great food, all I saw was a buffet style center near where they used to be, selling a selection of food by the grams, 1.59 a 100 grams to be exact. I thought I would give it a try since I was there and found that now my combo cost me around 14 dollars instead of 8 or 9 dollars. The worse part is that the food is now mediocre at best, and I also worry about how hygienic this buffet style would be. I can just imagine someone letting their rug-rats run around and stick their hands in the containers. I will go to TnT for other things like vegetables or meat but, I will not go for the hot food entrees.
